if you don't now the password and have no coins you can just delete the wallet.dat but note if you do have any coins and delete that you will loose them, so back it up somewhere then delete it from the appdata/roaming |

Given the warrant, and the market cap is only 1 - 1.5 Billion for BTC, it's legitimate now to say BitCoin is on the radar, and considered a sufficient enough threat to have to deal with.
Given that BTC itself has not be attacked, gives weight to the view no attack vector has been devised.
Given that there are far bigger issues in monetary values the TLA's could spend time going after, but they are going [so hard] after BTC feeders, gives some sense of proportion of the level of concern TLA's/US GOV have towards BTC/CC's, which is out of all proportion to the market cap.
This I believe is the highest validation BTC could garner as a legitimate world currency.
The GOV and others watched the 'bubble' to 260+ and asked themselves, it did not die last time it "popped" rather it gave us glimpse into the future, where we are at now, 100$ is the new $10, $50 is the new $2. They can see it going to 1000, 10000 and beyond. If BTC becomes worth 100K a coin, people are going to work for BTC rather than the Fiat. QED gov.
I think they have panicked, and acted which in the long term will only legitimize BTC.

They have secret laws, and special government departments can issue secret gag orders which are called "National Security Letter" in the "Land of the free". Japan is a democracy. Not as easy for foreign governments to seize money there. Nether do you now deny your second error (quite large) that you though some how GOX's lawyers were in a court fighting this, yet GOX themselves knew nothing about it and they publicly said so. That's just basic research of the facts and understanding of what happened.
No account belonging to MtGox has been seized or frozen. The accounts in question belong to Mutum Sigillum LLC, an US payment provider which MtGox uses. We do not know why Mutum Sigillum LLC were targeted. MtGox is affected, but I doubt they would ever get invited to court to defend another company. Yes it has been frozen and even more seized
