Ci passi nello stesso modo che passi dal secondo al terzo.. dal terzo al quarto e cosi via...
Cioè facendo l'hash delle variabili richieste nel mining... se conosci il protocollo, non vedo la difficoltà.

It works just fine however make sure to do it right . I want to mine on Mac OS X but I can't find a possibility to plot on OS X.
Is there any possibility? Everything seems to be available for OS X but plotter.
I'm no expert in macs, but have you tried compiling dcct? though there might be a problem with endianness, bah i dont have a mac, but yes, java should work. I bet it's slow. You can try VirtualBox (if that's on mac) or similar, install linux, share your plot folder to the vm and use dcct tools, they should be faster than java There's a port of dcct miner for Mac OS X with SSE4 / AVX2 support: https://github.com/r-majere/mjminerwhy, we [burst community] are going to die so easily?  |

Lots of RAM and solid-state drive instead of magnetic platters.
I have 4 Gb RAM and 120 Gb Samsung SSD but it's still too long to reindex. Is it only me or anybody else having same problem? hi kevindurant. if you want really speed up the blockchain reindex you need a raid0 setup with ssd. i think this is the bottle neck... this upgrade come before RAM and CPU... |

for first, check if firewall is blocking qt-wallet. Stop it, open qt-wallet. If the problem is solved, add new rule to firewall. second, try to addnode from debug console. this is the sintax "addnode <node> <add/remove/onetry>" if it fix the problem add a new line with addnode=1.2.3.4 in your %appData%\bitcoin\bitcoin.conf... hope it work!!! |

OK I found the AppData folder. And from what I understand if I delete all the files/folders in the AppData folder and reinstall the whole Bitcoin Core client that I should be good then? Am I supposed to delete all those files and folders and just immediately fire up Bitcoin Core to re-download the whole block and all that or am I supposed to delete all the files/folders in the AppData/Roamin/Bitcoin folder then uninstall Bitcoin Core, reinstall Bitcoin Core, and THEN fire it back up? be carefull deleting all folders under %appData% this is a OS folder used from many programs... 1) backup your %appData%\bitcoin folder, specially wallet.dat where are your bitcoins, and the blockchain file. 2) delete %appData%\bitcoin folder. 3) reinstall qt-wallet 4) replace %appData%\bitcoin wallet and blockchain with files backupped. you are ready to work. |
