You’re right to complain, Man City are a joke. Small club, bank-rolled by State funded oil, blood money. Before the oil money they were a crappy little club struggling at the bottom of the PL.

FFP is supposed to stop this nonsense, rich owners can buy a team that hasn’t won anything for decades, if ever & literally buy trophies. PSG & Chelsea are the same, I have no respect for these clubs.

Football royalty is teams like Juventus, both Milan clubs, Real, Barca, Liverpool, Man Utd, Ajax, Bayern.

Man City, PSG, Chelsea etc will never have the fanbase, worldwide appeal of the clubs mentioned above. You can’t buy history, respect & tradition with oil money.

Regarding Messi, you know what, I think he’ll stay at Barca. They’ll cut some deal after tough negotiations for him to stay. I think there is some legal mumbo jumbo with La Liga chiefs about how much wages are allowed to be paid & the debt Barca are allowed to be in. It’s complicated but I think all parties need to some extent, Messi to stay in La Liga for various reasons.

Maybe I’m just a deluded romanticist & hope he’ll stay at the club he’s been at since he was such a young boy.
He’ll probably end up at PSG, won’t he haha.
