I myself do such posts sometimes it is important to add all these things and in my case, i don't ignore comments even I made comments many times and expect a reply but sometimes it got ignored. if it is spam then most of us doing spam buddy. Me,You and some others do post in that format so i dont think that its spam except some cases if someone only post news then it will be at some point considered as spam there.
