301  Economy / Speculation / Re: Price BTC after SegWit2x? on: October 06, 2017, 10:35:23 AM
i think segwit2x will be just the same as BCC fork, when the fork complete, the price will moving up slowly and then recover, and we will get a decent airdrop bitcoin gold. not a bad thing,i hope .

Bcc fork involved a lot of influential people, but didn't involve the miners. This fork will be different. The miners control the hashing power and hence the network. So it is not straightforward.

BCC fork was heavily promoted by Bitmain, ViaBTC and Bitcoin.com.
Therefore there are at least 3 mining pools that were involved in the previous fork.

Besides, many pools just mine the most profitable coin - irrespective of their
support of a specific cryptocurrency.

That's good. The fact that the bitcoin community is very much random people is bad enough but on the other hand such people are protecting us from the tyranny of the single currency. Any monopoly is bad. If there are more lucrative offers that miners and developers will have to negotiate. we will only get profit.
302  Economy / Speculation / Re: Can Bitcoin Prices Reach $5,000 Again Without China? on: October 06, 2017, 10:29:18 AM
According to today's price on https://coinmarketcap.com/ we are less than ~600 dollars away from $5000 but the question of if we can get their without China is a lie because those guys have the numbers to help push bitcoin prices to the moon and most importantly it has a ready market.
The Chinese have the same numbers to go underground. How do you know what ticket they buy? No, I don't trust the Chinese. Any concentration of coins in one hand is always bad. I very much hope that the ban of China will not be a fake and we will get rid of its pressure.
303  Economy / Speculation / Re: 1 millon for a Bitcoin is this fiction or reality? on: October 05, 2017, 11:13:35 AM
I don't believe in such results. The growth of prices of bitcoins will continue but not to such an extent. It seems to me that bitcoin now is an indicator of inflation of the dollar. As soon as the American government will feel the pressure of bitcoin on the dollar, they will start a war with him. It is not known who else will win this war.
304  Bitcoin / Legal / Re: Bitcoin Legal Issues on: October 05, 2017, 10:53:16 AM
Bitcoin Legal Issues is an important concern in relation to international financial law. Bitcoin is doing well but there are many legal questions need to be analysed in relation to Bitcoin and its standing point as Digital Financial Service. Bitcoin is an Electronic Cash System providing digital financial services globally but there are many speculations and wrong definitions are floating in the Internet. Many governments and bankers as well as public are cofused of legal definition, what Bitcoin is ?  >>

Currently, bitcoin has not been legalized in all countries in the world, but there have been some countries that have legalized bitcoin and made bitcoin as the official currency in their country that can be used as a legitimate transaction tool. this proves the Government of the country that legalize bitcoin has fully understood the rules in this cryptocurrency, and this proves worthy bitcoin to be the currency in their country.
Give me one example of a country that legalized the use of bitcoin and recognized it as currency. Yes, there are many countries who think about how to do this but they don't have a control mechanism. Without this legalization will not. State institutions do not recognize bitcoin but want to get from it.
305  Bitcoin / Legal / Re: Is it legal to sell bitcoin for cash ? on: October 05, 2017, 10:48:32 AM
I see nothing illegal in such transactions. Moreover such transactions are impossible to track. Bitcoin itself is anonymous and the turnover of cash Fiat is also not controlled. Don't understand the reason for your concern.
306  Bitcoin / Legal / Re: why bitcoin illegal in asia? on: October 05, 2017, 10:45:23 AM
Based on my own underatanding bitcoin can be consider as illegal if it is banned in some countries on of this is russia but as time goes by they adopted it.
Russia is not Asia. But they have one thing in common. This lack of a developed democracy. The less democracy, the more bans. Bitcoin helps people achieve financial independence. This is not like authoritarian rulers, and therefore they are fighting against bitcoin.
307  Economy / Economics / Re: Jamie Dimon Calls Bitcoin A 'Fraud' on: October 03, 2017, 03:12:04 PM
Bitcoin cannot be called a Scam just because people were not deceived and does not force you to buy bitcoins. People do it voluntarily. No one is immune from the fact that the price may fall. It depends on market conditions. Bankers feel threatened by cryptocurrencies and so they together with the government will lead the fight against this phenomenon.
308  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Mining (Altcoins) / Re: Different GPU's in 1 rig --> problems? on: October 02, 2017, 12:24:29 PM
Recently do all users complain about the software from nicehash. I guess they changed their programmers. May be they are now working students? I recommend you try to install an older version of their miners. I don't use nvidia GPU. I have GPU from AMD. Work great with version 2.0.0.12 nicehash and an older version 1.7.5.14.
309  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Medicine blockchain projects on: October 02, 2017, 12:13:34 PM
I hope that you will create medical altcoins. Maybe this will be an alternative to the existing health insurance system. Many of us have seen how this can lead to a sharp increase in the number of investments. Maybe this approach will enable the poor who are the first to believe in it is inexpensive to obtain quality health care.
310  Economy / Speculation / Re: Financial collapse means Bitcoin boom? on: October 02, 2017, 11:57:36 AM
Tomorrow Catalonia will try to vote for independence, and Spain will try to stop them (looks like they might get violent).

IF the Catalans vote to leave and declare independence, then all hell will break loose, and we might see a flight to safety towards bitcoin. It depends entirely on how ugly it gets.

This could be possible... But i don't think that political instability alone is enough to make people flood in bitcoin.

However as i've said, when financial situations get real bad, so bad that people cannot transact on a daily basis for their basic needs since their national currency is in a hyperinflationary mess, they will look for an alternative.

An alternative that is a store of value. So it's really only either bitcoin or preciosu metals. Bitcoin is gaining popularity as a safe haven like this.

Bitcoin's price has jumped today. It was about $4200 yesterday morning, and it's now $4435.

If I was a Catalan I'd be buying bitcoin especially as the Catalan govt has announced it will declare independence on Oct 6th. The financial markets are going to be roiled, so it makes sense for Spanish and Catalans alike to put some money in bitcoin to preserve their savings.
I very much doubt that Catalonia will ever be recognized as an independent state. The world does not recognize and to be independent in isolation is unrealistic. Bitcoin you won't help you. Now the world really is a crisis of democracy. This leads to the fact that the influence of uneducated people and the world plunged into chaos.
311  Economy / Speculation / Re: Bitcoin is a bubble on: October 02, 2017, 11:50:39 AM
Any project can be a bubble. Even if he has great confidence. It all depends on the circumstances. for some reason people at some point thought that bitcoin is a tool which allows you to effortlessly become a millionaire. This is not so. All who think so will be disappointed. For them, it will bubble.
312  Economy / Speculation / Re: Bitcoin next Target: $4600, $4700 or $4800? on: October 02, 2017, 11:42:11 AM
I believe that the price of bitcoin will rise. But for me it does not matter. For me the most important thing that bitcoin existed and pleasing to its users. Good traders will always be able to earn. Even if the price is relatively stable. Bitcoin can always surprise your users.
313  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: South Korea Bans All Initial Coin Offerings on: October 01, 2017, 09:39:19 AM
I don't believe this news. Someone really wants to provoke a dump. If they got it I would be very happy. I will have the opportunity to buy some more coins at a low price. I don't have a large amount of free money so I do not trade on exchange but if possible always buy coins during a dump. Then sell them on the rise.
314  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Will Mining CryptoCurrency on Porn Tube Sites be the Way of the Future? on: October 01, 2017, 09:30:46 AM
Weird. Porn sites require you to pump a large amount of videos. This loads the capacity of your computer. If at this point your PC will engage in mining then you will not be able to watch videos and will get very few coins. What's the point? I think it is easier to get coins when you don't use a PC and then calculated them for the entrance to the site.
315  Economy / Economics / Re: Do we need blockchain technology? on: October 01, 2017, 09:18:44 AM
yes i agreed we need blockchain technology in our daily life, So many people are talking adopt blockchain technology in elections,
It's is more secure than any other system right now.
It's is very very  difficult or impossible to hack blockchain technology.
You believe that politicians are interested in how to honestly count the votes in the elections? In our time, the arrival of bad policy can completely change the course of history. Blockchain technology can give more freedom to the people. Bitcoin is only a small part of the opportunities that we now have.
316  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin Will Kill The Income Tax on: October 01, 2017, 09:10:53 AM
In today's environment governments are no problems to collect taxes from the users of bitcoins. We all pay this tax. Only we don't think about it. In order to make purchases we have to change the bitcoins to Fiat. The cost of each item includes tax and the buyer pays them.
317  Bitcoin / Legal / Re: Legal bitcoin or illegal bitcoin on: October 01, 2017, 09:03:18 AM
This week was a message from the head of the IMF that cryptocurrencies do not pose a threat to the banking system. I don't agree with him. If the popularity of bitcoin will continue to grow this may become a problem. But I think that the reason for the ban of bitcoin is that the government is afraid of free citizens. Bitcoin banned only in authoritarian countries.
318  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: what's the future of bitoin in china ? on: September 30, 2017, 11:34:02 AM
Don't understand why people are so concerned about the fate of the Chinese. I think you need to take care of themselves. But if you are very concerned, there is nothing the Chinese will not. How to use cryptocurrency, they will use it. Drugs are forbidden in all countries, but everywhere there are users and sellers of drugs.
319  Economy / Economics / Re: Like it or not Bitcoin is Gold 2.0 on: September 30, 2017, 11:26:03 AM
Gold has a physical form and is a proven investment over many millennia. Bitcoin has no such history of credit. That alone does not give the right to compare these assets. Now do investments in bitcoin bring more income but no one knows how long it will last.
320  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Ethereum: Good alt or stay away? on: September 30, 2017, 11:21:44 AM
Ethereum coin is the gold coin it has a great team of management with excellent technology with a contract of smart work that's why all new cryptos like to smart contract with Ethereum, So I think this is the good coin and best coin for a long term.
I don't share your optimism about the Ethereum. First in this coin there is no limit on the number and it will lead in the future to inflation. Secondly, who knows what will result changes in terms of mining coins. I would not recommend ETH as an investment for the long term.
