3021  Local / Others (Pilipinas) / Re: Anung dapat nating tandaan, at dapat maging maingat ngaung darating na pasko on: December 24, 2019, 07:32:20 PM
3022  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Now YouTube is flagging Bitcoin and crypto-related videos? on: December 24, 2019, 07:07:38 PM
Some prominent cryptocurrency channels on Youtube have seen their videos removed today. It’s unclear how many major channels have been affected thus far, but three have been confirmed.

Could YouTube be cracking down on cryptocurrency-related videos? According to recent reports, such an operation is going on as we speak. Three prominent YouTube channels specializing in cryptocurrencies report that they have been subject to content-flagging today. The move was completely unexpected and has left many in the blockchain space wondering if this may be the beginning of a bigger operation.

Source link here

Should I move away from YouTube?

I just don't know what to believe, but I honestly think that YouTube isn't gonna doing this by surprise. If they do flag YouTube videos about Bitcoin and cryptocurrencies, they should have updated their terms and conditions, and their rules about uploading content.

In the article, it also mentioned that there are a group of mass flaggers who might be behind this mess, especially for top crypto influencers out there. There are even cases that after appealing, YouTube reinstated their accounts because of false flagging.

What does this mean for crypto YouTubers like me? If I decide to move to another video sharing platform, I would prefer decentralised and censor-free type of platform.

What are your reactions to this one guys?

I think this is already a thing in youtube since the youtube platform was earning a revenue in this kind advertisement,

I don't have any information about youtube but I don't think that youtube is reviewing the company they are advertising in youtube since it was a company I don't they could easily know if the cryptocurrency company was not legit, also they cryptocurrency related videos or cryptocurrency websites are already in youtube for a long time.
3023  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: How Banks Went from Dismissing Bitcoin, to Seeing it as a Revolution on: December 24, 2019, 06:44:11 PM
I think it is natural for the banks to be afraid in cryptocurrency since they are more into fiat money and bitcoin was just the counterpart of it as a digital money or digital currency.

We could easily use bitcoin as a bank we could easily see it as similar to storing money but bitcoin was just more advance in banks since storing bitcoin in a bitcoin wallet was easily accessible in my opinion, also vice versa since the bitcoin was not yet used in a lot of transaction we still cannot use it in a transactions but also we could easily convert it to fiat money. I think the banks could easily use bitcoin as an asset since they already recognized Bitcoin as a revolutionary technology.

3025  Local / Altcoins (Pilipinas) / Re: 🔥🔥REGULATING BODY PARA SA MGA BOUNTY PANAHON NA BA?🔥🔥 on: December 24, 2019, 08:24:17 AM

Sabi nga eh "United we Stand, Divided we Fall"

3026  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin ATMs should target developing and third world countries on: December 23, 2019, 04:41:38 PM
Lot's of Bitcoin ATMs keep popping in the developed countries such as US, Canada, Japan, Hong Kong etc. But I have been thinking why don't the owner's target countries without much economic stability? Like Venezuela (btw they just got their first Bitcoin ATM). That would increase the adoption. Something like backpropagation. What do you think?
Surely this bitcoin ATM's is helping and promoting cryptocurrencies in a lot of countries. With this kind of ATM, it is not just a thing that a lot of people could see this ATM and wondering what is bitcoin, for me this could influence them to search about it or buy it. Probably this day this kind of ATM has a high fee since it was not yet fully implemented but still, it is a big help having this kind of technology.

3028  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: [What IF] Part 10 (Celebrating the 10th Week!) on: December 22, 2019, 06:53:57 PM
I think winning a jackpot price was one of the greatest things that could happen to anyone like for example winning a lottery.
But for sure the happiness you could get in winning this jackpot was nothing compare to the joy you could experience when you help those who are in need.
Enjoying your winnings seems fun but also for me is selfish, sharing your winning feels a cup in your heart giving you joy.

It is hard to donate or help those who are in need especially if you don't have the money, but if money was not a problem I will be glad to help them donating their basic needs.

3030  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Would it be realistic for the world to run on cryptocurrencies? on: December 22, 2019, 05:17:10 PM
I am just wondering would it be possible in the future for the world to run solely on cryptocurrency? Considering that right now there are many people from different walks of life who are using cryptocurrencies in their day to day life. I think right now one of the main limiting factors for world-wide cryptocurrency usage is the world’s governments who make restrictions on cryptocurrency usage. Moreover, I also think another factor in limiting cryptocurrency usage is a lot of people’s lack of understanding of cryptocurrencies as it is a rather new technology to most people.

I think that we can solve most of these problems by educating people about cryptocurrencies and debunking what the mainstream media have done to slander cryptocurrencies.
I honestly think that if these issues a solved then we will probably have more people to use cryptocurrencies worldwide.

What would do you guys think, I’m just speaking (posting) my thoughts over here. Feel free to correct me if I am wrong. I’ just rather optimistic about the future of cryptocurrency usage in the future.

I completely agree and in my opinion, it is really possible as technology rises we are getting exposed to this kind of unique technology like digital currencies.
For me in the future, this could be what we could use to make it easier for us to make a transactions and also to store our money just like a cryptocurrency which is digitally stored in your digital wallet.
I have no doubts it is already used in some parts of the world or some other countries.
3031  Local / Altcoins (Pilipinas) / Re: Bounty Regulations on: December 22, 2019, 04:46:45 PM

3032  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: SCAM ICOs, what we can do? on: December 20, 2019, 04:26:52 PM
Hi, recently so many past-ICOs turned into a scam or a deadcoin.
Is there anything what we can do to punish them? More than 2 years ICOs are scamming us and still people are investing, is this really a world what we want to create?
I think we could easily charge them since it was against the law a lot of ICO's are just small company probably about 15 people only and just using their laptop they probably don't even have an office if they are already planning a scam ICO surely all of the details and locations are just all fakes even picture just comes from the internet. But the thing is the investment came from all over the world and if you are from other countries if it almost impossible to charge them or else it is going to be expensive and surely they are hard to find. This is the reason why ICO's advertisement get banned on facebook since a lot of them are just scam. I think we cannot do anything from them since we don't have any international law or anything on the internet what we could do is just warn the investors if we know some project is a scam.
3033  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Scammers are smart as well. on: December 20, 2019, 04:08:47 PM
Scammers don't have to give huge promises anymore, believe me they are among us and they know how smart investors have become too, they always reshape their tactics, now projects don't have to give too good offers because they know people are aware that too good to be real offers are scam, honestly scammers are not idiots

People keep saying good projects always have good team and brilliant ideas to solve crypto issues, who tell you that scammers can't deliver all this?

I think you could avoid this kind of thing in my opinion, we experience and knowledge I think I could say that I can easily track something that is not right in this project.
Surely if you don't want to get scam just do not put your money in risk or in some kind of websites that are not yet trusted by a lot of users,
Also surely a lot of scammers are adjusting since those old scam trick are already compromised so I think it is normal for them to think of other ways.
3034  Local / Pilipinas / Re: Bullish time? on: December 20, 2019, 03:28:51 PM
Mukhang nag let go na si China sa regulations nila about sa BTC mining ang China. This could be a call sign para sa bullish run ng BTC for this end of the year, we never know though. Long story short, nagkaroon na ng MoU ang dalawa para magproduce ng trade finance platform that could potentially be a"more convenient trade finance".

In all honesty, ang pag push ng China for blockchain development and slow acceptance nila sa BTC is really awe inspiring since they truly trust the potential of those, and I do as well, which makes it really awe inspiring for me. The end of the year na pero dumadami pa rin ung moves ni China towards positive response sa adoption of cryptocurrency and blockchain tech, which is evidently good news for the crypto community right?

Source: China removes ban of Crypto Mining
China and Hongkong signs an agreement.
3035  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Who wins and What next step? on: December 20, 2019, 03:07:39 PM
ITs a bit confusing but since its a flip coin game, in my opinion, it's still 50/50 no more no less the player Y just won 700$ assuming he already win so maybe his opponent was X surely loss the money,
But if they are playing a big bet it's still 50/50 since it was a flip coin and the probability could increase with some tricks but I don't think it was effective like what other says. BUt the player Y is already won so I think he's the winner.
3036  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Gambling as a profession: there's people who live out of gambling? on: December 20, 2019, 02:41:21 PM
Just curious here.
I know there are tons of way to live.

but is there such a thing as professional gamblers?

people who make a living onlyout of gambling (online or on rl)?

resources and comments on that are really welcome.
We can see professional gamblers they are called they way because they are already good at gambling, probably spend a lot of time and effort in playing gambling also surely they already have tons of experience in the game. But I don't think that there is someone that is making it a way of living or a source of their income for me it is very risky and a lot of times it could just easily wipe out your money. You cannot win all the time it is all about luck so if you're going to play every day surely you will experience lost imagine if you lose all your money in one day.
3037  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Do you have control or not? on: December 20, 2019, 02:20:54 PM
Can you consciously and willingly stop gambling at any time?
If you can do the above, you have great control and discipline, of course you are not an addict and you deserve to gamble as much as you want.
If not, clarify your ways of stopping gambling.
Surely this is just a discipline issue I think addiction could easily eliminate if you have discipline in your self it is true that when you are addicted to something even if you wanted to stop sometime you cannot stop because it feels good all the time. In my opinion, having a decision and discipline to stop it slowly you could easily take on in this kind of addiction and gain control over it. For me, I just remember the money I lose  Grin and ends up not playing.
3038  Local / Pilipinas / Re: 🔥 🔥The BITCOIN Market Psychology (Nakakaurat minsan) Sad but True🔥 🔥 on: December 20, 2019, 07:05:03 AM

3039  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: [What IF] Part 9 on: December 19, 2019, 05:53:48 PM
Hello, running a bit late again,...
So let's get started already, I hope everyone is on a very good condition this time even though holidays are pretty coming near.

What if,... you're just watching someone on a Casino that suddenly keeps winning for a streak then after that he notice you and gave some money as a tip for his luck. Would you use the money he gave you to try your luck on that game (or any game you like) ? Or just keep the money for yourself for a good cause?

So tell me, what's gonna be...
Surely it is a not a big deal if you're going to try your luck playing the game too especially you have nothing to lose since the money was just given to you.
But still, it is also a good option to just to save the money that the guy gave to you either, it is still risky since it is a casino or a gambling game.
3040  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Maybe satoshi is dead on: December 19, 2019, 05:38:13 PM
maybe SATOSHI is dead and BTC is at mercy of GITHUB developers, owned by blockstream

what you guys think ?
We cannot deny that bitcoin technology made by this Satoshi was really revolutionary, A digital currency and its unique technology could really change the world I could easily imagine people using this in the future as a currency paying in stores just using bitcoin or using the QR code scan and that easily you're already paid. Dead or not I think it doesn't matter anymore since bitcoin was already popular in the world maybe this is what Satoshi wanted to his work and just don't want to reveal his identity to stay anonymous.
