Sometimes, bad days are there to remind us that we have good ones to look forward to. Sad it happened, we'll run new campaign soon managed by Royse777.

Fair enough, but just a thought - you could still let OP run it and just use escrow service (i.e. Royse777) to pay participants directly. This way OP could be repaying you a bit of what he owes with his service. That's assuming he'd be willing to that that is.
I see you are putting on a Yomix signature which tells me you are protecting your own interests here after being selected as a participant

and why not allow YoMix to protect their interest after this bombshell?  Roll Eyes

A good poster will always be a good poster and will easily be spotted by any good CM, gl in your journey.

What a start of the year, two different companies( [banned mixer] and YoMix) all hit at the same time and non of its participants got paid for their work and why is it that both are mixing companies that have been affected Roll Eyes, anyway sorry for your loss pal this will be difficult to explain to anyone  Cry I hope this hustle won't be affected after investing so many years in the sig business.
3023  Economy / Reputation / Campaign managers acting as Escrow on: January 09, 2023, 05:20:52 PM
Many of the times, signature campaigns , contests and any other service are usually asked to escrow funds to guarantee payment after a service is completed by its participants to avoid companies from not honoring their dues, but what happens in an instance of funds being escrowed and the escrow urgent losses the money Huh It's not the first time seeing a campaign manager losing funds on the forum..the latest being [banned mixer] | Bitcoin Mixer | Signature Campaign in less than 4hrs funds gone($4.2k)...

Should an escrow be liable for any loss of such funds and get tagged till such a repayment is done?
3024  Economy / Gambling / Re: What else should an established crypto casino add? on: January 09, 2023, 03:20:29 PM
This. Litecoin is like one of the alts (that's not shit) with super low fees that sits well among players.
Totally agree litecoin is among the few crypto coins with low fees and fast conformation times which is why if not tron or trc20 tokens then litecoin is my go to coin for gambling and these are coins all gambling platforms ought to have.

What else should an established crypto casino add?
I believe the motive is retention and I think regular competitions of both high rollers and the regular gamblers should be a start as most players would love a shot at winning bigger prizes than their usual bank rolls.

I find this hard to believe, is this not the same man that says his anticipating another crypto crash to happen after most centralized exchanges are done with wash trading Huh Am sorry to say these guys don't mean well at times because at the end of it he has more to gain than lose, imagine the publicity his taping into that is benefiting his businesses... This is a selfish move I don't buy this.

3027  Economy / Reputation / Re: Merit Overflow of ltcrstrbrt on: January 09, 2023, 10:37:28 AM

There is a possibility that the account was sold with the private key. I have seen such offers in Telegram groups and on fiverr.
Back in the day of bitcointalkaccount pricer, I remember accounts were sold in this fashion so not surprising that the trend has continued in the bid to mask the change of hands.

The facts still stand, the user in question recently woke up (after two years of inactivity) and applied for a loan and a sig campaign
For this to have happened, it means other accounts that's have done this and joined campaigns successfully and this could be some continuation of the enrollment class.

@ltcrstrbrt, it seems to me that there are only two possible explanations for the merits you received on your account. Either the accounts that gave you merits are controlled by you (alt accounts) or you acquired the merits through some sort of purchase. Is there any other explanation that I'm not considering?

With most signatures having a requirement of having received a minimum of 5 merits in the last 120 days, this would have been their solution in trying to beat this & wanting to paint a picture they have the good posts on the forum   Tongue
3028  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: How profitable it is possible to invest in bitcoins in the new year 2023. on: January 09, 2023, 10:16:11 AM
There is no one answer that fits all for these types of questions, unfortunately! Btw Crypto markets are like the weather, it can get hot(warm) at times and can get cold (cool) regardless of weather so with this analogy you need to understand that there is risk and markets don't move in the direction we intend it to move in. If you choose to invest with the intention of getting a profit be ready for the long journey as it won't be smooth sailing, but I would suggest trading it like Forex to make money off it for every pip it moves be it up or down, good luck.
3029  Other / Off-topic / Re: Virtual Cards For Online Sportsbooks and Casinos on: January 08, 2023, 01:39:09 PM
I've recently after an attempted hack on my bank account, grown concerned about giving casinos and sportsbooks access to my personal and financial information when I use my prepaid card to top off my bankroll and partake in my preferred casino games and sporting events.
I don't know what providers these casino's use but on several instances I have noticed that my bank card hardly requests for my OTP when depositing money on these platforms which is certainly a security risk using a card connected to your savings or main account. FYI sometimes it could be that there is a cloned site you use and hackers could have phished this card information hence best solution have a dedicated account for gambling and stuff.

Could you kindly recommend virtual cards that online sportsbooks and casinos will accept for deposits and withdrawals without revealing my bank information?

Virtual cards are a good alternative to the actual cards but the problem comes in when the casino asks you to complete KYC with a photo of your bank card which means card verification is already a fail here. But if you are still in need of a VCC try CoinPayCard ==> https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=5432781.msg61537447#msg61537447

3030  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Making post for merit on: January 08, 2023, 11:17:03 AM
Most newbies make post because of their anxiousness to get merit.
But this is a good thing don't you think Huh if everyone knows that merit comes with writing quality posts then
everybody will be out there making these quality posts which is the intention of Merit Smiley So basically this is a win-win for everyone!

Out of this anxiousness, irrelevant posts are often made.
The way I see it, if one makes most of these irrelevant (spam) posts and chances are high that you might get your self ignored and no merit will come your way.  Roll Eyes

Although I'm once like this. My first merit was like I won a jaspot of over a million dollar. I was so excited.
Let's be honest here, the merit you received was to congratulate you for the million dollar win otherwise congrats on the win  Cool

Newbies should be aware that is better to work towards contributing to the forum than running to build merit. Making post because of getting merit make one get discouraged after making several posts which you think will merited but not merited.
Unfortunately many of these guys make too many bounty posts and you will hardly see any meaningful posts which lands these guys on the ignore list.

CONCLUSION: Don't search for merit, let merit come for you through your meaningful post. Never make post because you want to get merit but because you want to help others and the community through your post.
There is nothing wrong with searching for merit, isnt this called grinding for merit and several people have done it and got tons of it so it's all about being creative about it and ones posting.

With how Manchester United have been picking up points of late, I don't think anybody will be doubting them to put up another solid performance this night and getting those 3points of course. A Rashford anytime goalscorer and Untd to win 2-0  Cool Anyone??

Damn, what was Kepa doing yesterday? After all mistakes he made, I don't understand how can he be their 1st choice GK - especially in front of Mendy.
Maybe kepas contract guarantees a certain number of games that's why we keep seeing him, if it were me no doubt Mendy would be my number 1 in goal.

I want to point out that the information in the spreadsheet is incorrect. My forum rank is Hero member, for already some weeks now.
tracking back your Hero status this happened on the 23rd of December 2022, of which you needed to inform @Royse777 about this as the process is not automatic Roll Eyes and btw congrats on your new rank  Cool
3034  Economy / Speculation / Re: January bitcoin price out look on: January 05, 2023, 11:50:37 PM
Events in the last few weeks have drastically affected bitcoin price as the price of bitcoin has struggled to remain around $16k with heavy resistance to push above 20k in the last few days into 2023.
I think the festive season has had its share in keeping price low as there isn't liquidity to support the markets currently but after all celebrations are done and dusted am foreseeing a market rally to the upwards as whales will be feasting on some cheap coins.

Since the FTX and LuNA crises started Bitcoin has struggled to retain its previous price before the attack which was around 25k-30 benchmarks.
All these exchanges misfortunes are really a coincidence because if you look at the general outlook of price action on a chart, markets were already preparing for the nose dive and this just happened at the same time... But it's all about time this will come to pass.

The question now is with the current bitcoin price outlook what is the possible bitcoin January price outlook you can speculate on based on your personal market analyses?
January is generally slow and at the moment there is so much consolidation movements in price, so maybe after the Chinese new year we might be bullish as there will be no more big holidays world over.
3035  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Sportsbet.io's English Premier League Football Pool Discussion Thread on: January 05, 2023, 07:59:53 PM
Both City and Chelsea are not in their best of forms, but it will be the defending champions that will be desperate to get back to winning ways as they can't afford to slip up again if they see themselves as challengers .. It's now all never, City has to settle for nothing but a win tonight to put pressure on Arsenal who are the current league leaders. 2-1 win for city here we go Smiley and this games result will decide who takes the yellow cap Tongue
3036  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Hackers Demand Bitcoin as Ransom in Romania on: January 05, 2023, 06:49:34 PM
Cyber Security is the number one priority in this new technological economic age. So how do we do?
The problem with today's organizations is they are doing away with IT staff with cyber security knowledge and thinking the secretary or anybody will do it because they are able to install some anti virus on a computer so some blame is on the organisation's. But if we go back to the basics this will tone down for sure.

Botosani Hospital Server was attacked by hackers and they demanded bitcoin as the payment ransom. The hackers demanded  3 BTC to be paid.

s/www.romania-insider.com/database-romanian-hospital-held-ransom-hackers-jan-2023%3famp]Database of Romanian hospital held for ransom by hackers
Please don't disclose you keys to anyone.

Security is everybody business

And I thought this only happens in the movies Roll Eyes  how can one be so heartless that they want a hospital to come to a halt in this time and age that needs the technology to operate.. So unfortunate! I hope they taint the coins if they choose to pay the ransom.
3037  Other / Meta / Re: Request: New Local Board for Pakistan (Urdu) on: January 05, 2023, 11:34:51 AM
Congratulations to the Nigerians for getting their own dedicated board with reference to the OP, and seeing that the Pakistan thread is equally super active with that 2.5 million views and 11K comments  says it all that they have the numbers to keep their board alive and its just a matter of time that this will be be materialized in no time.
3038  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Why Bitcointalk is the best forum on: January 05, 2023, 08:28:18 AM
Unlike how other forums are centered around one niche, the forum here is a place with people of diversity starting with users that are tech savvy about the blockchain technology, traders, sporting gurus, artists of different disciplines, humanitarians, pretty much everyone is here and the best part is the forum doesn't discriminate which is one of its strengths.

Btw the bitcointalk forum is one of those forums that has sanity, spam isn't tolerated , and several local boards which I haven't seen anywhere else Smiley
3039  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Sportsbet.io's English Premier League Football Pool Discussion Thread on: January 04, 2023, 09:56:07 PM
Man United managed to score 3 points against Bournemouth's  last night, with 3 clean goals, to be my correct result in the pool.
United are starting to come out of that shell of theirs despite winning some games in a scrapy fashion... But who cares, it's all about those 3 points that count..and am hoping CR7 doesn't find himself in this performance for pulling down the team when he was around Roll Eyes Otherwise boys are playing some good football Smiley

I think that Shaw is a perfect addition to the ranks of United, and Rachford's improvement is starting to find his way to the goal and score goals.
Rash and Shaw always put up a good show and I feel the manager needs to tone down with his so called punishments which really kill player moral at times. If he wants to see these lads put in a 101% on the field let the lads have fun out there.

And I don't know if Kane is able to score against Crystal Palace
Been a true believer of Spurs getting the results in their favor and they have let me down in two game weeks already , and this time I feel kane and Team won't have it in them, before you know it boom they run riot and get 4 goals past crystal Palance like what the f... The premier league is just so unpredictable hope these guys get consistent results from now on.
3040  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin developer @lukedashjr's wallet was hacked on: January 04, 2023, 06:18:59 PM
Before anything, is his Twitter account still in his possession as this might turnout to be a hacker seeking public sympathy to get donations using his reputation and the alike.

He should track and contact the exchanges asking them to freeze the funds incase the hacker tries to deposit in any of the top ones to convert the coins into stables.
That is good. CZ from Binance has already replied to his tweet:

Trying to exchange 3mil won't be so easy, any sight of these coins on a Cex and these coins will certainly get frozen.... Btw can a mixer freeze such coins knowing that they are tagged stolen in the event they try to clean them Huh
