If people will invest in scientific projects on your platform, what they will give from them? Are they will be able to getting some % of profit every month or year from this projects?
They will be able to get annual dividends according to how much each project raised. 5 % of the money they raise will go to a fund which will then pay off dividends. The question is how this is gonna work in particular. For example, I invest $100. Will I get back $5 at the end of the year? It sounds like they will just shuffle all the money and give back people their own money. That would just make it a discount for the tokens, not a dividend, but if everyone gets the discount that means no one gets a discount. Maybe someone can explain. Well good question.. the token economics, are they security tokens or utility tokens? There's a big legal differnce between those 2. I think it will be both if that's possible.  We have to wait for an update from the team. Indeed, it's better to wait for an answer from the devs before start to speculate about it. the question is very interesting and i think they will give investors cumulative anual dividends on the proceeds of all the projects supported by the platform, for what concerns the type of token better wait for a response from the team... |

i was not checking but you can sell the token in forkdelta or etherdelta for sure, only i doubt there are any order at the moment. If there is no progress with the mvp i doubt anybody will come to know this project which it seems to have a long road uphill at the moment...
It will be the worst idea to sell the tokens on Forkdelta or Etherdelta. Having a similar thought like yours, I had sold PRL on Etherdelta and regret now. Dont make that mistake. Hold until the platform comes out. It is a high risk/ high reward investment due to the long roadmap. You should think first if you are willing to wait that long before buying. I agree that selling now is only an option if you need money desperately. Now doesn't look like the best moment to sell, everyone here are waiting to better times but who knows what is going to happen in a few months. Etherdelta is far from its good days so even if you manage to sell your tokens there, you wont get a good price for them. Wait for the official listing on some better exchange. actually it is not a good time to sell because of the low values of the market but if one can not wait for the listing on the official exchanges among the decentralized ones i suggest forkdelta... |

The market is in difficult situation but how is this project going ?
The market has been in a difficult situation since february and we haven't seen any sign of recovery. I hope it changes soon. it won't change any time soon, maybe towards the end of the year. the project will be fine if they promote it enough. Hopefully they have enough money to do marketing. If not they need some influencers helping them I guess. Well every project must invest quite a lot in marketing and i am sure they are aware that if they want to get maximum investments, they should put a big chunk of their budget to marketing. Yes indeed, good marketing is a key factor for getting big investments. Somewhere they said that they have completed 60% work for the platform from their own money, hopefully they have left enough for some decent marketing campaigns. So they need only 40% from investors? It must be easy job to do then. This will be good news for us since developer already put their own money and this project must be treated nicely then. marketing is one of the key points for the success of a project and should be followed with great care, the team has completed 60% of the project with their own money? this is a point in their favor, it means that they firmly believe in what they do... |

i do not think is already listed on the official exchange in fact i do not think the tokens have already been distributed, perhaps those who bought them in the ico have them, so i do not think they are tradable even on decentralized exchanges...
The tokens are already in circulation but not listed anywhere, the listing, I read should happen at the end of the year. I thin k it is a good idea not to have the tokens listed yet. There is no product and the roadmap is long. The price would probably go down and people would start crying. Yup. it will just be used as pump and dump coin. Market is totally manipulated right now and its not good time to list. Indeed, it would be better if the wait to better times to list it. I don't agree on that. having it listed is a sign of trust for the team. plus , your value is stuck on your wallet. people should be allowed to sell. if the tokens are already in circulation i believe that their owners must be able to do what they want also to sell them, i read that they will be listed at the end of the year just hope on good exchange type binance or bittrex... |

Has anyone ever come across evaluations related to Scientificcoin? I think I have not yet found any, and as I usually search for options for possible investments in appraisal sites, I think it can be a great alternative, not to mention the potential that the project has for achieving good qualifications:

Yes, they don't show many informations and hence the rating could be better but they will probably update their ratings as time passes. Its kinda logical since informations and news are usually coming when ICO is closing in to get more traction. I am sure we will see more of their campaign to get scientificcoin recognized among crypto community. Indeed, it has no sense to tell all the info now. That way they can keep the atention of investors longer. Is there a date for when the ICO should start? I dont expect every basement scientist will get crowdfunded by this platform. They will have to have some credentials for sure otherwise you will be able to exploit this idea. I am sure they realise, they will still have to do a lot to convince future investors but on the other hand, it could be a gold mine if you find the right project. Yeah, I bet only those projects with brilliant and promising ideas will be included and will get appropriate funding in this platform. Yes, the idea that looks make sense and have good future should be the projects that will be included in the platform. Science project usually have a long period of time to be true therefore investors need a great patience. I hope they name a few projects before the ICO. They could even include them in YouTube videos. That would be nice. I agree, I also prefer to watch video than to read. So there will be a preselection of projects to be put on the platform and then these projects will be rated? I guess every project will have to meet certain criteria as required by the platform before it will be included in its roster. You are right, it seems to me that there will be a certain rules and requirements for filing application for each project, and this will eliminate unnecessary projects. Sure, I bear this idea for a long time already, we should somehow make everyone refrain from creating those mostly stupid and useless (or even scam) ICOs and let only the most decent ones participate in ICO compaign. Platform with a good concept seems a pretty idea especially when education is involve because due to the increased of populations it is really hard to handle when the system is still in a traditional way.
You are right, this platform will give opportunity to promote scientific projects in those countries where the government does not allocate funding for this. i also believe that this platform gives an excellent opportunity to valid scientific projects that otherwise would have no way to go on due to lack of funds, in our days is difficult to get funds, i hope this project gives an opportunity to many scientific startups... |

A demo version of the product would be awesome and could attract more users to join into this project. As I understand, demo version is the best thing for marketing strategy.

If I am not mistakenly read, the pre ico stage 2 will be at September this year. And as I see the market is in the downtrend right now. Wish this current condition won't affect the purchasing power of the investors.
Yeah, investors sentiment right now are in a watch and see attitude towards investments, but I guess they would get to realized the big potential value of this project once its rolled out. Hopefully they would get to realize that. They need non crypto investors to push the market . If that is they can partner with existing firms with big banks That would be very good but I think we need a new Bitcoin hype otherwise no new people will enter th market. perhaps is what is needed to make a move to investors/some investor or partnership that comes from outside the crypto world in order to drag and restart crypto based investors... |
