I disagree. You can buy great laptops at cheap prices in 3rd world countries too these days. I know several people who purchased laptops with great configurations from Lenovo, Asus, Dell, HP etc under 500 bucks in such countries.

As I mentioned in my earlier post, you could solve this problem by purchasing a popular laptop cooler which truly helps bring down temperatures though the laptop itself needs to sit properly on top of it.

Personally, I have used various laptop coolers with my older laptops which helped quite a bit especially while gaming. They are pretty cheap too.
