Koristis DuckDuckGo na TORu ili normalno? Jer kada ga otvoris na normalan način za rezultate dobijas iste filtrirane stranice kao i preko google. Kada ga otvoris preko tora i oniona dobijes i Deep Web rezultate.

3022  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Bitcoin core and Bitcoin protocol on: February 22, 2022, 09:59:27 AM
Can Bitcoin core operate without the protocol or do they work hand in hand.

No, Bitcoin core cannot operate without the Bitcoin protocol. Bitcoin core provides the application layer that allows users to send, receive, and transact within the Bitcoin network. However, every transaction requires consensus from all network nodes to validate the transaction's integrity. Therefore, for every transaction that is submitted to the Bitcoin blockchain, Bitcoin protocol must be used as well.
3023  Other / Meta / Re: Bitcointalk.org invalid proxy: Invalid image on: February 22, 2022, 08:49:58 AM

Do you also wish bitcointalk had a community wallet so we could all store our funds here for 24/7 access from anywhere without the need to download a wallet app?

Hmm no, wallets are convenient enough.

I'm pretty sure Og was being sarcastic with that question.  Wink
3024  Local / Hrvatski (Croatian) / Re: Porez na bitcoin i kriptovalute 2018-2019 on: February 21, 2022, 03:04:52 PM

Damn, you are right!
This could be a phising clone! Just go to change my password now!!!!

Edit: Password Changed,  Thank again!

What was the exact URL you attempted to access from your PC? The domain name may contain some unicode characters that may at first glance appear to be identical to standard ASCII characters. If you can copy-paste the correct url and publish it within the [ code] tags, we should be able to determine whether it is a phishing website.

Hello. I am gambling on Sports and Casino on your site. I requested withdraw on 8th February via Bitcoin. Withdraw is still pending. I also contacted your support via email, after 2 weeks I am still waiting for an answer.

It seems like a long time to wait almost two weeks for a withdrawal. Did you receive any response from their customer support on this matter during this time period?
3028  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Where to use report to moderator? on: February 21, 2022, 09:03:42 AM
can u tell us about report to moderator how to use its? If I use it, will I face any problem?I have read the rules in the forum. I have noticed many topics outside the rules. I would like to inform those reports to the moderator. Will there be any problem for me or any action will be taken against that topic.

Note: Basically (Report to moderator) I want to know about its use.

If you are unsure, and until you gain more experience, you can ask the community for an opinion. Post here (or better yet, open a new topic in the Meta board) with a concrete example that you believe violates the forum rules. Getting feedback from more experienced members will help you to know how to report to moderators better. Although I should mention, there are no penalties for bad reports. If you make a mistake in your judgment, the moderators will mark the report as bad, and that's it.
3029  Economy / Reputation / Re: REQUEST FOR ATTENTION OF: All 1xbit Signature Campaign Participants on: February 18, 2022, 09:28:43 PM
Messages can not be deleted because of promotion of a site. Only low level posts and off topic should be deleted. Right now, the posts are deleted because I am promoting 1xbit.

And you have proof of this?

So the mods are breaking the own rules - Deleting messages without valid argument. And promoting a website with a signature is no reason to ban people from displaying signatures.

Actually, you're the one who's breaking the rules here.

The mods are breaking their own rules now.

How exactly are moderators breaking the rules?

With the amount of spam you generate every day across multiple alt accounts, I'm surprised you haven't already received at least a signature ban, if not a permanent one.

Can anyone tell me where is the Dplay casino thread if it already exists please?
Because I'm not able to find anywhere how much points I earned for the Evoplay Spin of love tournament, and where is the leaderboard of the tournament.

I don't think there is one. As far as I can tell, Dplay Casino was first mentioned in this thread by freebitco.in PR, but there has never been a proper ANN topic on the BitcoinTalk.
3032  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: Don't judge a book by its cover (Simba Exchange) on: February 18, 2022, 06:47:33 PM
did you even check if the P2P is working you know what is P2P
its totally in-between people to people where the seller and the other person is buyer only you both will do the transaction Simba exchange is a only platform so there is no chance any one will get scam

We can ask you the same question: "Do you know what P2P is?" How exactly do you plan to "secure user's funds in a cold storage wallet" in P2P manner?

You seem to be trying something that is out of your league. Don't take on more than you can handle. This usually doesn't end well for the end user.
3033  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Technical Support / Re: Writing down seed phrase: printer ink or pen ink ? on: February 18, 2022, 12:40:48 PM
Makes me wonder how easy it would be to create a bootable Linux disto with nothing but printer drivers so to speak.
It depends on the printer: in my experience, a new printer is terrible to install offline, while many old laserjets work out of the box.
I don't really mind having network drivers, just unplug the cable and disable wifi. If that's not enough: remove the physical card.

And then I realized one day there's an easier solution to this:

As you can see, I always unplug the cables before printing.  Grin

@Decrypted, you're a liar and a cheat. If you haven't taken part in a 1xbit campaign before, why were you so interested in payments?
It doesn't matter whether you deleted those posts later, everything you posted is still available in the archives.

Quote from: Decrypted
"1XBIT signature campaign V 1.0" was closed yesterday - October 26.

What about payment for the last week: October 19 - October 25 ? (spreadsheet is still empty)

But everything is clear when we dig a little deeper. You actually had several alt accounts involved in the 1xbit campaigns.

Let us know your bitcoin address for the bounty!

This explains why you defended kotwica666 and dodgrad so vigorously that they didn't break the bounty rules. You turned against the 1xbit manager only after he refused your payment and kicked your alts out of the campaign. Karma is a bitch!  Grin

As for the rule of not joining with more than one account, it was added day after creating this thread, so after kotwica666 and dodgrad applied.
Only one account was active during the campaign, so the rules were not actually violated.
So kotwica666 was not cheating.

Is that possible?

I'm afraid that's not possible, imho. Simply put, you can send bitcoins to your paper wallet, and keep it there for as long as you like. However, if you wish to spend or exchange Bitcoin for fiat (cash), you'll have to import (or sweep) your private key from the paper wallet into your software wallet so that it can be used to sign and broadcast the transactions. I don't see any other way.

3037  Economy / Gambling / Re: MysticBets.io - Community Owned Sportsbook on: February 18, 2022, 08:04:03 AM
My goal here is not to defend them or to speak on their behalf, but to objectively analyze the situation. There are literally thousands of online casinos and gambling platforms, many of which look very similar (and in some cases even almost identical, with slight differences or different colors), but that doesn't necessarily mean they are scams, so we should give everyone the benefit of the doubt. Since this is a very young bookmaker, let's wait and see how they behave before accusing them.
So may be you can answer for what purposes they need NFT collection? The only goal i see - is to get money from everywhere. They are just starting, it can be lots of troubles they need to fix, but first of all they start NFT collection. I don`t think that it is necessary right now. May be several months later, when everything is ok, but not now. It looks like a try to get maximum money and say bye.

Maybe you're right, I haven't explored that segment in detail yet. My comment is just about their website design. Without getting into their business decisions, it is possible that they are trying to ride the NFT hype train. In my humble opinion, I think there is a lot of merit in focusing on organic growth and finding new ways to keep customers engaged. Whether the NFTs will help them with that, I'm not sure. I wouldn't get too excited about this, but I guess time will tell.

Does FUN have any adoption outside of this casino anyway? I like the idea but waiting for a x2-x10 seems like a pipe dream to me especially when nobody is using that coin. (nobody but the freebitco.in crowd) This is crypto however, coins like this one surprised lots of people before. Maybe FUN will surprise people too.

Check out this tweet from @FUNToken.io, but I guess you're right, most of the adoption applies to DPLAY and FreeBitco.in casinos.

3040  Economy / Gambling / Re: MysticBets.io - Community Owned Sportsbook on: February 17, 2022, 09:15:21 AM
Since there are still no explanation or reply for doing plagiarism of original Sportsbet website I am going to consider MysticBets to be a high risk betting website, that could easily turn out to be scam.
I would suggest everyone to stay away and avoid betting there or sending any coins unless you want to lose you coins.
I'm thinking about the design and icons for the tabs which I've seen somewhere and yeah, it's really like sportsbet. I hope that @OP will have his answer on how they've ended up with the design or are they aware that there's already an existing design the same as theirs.
Is it possible that the web designer of sportsbet.io has been hired by you or you've just outsourced it and it's the same guy? Well, we don't know and maybe you can give some clarity regarding that matter.

In reviewing both websites again, and in more detail, it appears that this is not plagiarism or intellectual property infringement, but rather, MysticBets is probably just modeled after other sportsbook platforms (I'm sure I've seen a similar design somewhere else, not only at sportsbet.io). In the screenshots posted by notblox1, you will notice that the icons, although similar in style, are not the same. This indicates they probably had their own designer who designed their website, and he was probably inspired by other similar websites.
