3)  Creating a clear Pyramid scheme dumping the coins at the start with only the conspirators having access to the secret keys which ones they intend to bring down or promote using their vast powers!
Pyramid scheme? What did you mean?

I am not aware of Pyramid scheme from BitGeSell, can you give link to any scheme you know?

The price of BitGeSell is still low and does not have 10x or 100x from that I can wait for months to see higher price. As accumulator, the problem for me is low volume and high spread of price on available market. It makes accumulation at my target price is hard and it is not easy to accumulate without effects on price. I don't want to buy up the price and force myself to accept more expensive price on the market buy orders.
3002  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: help on buy rise or buy fall on: May 04, 2021, 02:08:13 AM
There are two buying types:

Buying when you are in FOMO or the crowd are in FOMO but you are aware of risk and benefits if you join that FOMO crowd.
FOMO won't be stable and price won't stay at highs for long. Buying this way requires your solid plans to take profit or cut loss. You must response very quickly with the market movements.

Buying up dips: it is a better way.
If you identify good entry prices and patiently wait for such dips, you will be very solid in your minds and bounces will bring good profit, high ROI to you. Risks are if you buy up dips at bad entry price and you are too greedy, dead cat bounces will kill you. If you are too greedy, and don't exit with short and small bounces, you will end with losses.

Your topic title is not clear but I guess you emphasized as follows
Buy rise: FOMO buying.
Buy fall: Buying up dips.
3003  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: holding is not an easy thing on: May 03, 2021, 10:15:18 AM
This statement itself is questionable. If the people need to survive on selling their investment, why would they start investing in the first place?
Pressure is the worst thing you face with for your investment or trading. If you do anything relates to investment or trading under pressure (here I don't mention what is pressure and where is it from), results can be bad as long as you are not a superb professional guy.

Holding was possible but of course not an easy thing especially if you are very dependable on the ROI of your hodling investment or for a short term investment only.
Value or fundamental investors do prefer holding or hodling. The longer you hold, the better profit you might have. Why the period of holding makes sense or decides the profit you earn?

You can not know when the companies you are investing in do product releases, press releases or any break-out moments. If you hold 1 or 2 years, and such break-out moments (only discuss about new products) in the third year, you miss a great opportunity to exit your investment with very good ROI. Exit in the first or second year can still give you profit but not big.

In cryptocurrency, Ethereum and BNB are very good examples for altcoins. If you hold them in the past 3 or 4 years, you have yet gotten any losses and in fact you have very good ROI.

Quote
Hodling will be the best option for all the investors who doesn't only have investment but they have another source of income to meet their daily needs. And at the same time, you can't rely on the ROI of hodling if you are expecting for an easy ROI because ROI of hodling are a time mannered investment.
Holding or hodling is only good or best if you choose good cryptocurrencies and your choices must be based on fundamental analyses. Any decision that is made arbitrarily and looks like a gambling is not good to hold for any period.
3004  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: holding is not an easy thing on: May 03, 2021, 06:58:07 AM
alot of people really want to hold but the daily needs of life make them sell off at little profit and solve their needs which is really good. but later they notice the coin they sold cheap is worth enough to liberate them. this kind of occurences are painful but its really not his fault.
Holding means mid-term or long-term so if you give up your holding plans and sell your coins earlier than your original plans, it is easily to explain why your holding ends with a draw, loss or very small profit.

Holding will end with serious losses if you choose a bad coin AND buy at it all time high. When bull market goes away, and bear market comes, your shit coin holding will end with serious loss or zero.

When you do your investigation good enough and you choose good coins for your holding portfolio, you need to keep up with your plans. It is easy or not easy and depends on your personal traits.

If you are disciplined guy, it is easy and oppositely, it will be a hard task.
3005  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: high swap fee on dex on bsc chain. on: May 03, 2021, 06:17:04 AM
one of the strongest weapon of bsc chain over eth chain is the low transaction fee which has been doing well for some time. recently i noticed swapping on bsc dex now cost more than usual.
BSC does it functions very well to prevent or deal with high waiting transactions. I don't see any report on network congestion on Binance Smart Chain so far. I admit that I don't like Changpeng Zao and Binance but they create an excellent chain and as users, we get benefit from that one.

General facts about transaction fee on any network
- With same capacity of network, chain, the more transactions, the higher fee will be.
- With same fee rate, in BTC, satoshi, Ethereum, Gwei, BNB, the higher a coin price is, the higher the fee will be. Because transaction fee is calculated by fee rate multiplies coin price together with transaction size.
- Network, protocol can not reduce transaction fee by reduce coin price.

In the past months, BNB rose a lot and its price growth does affect transaction fee on Binance Smart Chain.

Let's just monitor, they will be back soon, hopefully no funds were stolen and if there is, hopefully Hotbit will be able to refund it in full.
According to their updates on Twitter, I think hackers have yet touched to their wallets (cold and hot) and Hobit together with audit companies are working intensively and effectively to bring their services back ASAP.

Latest update from Hotbit and all are good so far.

BitGeSell. Its price has a jump of 25% in latest 24hours. Good enough for the rally to retest the All time high cap. I will hold my BitGeSell coins next 7 months. At least, I don't plan to sell my BitGeSell at cheap prices. Holding is important and easiest way to get profit in bull market. Altcoin season is on going and has yet finished.

BitGeSell price. Because of temporary maintenance on Hotbit, you have few exchanges to buy the coin: Crex24.com and Digifinex.

How about this guys? I tried to convince you that ApeSwap ($BANANA) can have two-figured price and it happened sooner than I thought. With a price of above $10 for one $BANANA, it is a big present for ApeSwap signature campaign months ago. I remember I received about 60 to 70 $BANANA each week. Sadly to say that I missed one week because of my missing post.

By the way, I would prefer to take this post, today and say my thanks to the manager of that campaign, Hhampuz. It is always my pleasure and honor to work with you.

3008  Economy / Exchanges / Re: Poloniex SupporT! Please Help Me!! (Accidentally deposited BTC to USDT wallet ) on: May 02, 2021, 04:22:11 AM
Hi, 30 April Poloniex stop using OMNI .. Today When I check my account I saw that my wallet adres which one I accidentally sent btc ( 1Han49haYVjn7rsWYFDfyeLBvKKbmXUNuv ) no more exist on my account.. I mean I can not see my wallet like in image..

Now when I try to deposit Usdt, here is only have TRON and ETHEREUM ... I can not find my wallet ( 1Han49haYVjn7rsWYFDfyeLBvKKbmXUNuv )

Today 39th day. And last reply from support was 17 days ago.  I dont want to think that ignore me..

I have question, They removed my Omni usdt wallet. Is it problem for me or not ?  How am I going to prove it ?

Really I am very tired and worry..
They announced that they will stop support Tether USD on OMNI layer (I don't check your posts but I recalled you gave the information in one of your posts or screenshots).

It is normal when they stop USDT-OMNI support as planned and announced weeks ago. It is not a personal attack on you and your account.

Regarding to your account and request to recover your crypto, as I and others said.

- You are not in a position to request and get 100% support from Poloniex. Not only about Poloniex but also about any other centralized exchanges. It is your lesson so please remember it and never make same mistakes.
- Poloniex shown some vague supports for you. You have only choice, try to bump your support ticket after a while sometime. It can be weekly, bi-weekly or monthly bump. However, don't bump your ticket every day as it is superb annoying.
- Lastly, afford your loss if Poloniex won't support you at the end.
- Wait and hope, but afford for your loss with the prob for loss is 80 to 90%.

BTC seems to terun to 60k again,

I made a big mistake of selling all cryptocurrencies at 50k last week.
If you feel unsafe, do it is right choice. Selling early help you to protect your capital and your profit. Selling too late can cause big losses of your profit or even your capital.

Now my friend recommended me the Shield DAO, an upcoming ICO star project, and most of the KOLs I follow are recommending it.
The market is moving and many old projects are good for you to invest. I don't step in shoes of people who want to gamble with new projects. With new projects, you can get much profit but you can lose your capital very quickly.

Quote
BTW, I have got $129k in this bull market, can I make more?  Smiley
$129k. Impressive profit but how much your initial capital is? Do you take your capital back as savings? If you already take your original capital from your account balance, you can use that $129k to re-invest. Re invest if you can afford any loss from that $129k.

If you have yet taken your original capital, do it ASAP. When you get profits, your minds can be not fresh and you will more easily to lose money.
3010  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Marketplace (Altcoins) / Re: Blockchain Implementation Costs Breakdown for DeFi projects on: May 01, 2021, 11:37:09 AM
Does anyone happen to know some rough estimates for the costs for blockchain implementation for DeFi projects? It would be very helpful if someone with experience in this topic could chime in and provide their thoughts, thank you.
Crypto are based on opened source code and if you understand that point, you will know that many projects are not original. They use source code of earlier projects, change the name, total supply and a few parameters. If they are coins, their team can use word as fork for their projects. If they are tokens, like DeFi projects, their team don't use the word fork but nothing is different here. Just different in chosen words.

If you take this point, you can see the cost to create DeFi projects are not high because teams don't have to hire outstanding developers to create projects with original idea, codes.

I have successfully traded on this exchange and have been able to increase my BGL holdings well. After that, I removed the coins to my local wallet. Now I understand that it was the right decision.
Not your keys, not your coins. It is a warning for everyone in cryptocurrency market. If you store your coins on exchanges, you put your coins in uncertainty as you can not control what will happen with exchanges?

They can be hacked (customer personal data, funds can be stolen).
They can be frozen by governments.
They can make scam exits.

I make deposits to exchanges when I want to sell my coins. When my orders are filled, I will withdraw my funds from exchanges. If my fund is in crypto, I will send it to my non custodial wallets. With private keys, seeds I will be able to get access to my crypto and can recover my wallets.

Thats a lot. Bigger than ETH and MATIC.
MATIC? That coin has a big growth in the last week.

I don't want to compare ETH with SUMOkoin. ETH is a biggest altcoin but their developments for upgrades usually are delayed too long. SUMOkoin is not in a position to compare with Ethereum.

The SUMOkoin reminds me about LEND (now is AVVAE), that has years of falling and suddenly it was a biggest gainer in altcoins. In 2020, it is a biggest surprise among thousands of altcoins. Silence is for the future storms.

3014  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: chances of bank closing account if you buy bitcoin on: April 30, 2021, 02:37:03 AM
Which country are you residing at? Some particular banks under the regulations of their country, prohibits the purchase of bitcoin that would be the reason why they are freezing or probably closing their bank accounts.

Its very important to know the bitcoin legalization of your country before doing anything. And it is better to be supervised by those who have experienced in buying bitcoin in a bank as there are also banks that are crypto-friendly.
On some exchanges as Remitano or Paxful, in your trade, you and your trade partners don't have any information that your bank transfer is made for cryptocurrency trade. Remitano gives you a code for your bank transfer. Paxful give you and your trade partner a trade chat to fill in trade details.

It is difficult for banks to know your trades are for crypytocurrencies. Just secret trades now but in the future, governments can enforce banks to trace money flow and discover cryptocurrency trades.

Because your bank transfer does not have details that it is for crypto trade, if you get scammed, you can not request support from banks or police. Side effects of secret trades in nations that cryptocurrency trades are not officially accepted by governments.
3015  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Altcoin Cryptocurrency Equivalent to USD Most Stable on: April 30, 2021, 02:24:45 AM
The opinion to call a cryptocurrency is pegged by USD is stable as a stable coin is not correct.

Its value or stability depends on the value of USD. If USD has accident for any reason, USD-pegged stable coins will not be stable.

Furthermore, I think USD is better than stable coin, for long term. Tether USD can be collapsed, shut down but the US government and USD won't. The convenience from USDT or other USD-pegged coins is they give your fast and easy method to move your fund.

With stable coins, you have double risks: risk for value of USD, and risk for government actions.
3016  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Marketplace (Altcoins) / Re: Multiple buy orders without blocking the amount on Binance on: April 29, 2021, 12:41:22 PM
Does anyone knows a way (using a bot perhaps) that I can set multiple buy orders, without blocking my balance?

The use case is:

- I have x amount of money
- I would like to buy ANY of the 10 coins for all my money, if the price drops a certain % from the current price.

I know you cannot do it on Binance directly. Any bot or service that can do that?
If your coins are not locked, as a seller, how the buyer will receive the amount of coin he/she buy from you?

Exchange must lock your coin when you set a sell or buy orders and when you open your leverage trades. To make sure that exchange will get your coins and you don't use 0 balance to trade, they must lock your coins in Cross or Isolated margin account, then you can use those amount with leverages and trade.

Your second question: If you use 1 BTC to buy 10 coins with the total fund is 1 BTC for each coin, it means the total values of your total 10 buy orders are 10 BTC. Have and use 1 but want to buy 10, it is not acceptable with Spot trading. With leverage trading, you can with 10x leverage but Spot or Leverage, your initial 1 BTC must be locked.
3017  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Jose Mourinho Next Club? on: April 29, 2021, 05:01:56 AM
Mourinho will be good for clubs that don't have good results in recent seasons and need to build up their squad with expectation for improved performances.

Clubs like Manchester United, need trophies are not for Mourinho
Clubs have sudden successes like Tottenham are not for Mourinho as their boards and players want to have trophies. Even they are not big clubs and don't have many trophies in the Club Hall of Fame.

Because of those reasons, AC Milan and Inter Milan are not for Mourinho. Juventus is bad too as Mourinho will have serious conflicts with star players in Turin.
I think AS Roma can be a good option for him but will Mourinho want to take a job in Italy again?

From his time in Italy and Inter Milan, he does not love the nation and the style of media attacks on his work.

At the first, I think you just typo by typed $BANANA with banano meanwhile after I read your entire post I'm pretty sure you had come to the wrong place mate.

This is the ANN thread apeswap ($BANANA) which is one of defi projects on BSC network. But what you are talking about earlier was banano ($BAN) the memes coin which forks from Nano.org, and here's their ANN -> https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=5165788
Double checks
- Type with ticker $BANANA, $BAN, $BANANO, anything
- Check the project name from the ticker.
- If you see the project name is different, the website is different, and the usecases are different too, the ticker you choose is not correct.

In the future, if possible, the ApeSwap team can consider to contact and build up partnership with $BAN. If it can be done, some coins and tokens relate to Ape will be included in one ecosystem which operates on the ApeSwap DeFi.

I think it will be the future of crypto, cross-chain and multiple-feature, -chain platforms.

If you look at its historical data, its initial price opened at $ 1.5 on March 18th.
Coinmarketcap and other marketcap websites list coins or tokens with same delay. The first day on marketcap website is not the first day of lively trading that can be one week, one month before.

Even for me, it's still in my wallet and I haven't moved it yet.  When I first received it, I should have immediately made a way to approve the unlocking of my wallet for staking ... This is the first time I will make a transaction with BSC so I'm not familiar with the network yet.
Farming in early days are more profitable and BSC is better than ERC20 chain because you will spend very cheaper fee for your swaps and transactions. ApeSwap have upgraded their codes, platforms weeks ago and recently they announced some good partnerships. I believe that if they continue their good works, the platform will join the top-notch DeFi list soon.
