I experienced this two days ago when playing slots with automatic spins at first it was fine but a few minutes later the internet went bad because it was a disturbance after I asked the internet provider, obviously this frustrated me my game got messed up I lost money because The interruption of about 30 minutes while I continued the game unknowingly this slowed down the game and ended up losing some money.
I really can't predict if the internet is bad in the middle of the road but I understand even though there is a bit of annoyance too.
Can you please tell us more in details how you lost the money because your internet was down? Logically once you lost your connection, your game (auto spins) will stop automatically so it is impossible that you lost your money. You can blame your slow internet connection because you lose some money while playing. Your internet connection has nothing to do with your result. Even if you have super fast connection, you will still lose if you are on your unlucky time.
The logic would be, if you wager on automatic, and your hand is on the "stop" button, and the internet goes so the betting continues further than what you would have stopped it for. It is still your loss, it is not a technical situation that made you lose money, you are on automated betting.

This is why I believe that the best thing to do right now would be not betting automated if you are not willing to lose it all. I wager in a way where it would stop if it loses a certain amount, and stops if it earns a certain amount. This is why I believe that the best thing to do would be making sure that you could arrange it and leave and not come back until it stops itself.
3022  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Be careful buying alts right now on: July 03, 2022, 03:44:06 PM
The market is on a shaky wobbly leg right now. It could go towards 30k+ price (bitcoin) or it could go under 15k, and we have no idea which one it will do. I understand that people are confused right now and they do not know what to do and I agree that it is not an easy task.

But, if we get together and make a decision based on what we could see as of right now, then we could make a prediction that would work out. Well, if we all think that it will go up, then we would all buy, and if we all buy then it will really go up so it would be a self-fulfilling prophecy and same goes for going down as well. So right now, the only way to profit is to be a collective, and not individuals in the same place.

Mercedes really should start considering about next year's car. They are not going to do anything that matters, at least get something beneficial and start building on next year's car. If they do that, they may lose some points this year, but they could be awesome next season which is what matters.

Why be mediocre for two seasons, when you can suck one year but win a title or at least fight for it next year? Williams is basically doing that right now, changing so much of the car in the middle of the season means that they are in testing process already and do not care about results as in winning but care about data results to see what they need to do in order to get better.
3024  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Do real traders care about bear & bull market? on: July 02, 2022, 06:04:21 PM
I do not know what a "real" trader means, I mean I do trades, I am usually a long term investor but I do have a few trades per week, just when I think things are looking like prime to buy and sell. Does this market impact me? Of course it does, and it doesn't really feel like it is a special situation that only I feel, it must be something that everyone is feeling.

By "caring" do we mean that we stop or something? Because we do not stop but we do not like it neither. It's best if we could have a bull market because in that market everyone wins, but just because we are in bear market doesn't mean that we have to run away and hide and not do anything at all.

If salah extended his contract then it is the end of the talks about him leaving or being sold. Dude has been in LFC for a while now and won so many with them, and achieved so much both team and individual success, I do not think that it would have been smart on his side to leave. I still believe that LFC without him could be decent, of course worse, but not too much worse that it would suddenly make them a bad team.

Certainly he helps them get points, but I believe as a team they are good, and without him, they are still good. Haven't we seen enough games during the season when he was missing, they still played a pretty fair game and they won many of them as well.
3026  Economy / Economics / Re: Inflation will not fall to 2% target for two years, Fed's Mester says on: July 02, 2022, 01:46:54 PM
I believe it's true. Inflation might not fall to 2% in two years. Probably longer. Jerome Powell released a statement yesterday during an FOMC meeting and said that they ave started to understand that they now have no understanding about the current inflation.

What? It's a joke by me? NO, he actually said something like that!

We do have a fucking clue to be fair Cheesy. We have a high inflation because we have a lot of money. Just in the past 3 years, USA printed nearly half of all the money they ever printed. Yes that is right, I do not know when was the first time they printed dollars, but it must be over 200 years now, so for the first 197 years, they printed as much as they printed for the past 3 years. If that doesn't tell you a good reason why inflation is high, then nothing would.

Same happened in many countries, and maybe the numbers wouldn't be similar but that is all about what's going on right now, the amount of money printed all around the world is too high and that's causing all this trouble.
3027  Economy / Gambling / Re: 🎲BetFury.io|🎥 YouTube Overview event for $10 000|🚀 BFG Listing Anniversary on: July 02, 2022, 11:56:56 AM
The dividend you get is in 5 coins (BTC, ETH, USDT, TRX and BNB) and it is not because the market crashed, that you get more dividends. The amount you will get, is based on the amount BFG tokens you have and is not dependent on the crypto price.
You are both right and also a tiny bit wrong at the same time. The amount you get is "lower" in the sense that the same amount of coins would have been a higher price, and since the prices are lower right now, the same amount of coins are lower in dollar worth these days. So, you could get "more" dividends in the sense that if someone played 100 bucks and lost, it was less coins, now it's more coins all due to the fact that the price is lower on all coins now.

This means that we could make more and I believe that even though the returns are same, it's not going to be really "same" in that sense, and it would be going up if you do not spend them. So, I can understand what he meant.
3028  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: French Soccer League Predictions and Discussion Thread (Ligue 1) on: July 01, 2022, 09:33:12 PM
Neymar's problems are Neymar's problems. I do not understand the strategy of PSG who want to get rid of him before Messi - in my opinion they have already received all the profits (PR, shirt sales, etc.) from the transfer of Messi and then he will only pull the team to the bottom. If they want to start updating the team, then they definitely shouldn’t start with Neymar.
I think neither should go. Both Messi and Neymar could provide so much for the team, they are great players and I understand that both could miss out some games and that is a problem for them, they would rather see them play each match. But even like this, they are making as much profit as possible with the jersey sales, and they are great team.

With holding onto Mbappe by paying that much, but then go ahead and get a terrible manager and selling Neymar? That's going to be something terrible for them and their future. It's like getting the prime years of Mbappe and for absolutely nothing, just so he could rot there and not do anything and not win anything other than ligue 1, makes no sense.

BTC ended June under 20k, which gave a very nice profit to many users (including me :>), as odds were almost 3. Market is full of pessimism, we do not know how it will be during that month. I think any early bets are too risky.

F1 comes to England this weekend, I have placed some small bets on both Verstappen and Leclerc, for the final ones I wait for the first trainings. In few hours we will me much smarter. (I think it will be Ferrari)
Honestly, even with 10 days to left, it wasn't really known if it would do that or not. It's not a "big shock", of course it could end that way, but at the end of the day we are talking about btc here, and it is normal that sometimes what we expect do not happen.

We should simply just accept the fact that it's not going to be easy and it is going to be quite tough challenge to know what bitcoin will be. The odds represented what it could be, hell I would even say it was low considering how higher we started but eventually we got there before the betting was closed so I sort of understand the idea as well. Good month for all the bettors who got it.
3030  Economy / Gambling / Re: Duelbits.com | Casino & Sportsbook |250k$ Easter giveaway | VIP | on: July 01, 2022, 07:10:56 PM
I have been playing in this mode quite interesting with the new slot from duelbits, I will be waiting big waiting for the payout from the signature campaign to try this game actually, I think people will be happy with what duelbits is launching.

On twitter "Duelbits Quest" gives 5 winners with 100 free spins, with a fairly easy task, https://twitter.com/Duelbits/status/1542568659574333440
Each slot is a new way to test your skills, and have a bit more fun. To be fair to slot players, they like to stick to one slot, and also have one alternative where they try the new things, they always do that, way too common with them. And I am sure that this one will get a ton on the first days as well.

This is why I feel like the best thing to do would be not spending "all" of your signature campaign money on just one place right away, I would spread it out a bit and stretch it to like 10 days, that way you would be able to gamble small by small, and have a better understanding if you like it or not, if you go all in with it, then you may not get it too quickly.
3031  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: How long do you think the market will take to recover? on: July 01, 2022, 03:16:48 PM
I do not think that it will take as much as 2 years to recover, that is a long time for bitcoin to stay low. I am not saying that it hasn't happened before, it did, but remember the 2018 drop? That has been the biggest drop that everyone talks about and after 2 years we already broke over that price.

It means that the recovery will start before that, for example after just one year of the drop in 2018, we had a 14k price in 2019 as well, which was not 20k but it was close. Same could happen here, like for example next year we could reach 50k, it wouldn't be a new ATH, but it would be a recovery and I think that could be a possibility in the near future, 2023 seems like a good time to recover for sure.
I agree with this, 2 years seems to be a long period that would be very difficult to stay at these levels. I think it could even break ATH before we reach 2024 as well, or we would break it at that level for sure. I mean I know about the cycles and 4 year etc etc, but it feels like we can't just be bad all year every year until that moment.

This is why I agree that it is going to be a bit different, it is going to be quite difficult for people to focus on just the increase, so we need to make sure that we also draw attention towards the period and how quickly it could do. Like for example last year in April it was 64k and dropped to 30k and everyone assumed the bear started, but then in October it became 68k, so we need to be careful about a quick turnaround that may happen soon as well.
3032  Economy / Gambling / Re: Roobet.com | Crypto’s Fastest Growing Casino 🦘 on: July 01, 2022, 10:54:15 AM
I already done doing KYC on Roobet and I didn't have any doubts for doing that because this is one of the casino I trusted because they run so smooth for long time, they retain their status as one of the trusted casino exist in this forum so if people want to continue to use maybe they should follow what things required. But if still they didn't convince anything on this platform best for them to leave because getting stress from things you don't like is not really good.

But in deactivation case maybe depends on the reason why your account got disabled and if its due to inactivity maybe they can allow that. If the reason is due to abuse and other illegal actions made well maybe we cannot expect that its allowed.
That’s it though, isn't it? It’s all about the place and not about the situation we are in. I mean think about it, if a brandnew website asked you to do KYC then you wouldn't do it, or they would have to pay you a ton of money to convince you to check out a brandnew place that requires KYC, and that would cost them a lot to get a single customer. However, when Roobet does it, then you are fine with it because you trust it.

This is why Roobet was capable of asking KYC upfront, nothing too big, but still a bit of information and not have too much trouble. Some people still left I am sure, but Roobet managed to get away because most people trust them.

It will be my strategy - to see how favorites goes and then bet opposite Wink I really do not believe Swiatek will win and I will bet on "others", at least in early phase (with a high time weight multiplier). Some say Bianca Andreescu will defeat Swiatek in 1/4.
But in 2 days they will close bets on F1 GP, I can't wait for the first trainings to see the difference between Ferrari and Red Bull. I am not sur if pole position will be critical, but it is always a good sign.
At this rate, it's not really shocking to wager on Max for each race. Sure he will not win "all" races, but if he wins enough then the wins will be profitable enough to cover for the losses. He is just way too good compared to Charles and Red Bull is far far ahead of ferrari right now.

This is why there will be a few races where Red Bull will not do well of course, but they will still be great for the majority of the races enough to make it worthwhile to wager on all races for them. Or you could just take a risk and wager on Hamilton for each race, lose most races, but if you ever end up right even once, that should be enough to cover all the losses maybe? A risky move for sure.
3034  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Italian League Prediction Thread (Serie A) on: June 30, 2022, 09:45:18 PM
It is actually crazy to say that Inter just sold this player for 97 million if I am correct and one year later that same player is back on the team.

What a waste of money by Chelsea! Lips sealed

I don’t want to offend anyone but I never thought he was worth that much money. But getting this player on the loan is also not bad for Inter. If Lautaro Martinez decides to stay in the team as well I think the attacking lineup is going to be really strong for them going into the next season.
And not like this didn't happen before. Dude played awesome in Serie A before, and then went to Premier league before and then returned back to Serie A before as well. All of this happened and yet Chelsea believed that this time it was different and tried something and they failed again.

This is just not the type of situation they should be proud about at all, they really didn't do their scouting very well. Scouting is not just finding talented young players, it's also checking the already established players and try to figure out if they would be a good fit to your team or not. Inter once again managed to be a cheap team with a cheap owner and still get good players.
3035  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Bottom For Bitcoin? on: June 30, 2022, 06:52:03 PM
The bottom seems to be already reached and we are still arguing over if it was reached or not. I do not get why people always push themselves to the very bare bottom and how it could happen. I know that it's not really that much shocking if we do not have any kind of reason to believe it's fully gone, and we do not have any proof that it's fully gone, but shouldn't that be good enough of a reason to also believe that it could be the truth?

I mean yes we do not have a proof that it will never go any lower, but we also do not have a proof that it will be going down neither. So, why not pick the part where bitcoin looks more profitable, and instead be scared about the first possibility?
3036  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Phil Mickelson Opens Up About Losing MILLIONS From Gambling on: June 29, 2022, 09:00:08 PM
Quote
“Gambling has been part of my life ever since I can remember. But about a decade ago is when I would say it became reckless. It’s embarrassing. I don’t like that people know.”
He doesn't want people to know because he knows that people especially the young ones are looking up to him as a role model, when you are on top of your game you don't want people to know your skeletons in the closet because it will ruin your legacy and your reputation, its good that he opened up and honest on his being a gambling addict, he is not the only one there are also high profile athletes who are very much into gambling and they have overcome it.
That's such a huge amount of loss but the good thing is he has learned from his mistakes. One common thing that gambling addiction could do to us is that we'll lose everything and would only notice it when we're on the edge of our journey.
Gambling addiction could take away not just our money but also our jobs, savings, relationships, and more so we should know how to control things in the beginning.
That is a "huge" amount to people like you and me, and yes it's a big chunk for him as well but know the difference between him and us. He is a professional golfer who made much more money than that, sure wouldn't it be nice if he all that money with him? Of course it would be.

But that doesn't change the fact that we couldn't even make that if we all got together here, 100 of us, for all our lifetime, wouldn't reach what he lost. This is why I do not really feel the same pity to him that I feel towards people who lose their livelihoods on gambling, they are idiots too and they deserve our pity and hope they recover. This dude could get someone bankroll him again anyway.

Origi has officially become an AC Milan player, just waiting for the announcement. In my opinion, the right decision to add a striker, because Milan's current forward is filled with older players, such as Ibra and Giroud. Origi has the potential to be the first choice for Milan. Ibra may only be a super sub with Milan next season, at least until the middle of the season considering he is currently injured, maybe the coach doesn't want to force Ibra to play too hard at the beginning of his return.
This is what winning the title does to you normally. We all know Inter won last year but had financial troubles so not only they won the league AND sold Lukaku, they still got worse this year if you look at the team and the roster and how much they spent on buying and how much they earned from selling. Milan is the opposite, they are doing a great job and they will get better for the next season as well.

I guess that they are on the road to become clear favorites this year, not just because they got Origi, but because they are not getting rid of their best players that quickly and adding players on top of it. This could be the reason why they would win next year if they do.
3038  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Germany League - Bundesliga Prediction Thread on: June 29, 2022, 07:25:15 PM
Lewandowski has been a very important player for Bayern Munich scoring goals and helping them win trophies but at this stage of his career he has decided to leave the club for a new challenge elsewhere, I think Bayern should respect his decision and find suitable admirers and deal that will see him move, a deal that will be satisfying to all parties. It would be better to make a deal and let him leave than keeping him against his wishes which will only make him unhappy and that wouldn't be good for the team's performance.
I agree that it is not going to be an insanely well prepared great situation, of course Lewa will be sorely missed if he leaves. However, you can't rely all of your success into just one player, if he leaves then you should be able to get someone to make it work.

I mean they already have great players, so they should be fine if he leaves, at the worst case put Mane there and you are done. This isn't about Lewandowski not being needed or anything, of course he is great, but this is about ANY player in any club, you can't just hope that one player makes or breaks you. If you rely on single player, then you will have to pay 400 million like PSG had to do to stay afloat.

Three digits GT?That won't help much except it will keep your hopes high and the adrenaline ongoing but in order to have a real chance at winning the GT lottery we should have a number near the end of the three digits and even so it will be difficult, there are already more than 500k GT tickets out there so the chances are real slim.

I am disappointed from the weekly lottery week after week so I have stopped gambling in multiply btc to try and get a lot of lottery tickets together with GT ones,I realize they are only to keep us with high hopes and the adrenaline going but in the end is the same result, sadness after seeing people winning with less than 200 tickets and this never to happen to you although you are playing from more than 2 years with a much bigger number of lottery tickets weekly.I definitely stop gambling here, just keep FUN tokens for trading and Bitcoin balance to earn interest and that's it for me.
I am sure that winning lambo is not based on how many tickets you have, it is about having a ticket, one, and that is all you need. I never believed in lottery being a "get as many tickets as possible" type of thing, never really considered it as such.

I believe that as long as you have at least one ticket, then you have as much chance as anyone else because you will win only one. Maybe statistic world doesn't work like that, but the "joke" that we have in the lottery world is "you have 50% chance of winning the lottery, either you do or you don't" is a serious way of approaching it. Because there are people who have 5+ million tickets to weekly, and people with like 100, and we see those 100 winning more often than the million ones.
3040  Economy / Economics / Re: You win or you learn. on: June 28, 2022, 06:32:27 PM
This has what happened to me as well. I have been in crypto for many many years now, and I didn't lose money at all. But, I could have been a multi-millionaire if I kept some stuff going on instead of selling and this is what I learned.

Even if you buy at 1 and sell at 2 and think you made a profit, it could be 100 the next few years and you will be in big shock, you could have made 100x instead of 2x if you just waited. I doubt I would get a chance for that much profit again, but I am not selling anything just because I am in profit or even when I am in big loss anymore. I just wait, and hope for the best. It has helped me make a bit more profit this way but I didn't take it, waiting for even more.
