I went with these two picks for later today the first pick is Nuggets -8.5 and first half Jazz -9.5, both teams should win and likely cover the spread as these two teams still have something to play for. The Nuggets still have a chance to move up in the standings if they win and the Jazz lose but the chances are very low since the Jazz will be facing Portland and they just lost by 50 points against the Mavericks in their last game plus the Jazz have the edge when it comes to the tiebreakers.

3002  Economy / Gambling / Re: Which would be better ? on: April 10, 2022, 07:43:56 AM
I've seen both but sports seem a lot easier to me and casinos are hard for me.
If sports is easier for you then go for it, while betting on sports you should also look for some promotions as it's one of the best ways to increase your profit and the same thing goes for casinos if you're planning to try and play in the future.

You can play in both for fun if you want to.Just don't expect to make any profits.
I don't think there's anything wrong in expecting to make profits and win as it's one of the reasons why most people gamble but at the same time they should observe proper bankroll management and only deposit what they can afford to lose.

Later for the grand finals, i'm taking ENCE +1.5 the handicap is just too good even though Faze got the harder matchup on their way through this finals I think it'll be a close one given their last meeting ended up going through all three maps.

It was close on the 2nd map though, Nigma owned the game but somehow Entity turned it all around making the game 2-0
Somewhat close but unfortunate that they couldn't close out the game in time and capitalize on the lead they gained during the mid game and when Entity manage to stall the game even further it just spelled trouble for them as their composition started falling off during the late game.

Im not sure about Secret but Nigma is going down to 2nd division for real because they just lost another game today. Losing 5 games in a row and their next two games will be Secret and Liquid so yeah I honestly dont think they can win. This is probably the worst result ever for those 4 original Nigma players ever since their days together in Liquid
I agree there's no way Team Secret would get relegated, right now they're at the bottom of the standings just above Team Nigma but they have one of the easier matchups as they'll be playing against Team Nigma and Entity.

Also, it felt like Team Nigma is only playing just to secure the money at this point since their performance really fell off even though they did well during that one lan tournament.
3004  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: High Rollers on: April 10, 2022, 06:11:20 AM
in the future when Bitcoin hit the $100k mark we'll seldom see those numbers, maybe in the past there are wages that go up to 100BTC or 200BTC but that was when Bitcoin is still in 4 digits
That depends on the max bets of the casino as some players have their own bigger set of limits. If Stake is willing to allow bets higher than a million then it's probably possible to see the same numbers even if Bitcoin goes up later on.

Have any of you come across such big wagers in real-time.
Somewhat, back when I used to be active in Nitrogensports there's one active high roller that would always post his max bet on the chatbox and when you open the betslip it would go for like 50-100 BTC payouts. The price wasn't big back then but the value in fiat was around a hundred thousand at the very least.

I'm also taking a small punt on the Clippers -11.5 @2.00 (boosted odds), Kings' recent losses these past couple of weeks went over double digits and I think the Clippers will do the same later today even though there's nothing to play for.

Only going for a small stake since the seedings are pretty much locked in for most teams at this point.

everyone gets a winner winner chicken dinner!
The third map was so sweaty I thought my bet was dead when Astralis was leading 5-1 but i'm surprised that it ended up 7-8 in favor of Furia then that flawless CT side from Furia to seal the deal.

It’s normal that bookie will favor Entity despite of Nigma experience since they are basing there odds on there individual stats on this tournament. So far Nigma is the last place and didn’t get a single win to any team while Entity 2-0 Brame on there match. But I still respect Nigma so I will go +1.5 to them together with Liquid. I believe they can get a single game on there match since this round robin will gonna end soon and they need to get a win to avoid elimination especially for Nigma.  Cheesy
The odds are too low for +1.5 i'm taking over 2.5 @1.92 as Team Entity's trend still goes on with 3 out of 4 series going to the distance, my only worry is the drafting on the side of Team Nigma which could potentially lead to a sweep.

Then on the other series, i'll go with Team Liquid both teams looking shaky but I prefer Team Liquid due to the value and I didn't like the way Tundra handled their series against OG.

3008  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Why is the "Draw No Bet" not found on most sportsbook on: April 08, 2022, 09:12:51 PM
Yeah, but it will become draw win/lose situation, not draw no bet...
Anyway, I don't think the "draw" here is the issue. If some bookers don't allow "draw no bet," it is probably because they want users to play (win/lose). Let's say you place draw no bet and ranked up thus receive the rakeback/bonus, then the match ended in draw, it will become confusing for the casino.
I agree i'm not saying it's an issue but I just want to point out that bookies tend to have a wide variety of markets available even if the sport tends to have an outcome of a draw it's just that there's poor visibility when it comes to some of the markets as they're buried below the page or on another tab.

Also, I guess it depends on how their bonus system work, usually it should get voided and returned but I remember that one of the sportsbook i've used still counted the voided bets as a progression to my VIP level.
3009  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Why is the "Draw No Bet" not found on most sportsbook on: April 08, 2022, 08:30:33 AM
Depending with match only have result win or loss? how about if have match like football maybe Primer League or Serie A when match result draw will our money refund or keep as loss. Several sportsbook have option with draw but if not take as match result draw will loss depending what match result we choose. I think still not found with sportsbook not given with draw match option and almost several sportsbook have option with draw, win or loss.
Like i've said it depends on the market you're taking, with 1x2 it's already obvious as there's a draw option which is also known as the X.

On the other hand, even if there's a draw option you can always avoid it by taking the Asian handicaps which have +0.5, +1.5, +2.5, and so on, or you can go with the draw no bet option as there are times when draw no bet markets have higher odds than the handicaps.
3010  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: 🕹️ Esports 🎮 Prediction & Discussion Thread on: April 08, 2022, 07:54:52 AM
two bangers tomorrow 🔥🔥 i'm going with over 2.5 in the first series. But Navi v FaZe is a toss up, could be an over 2.5, D2 is literally a free win for NaVi lately, so it's all about overpass or nuke for FaZe (navi dropped one map so far and it was nuke) But, i kinda wanna back FaZe, those odds are really juicy for the #2 team in the world
Liking the over in the Navi vs Faze series as well as both teams are likely going to take their map picks similar to what happened in their last meeting during the IEM tournament.

Then in the first series i'll go with Furia @1.66 hopefully they don't let me down, whenever I back these guys they usually fail to deliver but I prefer them over Astralis as I think there's still something lacking on the side of Astralis at the moment.

3011  Local / Pamilihan / Re: Pre-pandemic Unfinished NBA Prediction Tournament on: April 08, 2022, 01:51:04 AM
Thanks din sa pag send ng announcement, kung ano man yung magiging format ng next stage ng tournament i'm all for it.

Pero agree ako sa sinabi ni bisdak na parang mas okay palitan yung format kasi baka mabitin tayo sa old rules na 12 points yung cut off since puro best of 7 naman lahat ng matchups except sa play ins.

If gusto pa rin ng karamihan dun sa old format then go lang din ako dun.

I'm taking the points on the Grizzlies +4.5 this team continues to impress me while the Nuggets are somewhat pressured to win I still think they can lose straight up against the Grizzlies. Even if the Grizzlies have nothing to play for they still continue their winning ways and I think it'll continue since the Nuggets have been struggling at home. I just think there's way too much value on the Grizzlies as bookies tend to give a lot of credit to teams that have some stake on the line.
3013  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: 🕹️ Esports 🎮 Prediction & Discussion Thread on: April 07, 2022, 09:16:05 AM
Does anyone watch the match of OG versus Tundra? People make a bet with the tundra because they know the capability of this team because of their winning streak recently and we now the OG loses to their previous games with the game 1 it's already in favour of the team Tundra because of their good drafts but after they lose a fight in the top lane their core makes a buy back and the whole team bought back too but the timber conquered the game and makes them all die back that's why OG win the game 1 and after that in the game two they can easily manage to win a sweep 2-0.
I still remember that game 1, it was just painful to watch I think Tundra lost their patience and someone from their team made the call to buyback in order to salvage the team fight but it felt like they somewhat hesitated in doing so as they bought back one by one like throwing bodies to the meat grinder. OG's timing was just great when it comes to dragging out that crucial engagement until Tundra expended all their BKBs so they could easily all in on the cores.

Also eyeing NiP @1.70 vs Team Liquid later, still not convinced with Team Liquid it felt like Heroic had an off day. We'll see if Team Liquid could pull it off twice in a row against another solid opposition or will NiP eliminate them later today.
3014  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Why is the "Draw No Bet" not found on most sportsbook on: April 07, 2022, 07:40:08 AM
But how do they decide if the match ends in a tie?
It's decided based on the rules of the sport or depending on the specific market as certain sports usually have outcomes that end on a draw like football, rugby, etc.

Sometimes they'll mention certain markets if overtime is included like this hockey market from Sportsbet.

3015  Economy / Games and rounds / Re: Livecasino.io - 🔥 Review Campaign 🔥 on: April 07, 2022, 12:04:06 AM
Similar to the other guys above me, I also participated in some of their promotions last month, and here's my experience so far.

Registration is pretty straightforward, if you've tried Sportsbet and Bitcasino then you won't be surprised with the registration process as they're basically the same.

Once you've created an account, you'll receive a nice mail about their welcome package where you can choose between three packages(basic, standard, and premium) and pick up some extra reward up to 4.5mbtc while you're playing some of their live games(blackjack, roulette, baccarat).

Deposits and Withdrawals, the minimum amounts are stated when you're checking their deposit and withdrawal page which is what I really appreciate as someone who plays with a small bankroll. I've been mainly using Bitcoin when making deposits on my account and it takes only one minute for the amount to get credited. Withdrawals are nearly instant, only takes a minute or two for requests to get approved and sent to your bitcoin address.

On to the games, as expected they pretty much offer a lot of popular games from slots(Yggdrasil, PnG, Push Gaming, and more) to live casino games (Evolution, OneTouch, Betgames, eBet). But keep in mind that some providers have some geo-restrictions in place so don't be surprised if some games aren't available on your end.

Live Support, whenever I experience any issue regarding the promos their live support is really quick and helpful when it comes to handling the situation. So far all of the issues i've brought up with them were immediately fixed so always hit them up whenever you're in need of help.

Final thoughts and suggestions, Livecasino.io is great when you're looking for a place to play some live casinos as they're one of the few casinos that allow their players to deposit without having to wait for confirmations. Small suggestion, it would be nice to make the Slots page gain a bit more accessibility and visibility on the side menu so we don't have to go through the live providers page or list of games at the bottom of the page whenever we want to browse for some slots to play with.

Feels great to win both picks once in a while, moving on to the next Celtics 1q -1.5 @1.84 seems way too good here Bulls on a back to back plus the Celtics tend to have an early lead in their recent games including their losses. Celtics still have Brown, Tatum, Horford listed as GTD but I think these three are likely to play given that the second seed is on the line for the remaining three games. Liked the Celtics -7 at first glance but eventually switched to 1q as I don't think their trend will be stopping anytime soon given the Bulls aren't that great when it comes to winning the first quarter.

Anyone watched that OG v GG? Casters were only noticing how well bzm and Yuragi played but man they are missing out big time on Taiga. That dude is so good as a pos 4 even way back on his days in Liquid. His subtle setups in teamfights make the fights look easy, especially during that game 2 against GG. Always knows when to throw his skills and when to disengage. It will be a shame to see him not get many wins with his exemplary performance on this DPC season.
Yup, watched that series as I had a ticket on over 2.5 maps but GG honestly deserved the 2-0 loss as their draft was just horrendous plus GG losing in the laning stage just gave OG some good tempo to control the game from start to finish.

Looks like teams are starting to find some way to crack GG as the same thing happened during their series against Nigma. I wouldn't worry that much about OG getting wins as they're in a good position so far to take the first spot in the standings as they have a much easier schedule compared to GG.

Same here, was surprised to see the bonus released this early, at first I thought it was just the pre-monthly bonus since it's only the first week of April.

Hopefully, they'd put out a post-monthly bonus at the end so there'd be a follow-up bonus later in the month.
3019  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: 🕹️ Esports 🎮 Prediction & Discussion Thread on: April 06, 2022, 02:28:15 AM
I wasn't able to tune in live but I watched the highlights, that must've sting for Team Secret from nearly getting 2-0 win to Brame successfully pulling off the reverse sweep.  Lips sealed

Before the series started I thought this would be a guaranteed win for Team Secret but man they seem to be a hit or miss so far.

After that loss, the best-case scenario for them would be to go 4-3 and hope there would be another tiebreaker for the 3rd and 4th place spot similar to the previous season.

3020  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: What is your opinions about simulated reality games? on: April 06, 2022, 12:02:11 AM
Is simulated realty games is different from player versus player games? like NBA 2k game, Tekken, Mortal Combat, etc? or was that games comes from third party provider? If it was from third party then we should not trust it. I usually filter this kind of game I am not sure why they include it in sports sometimes I get confused to it and place bet on those game.
It is definitely different, simulated reality games probably use a model or algorithm that's based on the actual stats of the teams but there's still randomness to it as certain models act differently to certain matchups.

Esports is the other category you're referring to since it's based on a PvP format. Anyway, some bookies always have an SRL acronym at the end of the markets whenever they offer these types of games for pre live or live betting.
