301  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Traders, what are your views in 2019. on: July 23, 2019, 03:25:30 PM
It is already clear that the digital market can take its rightful place in financial payment systems and offer the world more useful and promising platforms, so you need to carefully build your portfolio and be ready for big profits
Digital cash system has come to stay and we just need to accept the reality instead of playing around it. I think bitcoin has proven that we can have privacy in the transaction and the more we grow the more other projects are coming up to close the part that bitcoin left out. Bitcoin may go as high as $20,000 this year and many speculators are saying bitcoin will go as high as $54,000 before end of 2019.
302  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: KYC and the $5 hammer on: July 23, 2019, 11:27:08 AM
A theme  topic, whatever often talked about on this forum, is the $5 hammer attack.
Many people suggest to keep your bitcoin holdings secret, thus preserving the anonymity of bitcoin to a certain degree.
But then you get sportsbooks asking for photos and passports, and god only knows what else.
If a sportsbook wants all this, I respectly suggest they change to fiat.
That is true and not only sportsbook but all the gambling sites and exchange that are now looking for mode of identity before you can gambling or do business through they sites should focus on fiat and leave bitcoin because the aim of bitcoin is privacy. Two people should be able to do business without asking each other passport, national identity card or driving licence.
303  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: My Trading Journal Makes Me Money on: July 23, 2019, 07:51:18 AM
I love when my trading journal makes me money.

Or, in this case, saves me from losing it.

There’s tons of opportunities to trade out there, but not all opportunities are created equal… ⚖️

I used to focus on trading the coins that had tons of action with wild swings in price

New exchange listings, the hype coin of the week, those kinds of things.

The potential to win big, and quickly, is definitely there. 🎯

But I found I wasn’t hitting those wins often enough.

Instead, I was hitting my stop loss more than normal.

Looking back at my journal, it was because I would get impatient and buy quickly instead of waiting for a better entry.

Then I’d get shook out right before the price jumps up. 🍃

The evidence was clear.

From there it’s just a matter of tweaking strategy to optimize performance.

What has your trading journal taught you?
I wake up this morning to review my positions in the market and I was happy to learning that there was a trade I was to close on Sunday because bitcoin was going up against usdtq that I was holding but through my trading journal I have learned that bitcoin has been volatile and it might lose against usdt very soon and that happens this morning as my position is now in good profits.
304  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Reasons Crypto Players Skip Casinos with KYC on: July 23, 2019, 07:00:09 AM
I don't really see the essence of doing KYC for online Casinos.  The infographic here is concise and cool, stating some obvious facts why personally I don't like the idea of KYC by some gambling sites. KYC complicates the whole idea of using crypto for online casinos.

But we as users cannot also forbid the owner of the gambling website from doing that because basically KYC is to show the legality of the user.
and also prevent future problems such as the financial and security of the account itself. and also not all online casino with crypto requires KYC to start play or anything like that.  with certain restrictions. for me as long they dont ask credit card im still safe.
I read an article online yesterday specifically, at https://coindesk.com and I started to understood that Kyc is not good for cryptocurrency related business. The digital cash should be seeing the way we used cash offline and the whole essence of having internet cash like bitcoin and other cryptocurrency is to do away third party for any transactions that happen and kyc is completely opposing that but taking us back to the banking ways of doing business which is too expensive. The legality of the person do not matter when we are doing cash gambling and that is the same way it should be with cryptocurrency gambling too.

306  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: New Coin Graft Speculation on: July 22, 2019, 07:18:34 PM
I bought this coin during ico early last year and since then the developer has done extremely well, just that the bearish trend that pulls all the coins down last year is still affecting graft. The graft is very cheap now and for those that are new to it, graft went as high as 800 Satoshi sometime last year and currently, it is below 35 Satoshi and because of the technology and adoptions, I think graft is one of the coins that I still have the interest to be buying.
307  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Discussion (Altcoins) / Re: review luckynano.com - trusted & good website on: July 22, 2019, 06:42:48 PM
Just out of curiosity ... is KYC something online casinos have to be worried about in the near future like it is for any crypto exchange right now? Would have  huge impact at smaller casinos in my opinion.
Kyc is really turning cryptocurrency that ought to create internet cash into what we were running from which is centralization. If gambling sites began to adopt the policy of KYC then I think we are going back to the era where the third party does participate in online transactions and business.
Op could have allowed the owner of the sites to post or open their ann thread, however, this is another way of advertising the gambling sites anyway.
308  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Man won 12 times in lottery on: July 22, 2019, 05:39:27 PM
If the numbers are picked using true random integers then this is a statistical impossibility, unless you have bought lots of tickets
That is why op said the man is genius in mathematics! He do break into the lottery system and arrange it in his favour and by doing that the odd of win is in his side. However, I see this as manipulation and he could have channeled his intellect and mathematical skills in solving some mathematics issues we are having instead of using it to manipulate lottery systems.
309  Other / Off-topic / Re: If you had a chance to ask God a question (if there is one). on: July 22, 2019, 04:33:01 PM
Why did the bible never talked about the dinosaurs era?why are they all erased?thanks to science anyway
Science has its place in the world and the Bible also has its place in the world. Science is to prove Bible and we have many illustrations and hiding mystery in the Bible that science give us a full interpretation of them and that made us agree that the word of God is the truth and it is as real as science itself. Like you said, I join you to said "thank science" for proving that the Bible is real.
310  Economy / Speculation / Re: Bitcoin is way down today on: July 22, 2019, 08:49:39 AM
Do you know how to protect your cryptocurrency from whale ‘rinse and repeat’ trades?
The only way you can safeguards your investments and bitcoin or cryptocurrency is through hedging. You should hedge your funds with usdt or any of the popular stable coins. The whales and traders only make money not through holding and it is through buying low and high of the market to make money through the weak hand that sell their holding through fear and panic.
311  Other / Off-topic / Re: If you had a chance to ask God a question (if there is one). on: July 22, 2019, 08:17:01 AM
God is a wonderful being and he is our maker and because of this I will only ask for more of his blessing because we cannot questions God and we are his handmade and as such he do as he wish with us. We can only ask God for his mercy and blessing instead of what many of us are saying in this thread. The wisest human beings that ever live and that is Solomon said "this is the end of the whole matter, Fear God and obey his commandments for this is the whole duty of man"!
312  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Bull run will come, just hodle and stay positive! on: July 22, 2019, 08:00:06 AM
Bull Run is currently present but focuses only on one coin that is Bitcoin. As expected by many people that Bitcoin is able to recover. But the peak is Altcoin because it is experiencing very slow growth, unlike Bitcoin. But to achieve success, we must be patient and keep learning.
Bitcoin has been in bullish trend since March this year and it has cause other coin to recover too. Ethereum pick up from $78 to over $300 and bitcoin cash including binance, neo and so many of them have gained significant and there are still growing. It is not only bitcoin that is bullish currently but almost all the coins have grown at there  own rate. I think it is not the only bitcoin that is growing but all the coins are better now than last year.
313  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: The Gambler's Fallacy (The key to unbiased gambling) on: July 22, 2019, 07:16:11 AM
What differentiates a good gambler from a bad gambler is the fact that the good gambler knows when to stop, while the bad gambler just wants more and more, and eventually he loses everything.
If that's what you think then you are  not thinking of becoming a successful gambler.
A good gambler for me knows how to win, and winning is not easy so factors you've mentioned are possess by a good gamblers.

It's all about self-control and psychology,not mathematics.

Both are important if you think of winning, some people just don't treat gambling as a complete entertainment, some are ambitious of winning.
Many people gambling, do it to  win and even if they are gambling for fun? It is in our intentions to win. My advice is for us to gamble with fun of it but desired to win in all our betting. If we are to continue in gambling we should try to remain positive and also motivate ourselves by making profit from our gambling.
314  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Will BNB reach $50 This Year? on: July 22, 2019, 06:48:27 AM
They recovered fast since the hack and gaining fast on the charts. if nothing like that will happen they are heading for a double up on the long run.
BNB should double its current price before the end of this year if Bitcoin keeps the current gain and explosion in price. Remember that almost all the coins are depending on Bitcoin's price for its growth and binance coin is one of those coins that do react when bitcoin is taking a particular direction. binance exchange is an innovative exchange and as such it will keep growing and $50 is not the limit this year and before december it might go as high as $75.
315  Other / Off-topic / Re: AltcoinN - Forum about cryptocurrencies on: July 21, 2019, 06:40:57 PM
Bitcointalk even has lot of members and tons of threads related to altcoins and all the crypto projects prefer bitcointalk for their ANN than others.

You are absolutely right, but the two do not rule out each other.
I didn't said anything about the forum you mentioned, just mentioned how popular that bitcointalk was/is and will be.

Yes, bitcointalk is very popular.
The popularity of the Bitcointalk has made it very difficult for any cryptocurrency’s forum to survive. I could remember alcoinforum and icoforum that were even paying people to posts and the owners waste a lot of money and at end the forum were abandoned after they stop paying. In reality it will be very difficult to compete with Bitcointalk because of the number of personalities here and the quality information they are sharing relating to cryptocurrency here.
316  Economy / Speculation / Re: What is your Bitcoin price prediction for 1st September 2019 on: July 21, 2019, 02:40:57 PM
Bitcoin has been surpassed all the predictions we have been making in the past and that mean we should not underestimate it performance in some months to come. Since bitcoin has been making surprises move I will go ahead and predict above those that think bitcoin should be in the ranges of $15,000 to $20,000 and said bitcoin is going to be above $20,000 but below $25,000. The market is poised to go up and no matter what happen I think bitcoin is going to be above $20,000 in September.
317  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Avoid Investing in Cryptocurrency Scams with these 24 Red Flags on: July 21, 2019, 06:16:43 AM
One of the suspicious ones is the white paper plagiarism. I often find it in ICO projects and this is dangerous and this case often happens.
This article is very useful to help new members avoid fraud.
A lot of things are happening and noticing plagiarism in the whitepaper in some of the scam projects are common. Another thing that I will like to add is pick people picture from Facebook that are not member of the team and list them as advisers or team leaders. I read online how "Central Bank governor in one of the developed countries' picture was used as a team leader in one of the scam Pico"! Thank you op for this well write up article.
318  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin trading is a big challenge. on: July 20, 2019, 08:24:24 PM
Bitcoin trading is a big challenge. Get a fast profit, but loss can be in seconds. Huh

In the last few days Bitcoin has started to increase sharply. And most of the Altcoin top goes up. CEO of Galaxy Digital, a crypto merchant bank, Michael Novogratz, said, the price of bitcoin will increase many times over the next 18 months.

But we see today's prices are falling. Is this only temporary?

I believe in Michael Novogratz prediction and we have all know that in May next year bitcoin will halving and that is going to affect the price if America president will not fight it openly for the next 18 month.
Bitcoin is about up and down and there is no sustainable market directions over Time and as such you should know how to set stop loss in any trade you place in exchange. Many have lose big amount of money by just jumping into the cryptocurrency market.
319  Other / Off-topic / Re: Bees on: July 20, 2019, 08:07:56 PM

That is a good idea lol! Honey for bitcoin will be a good business to do and for some of us that wish to trade honey for bitcoin you can contact me . I am not into honey farm but I have a friend that is into that and you can buy honey in large quantities from his farm and in turn I will convince him to accept bitcoin as a payment method.
320  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: The best backrolling on: July 20, 2019, 07:48:25 PM
OP makes it sound like there's a form of gambling that isn't involving risk, that's obviously wrong!

If there was such a thing, then the game operators would be giving free money from their pockets, I'm pretty sure nobody is doing this.
Before you condemn op you should try to read the comments of other that may understand bankrolling in gambling sites. It is a form of investing into a business and the profits or gain will be share among the investors. This is different from putting your funds into playing of dice, pokers and casino! If you know and has research a good gambling sites , bankroll will be a safest way to invest into gambling and betting sir.
