As long as you provide me with a US shipping address then that is okay by me. I am familiar with this process on eBay particularly out of DE, please confirm if this is what you meant.
It is a U.S shipping address, but I know that there are some companies and individuals who don't ship to these addresses, not sure why though. I've already shipped from Trezor, Amazon and a few other reputable retailers before but if you're unsure, then it's okay, better not take the risk. |

I'm assuming you're not willing to verify your identity? If so, Simplex (you can use it through one of their partners) might be your only solution here. They've removed KYC for small transactions (under 150$) a couple of months ago. Note: I wouldn't recommend using Simplex, unless you desperately need to. Not only they charge outrageous fees, but they might also charge you "extra" (hidden fees) on top of that. |

Yes, I made a withdrawal and the fee is 0.001 in order to withdraw the generated BTC into my Coins.Ph Wallet(mobile wallet).

it's their wallet address.
and for my wallet address i think it was not shown there but
it was a form of a hash like this.

That hash is the TXID, which should show the addresses involved in the withdrawal transaction you're referring to. Everything in the blockchain is transparent, so no, your address was not hashed. If you can't see it there (from the right side) then this means that the funds were never sent to you. I'm not familiar with the cloud mining site you're using, but just by looking at the "pricing" and "payouts" page. I can tell you it's a scam. |

It is definitely not going to be wiped if you ignore that message, but you might not be able to sign the transaction. Why don't you use the previous version of Electrum (3.3.  just to be safe? You don't have to uninstall the current one. Simply download the portable executable. Thanks! I ignored it and it worked just fine. Not sure why you suggested downgrading to 3.3.8 though? Since that message is showing in both versions, what difference would it make? |

أنا بالفعل أعاني من الحظر على أغلب المنصات وقد وجدت معلومات عن منصة BKEX أنها تدعم كل الدول العربية ولا تحظر أي دولة لذلك قمت بالتسجيل فيها.
لكن عند دخولي طلبوا مني تفعيل KYC لا أدري إذا كان هذا اختياري أم إجباري، لذلك لم أقم بالإيداع حتى لا يقوموا بحظر عملاتي ولا أستطيع سحبها.
هل لديك معلومات حول ذلك، هل جربت الإيداع ثم التداول والسحب؟

I have been using gift cards (i buy them with bitcoin from bitrefill, coinsbee, cryptorefill or dundle) to make purchases from ebay. Are you sure you can't use a gift card? I thought those USD balance can we converted to EURO. Not sure though.

You can use DashBargain, it's similar to the services you mentioned. You just fill the form and they'll buy the things for you (for a fee). See their Bitcointalk topic. If you're sure that VCCs work fine in Ebay and you ever find yourself in a rush to buy something, you use Coinsbee. You won't need to go through any paperwork (KYC). You just pay for the card, redeem the code on a third party website, and you will be given the card details. The downside for solution is that 50 EUR is the highest denomination. |
