Yep, I've noticed that and also the manipulation on the downside to try to keep the price going down. Looks like people have their reasons and sometimes it becomes evident what they are when they comment over time. I for one welcome any support for KORE as it's their time and money on the line and makes my Investment worth more. However I don't mind picking up cheap shares either and am appreciative when I get those low priced shares. There is also some Bot at work on all the CC's on Bittrex. So that's a tough one...  |

Thanks Looks like it was out of sync for a few hours and is going through another sync issue again mainly caused by lack of those staking so keep staking. You will receive all payouts once it becomes unstuck. I sent two transactions out. Both went through and wallet is in sync. You should be ok. IF anyone isn't staking give it a try. Many new ones are staking BUT... MAKE SURE you have the Current Wallet v2.2And keep your wallets open/staking as it may take hours to sync. Patience is required.

Another was received nearly a month late and is no longer wanted, but soniq refuses to provide an address to return the miner. Both parties have been making an attempt at coming to an agreement on how to handle compensation for soniq failing to live up to the terms of the original agreement. So long as both parties are willing to work on a renegotiation, I am not going to force them to stop. Once the parties tell me that they cannot come to an agreement on the release of escrow, I will enforce the original agreement. Can you provide more details? Who is the buyer and who is the escrow agent.

soniq, please stop lying. I've been happy to enforce the original escrow agreement all along. You and the buyer have decided that you would rather renegotiate, since neither of you were very happy with the likely outcome of the original agreement. Most of the delay has been the months that have gone by with no response from you whatsoever while the buyer repeatedly tried to contact you. Please note, that the original agreement states that the buyer can return the equipment for a $200 fee, but you have refused to provide a return address for the equipment. Refusal to accept returned equipment can be seen as a breach of the agreement and can forfeit the full purchase price of the unit. Since the buyer is willing to return it, he is due a full refund regardless of whether you have changed your mind about accepting the return. The reason that neither party has asked me to enforce the original agreement yet is because the buyer feels that 2.50496981 BTC is insufficient compensation for the problems you have caused, and is therefore likely to demand a full refund and return of the unit to you, and you are unwilling to accept the refund of 7.8 BTC in exchange for the return of the unit. I have only been asked today by soniq to enforce the original agreement. I am waiting 48 hours for the buyer to either dispute the delivery date, or demand a refund. If neither happens in the next 48 hours, the escrow will be released. If the buyer does either of the above, then the amount to be released from escrow will need to be recalculated. could escrow be released for the 1st 4 miners while #5 is still being disputed?

Assuming that I get confirmation from MikeMike of these delivery dates, I calculate compensation for late delivery of 1 unit as follows: 1.6 TH/s miner May 1 - 11 difficulty = 8000872135.9681635 May 12 - 23 difficulty = 8853416309.1278 May 24 - 27 difficulty = 10455720138.484837 Average calculated expected income at each difficulty: May 1 - 11: 0.10058073 per day X 11 days = 1.10638803 BTC May 12 - 23: 0.09089104 per day X 12 days = 1.09069248 BTC May 24 - 27: 0.07697233 per day X 4 days = 0.3078893 BTC (income generated calculated as the average of the values reported by the following three websites: alloscomp.com, bitcoinx.com, and coinwarz.com) 1.10638803+1.09069248+0.3078893 = 2.50496981 BTC As such, MikeMike is due 2.50496981 BTC refunded from escrow as compensation for late delivery. The remainder of escrow will be released to soniq. I'll wait 48 hours to see if there are any facts or relevant details that I am missing. If nothing new comes to light, then escrow will be released as indicated. If any one has any objections to this resolution, or any reason why this decision violates the original escrow agreement, they need to post the associated information in this thread before Thursday, 2014-08-14 23:59 CDT (UTC-5:00). Danny/Soniq, As I have made you aware by PM I've had a complicated death in my immediate Family. I see we won't receive any compensation for the 4-miners being delivered late though Soniq and I had a personal arrangement it was not put into the Escrow Agreement and Soniq will not reply to my numerous emails/PM's to address this matter. Soniq did agree to a payment of 4.8BTC or 4.2BTC I believe for the 5th late terraminer. Given no recourse and it being clear that's better than this we will accept the 4.8BTC or 4.2BTC agreed upon arrangement. Which ever it is go with it if it's not too late... I want to get it over and move on. Though I'd still like to know what's going on with our Jupiter GB payouts that we never received nor any of the NMC that was mined that's now near worthless and I can only hope that Soniq won't retaliate and hold this against us thereby never making good for those Jupiter GB payouts and NMC payout. hey mike, i just restarted the wallet...got 7 active connections to kore. back to work Glad to hear. It will continue to increase connections. Just give it a little time. I just checked the Network sending Coins to the NEW Exchange KORE has just been listed on Yesterday. Only problem is, Dev is gone for a couple weeks and others are advancing. I see Kore going much lower and if we are lucky others don't get features out because if they do Kore is worthless. Holding now is a huge gamble. Vacation is a bad time but like he said, "he don't work for anyone" so the way I see it is we are holding on empty promises. That's all I have seen so far. Another words, if you got out you should get back in because something is about to happen and you will be kicking yourself for missing the opportunity that is right now. Usually when there's a delay in a release or update etc. on most coins it Seems like everybody on the Team just stops working, the fudsters move in and take over. Why is that? There's no reason to slow any of the forward looking objectives as well as new ones currently being brainstormed bringing KORE to the next level. Mumble is an excellent place to brainstorm since rather than PMing one person you throw out your suggestion to the Team for open consultation. JOIN the Team, We need you. The news Eurbids disclosed is very exciting. We just have some people holding shares that were in for the quick buck. Eurbids new idea "Which he already wrote the Code for" Has the ability for 100% True Anon. Surpasses TOR, DarkKore, Zerocoin, Zerocash, Mixing etc. All were valient efforts and some still could be used in conjunction BUT Just not as effective as Eurbids newest PoBA. KORE has a bright future. We need to continue the organizational and promotional strategy that is proving to be both effective and successful. Just because the price is where it is and it's pretty strong BTW compared to other more well known coins with Manipulative non-delivering Dev's and a well paid Marketing team. And that just it. That's all most of them are. Marketed well and manipulated by a good number of deep pocketed Whales. KORE on the other hand: There are true supporters and believers who trust the Dev and that he will come through in a big way. And he will. This is why smart money is trickling in.
