3041  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Wine company using blockchain to eliminate fraud and secure authenticity. on: July 10, 2020, 06:45:18 PM
So how is it going to help eliminate fraud and secure authenticity? I mean, yeah they are using blockchain technology, but it does not explain what steps they will be taking.
Will they be storing "some" information in the blockchain that will help to verify the authenticity?
If that is the case, can't they do the same thing using regular databases? I mean what would be the difference? Central databases are still used to carry out these verification, but they all still have flaws. Do you think they were able to address the flaws and fix it?
3042  Economy / Economics / Re: How in the world we going to restart the world economy ? on: July 10, 2020, 05:42:23 PM
I agree with you that technological change will play the biggest role in reviving the world economy. Technology is conducive to the development of a country's economy. The last century has seen some groundbreaking technological discoveries, such as power supplies for household use, telephones, automobiles, or aircraft.

In some cases it has taken years for this type of product to become available to everyone. However in addition to these the expansion of trade and the help of global debt will help the world economy to resume very soon.
The technological change can no help us to revive the economy. Instead, all it will do is hamper! If we want to recover the current situation, we do not want to being in anything new "technological". Doing this will instead cause more problems. We need new policies both monetary and fiscal. It is all in the governments hand to revive the economy.
Global debt going to help us resume our economy? Lol, do you even know what global debt is?
3043  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Is it risky to invest in new crytpo coin/tokens??? on: July 10, 2020, 05:53:05 AM
Many of us were well known the Coinmarketcap from where we receive all cryptocurrency like coins and tokens details like on which exchange they listed, what is the 24-hour treading volume, or which platform they based on, etc. These days many new crypto coins and tokens was introducing and listing on many exchanges and It makes a very difficult decision for the investor to choose which coins or tokens should they invest to make some good profit. Many of the new cryptocurrency was makes a good pump in their stating days and after they dump in a very dramatic way. This cause a big loss to the investors and the trust in these types to new coins and tokens was finished. So, the main question is that Is it risky to invest in new crypto coins/tokens? or it is good for a very certain time of investment?
Most of the new coins and tokens that arrive are mainly trash coin and ends up being a scam coin. So I would say, yeah it is risky to invest in new crypto currencies and tokens.
I would rather stick with old and well known crypto currencies like Bitcoin, ethereum and so on.
If you are using only information and statistic taken for coinmarketcap, then you are doing a big mistake. Learn about the coins first before looking at those statistics. Statistics can be easily manipulated.
3044  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: My suggestion on Bitcoin adoption on: July 10, 2020, 05:49:50 AM
I love the fact that the whole world isn't aware of Bitcoin yet. I see Bitcoin as a digital Gold. It is supposed to be scarce to retain its credibility. If Gold was made accessible to everyone, The value would never be as high it has always been. In the case of Bitcoin, before the century goes off a quantum of the world population will be accessing the internet and I'm not sure a lot of people will still be interested in knowing what it is.
I doubt the whole world isn't aware of bitcoin. At least like more than 90% of the countries in this world have at least heard of bitcoin. Things are going to be so easier if people stopped comparing bitcoin with "digital gold". No, bitcoin is not where near a digital gold. It is a currency that was made to get get full freedom on our money instead of relying on a third party centralized financial institution.
So what is your suggestion? You forgot to mention..
3045  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Slots are better than Dice. on: July 09, 2020, 05:56:41 AM
This is your opinion based on you being ignorant. The reason you stated has too many flaws. You didn't even consider about the house edge!
Usually, dice has way lower house edge than that of slots. In the long run, the casino will be making more profit from the users who play slots.
Also, not all combination gives you rewards. There are some combination on the pay table that pays you nothing.
3046  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: One game vs a variety: which gives higher potential to a casino? on: July 08, 2020, 07:40:41 PM
I would say a variety would give a casino higher potential of attracting more users. Again, we don't want the casino to be filled with hundreds of potential games (like most of the casino. Same shit but different rules). Just like 7/8 games would be enough to keep users entertained.
If there were like just one single game, people would burn out playing that and will eventually move to other casino. But, if the casino provides alternative games, there is a chance users will be able to keep themselves entertained without shifting to other casino.
3047  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin soon will become a boring investment? on: July 08, 2020, 05:23:46 PM
Allot of people are making investment in Bitcoin, even with the risks involved. Everybody want to own Bitcoin. Many have half or more than half of their portfolio invested in Bitcoin already, This digital currency is becoming  almost common to all, when everyone owns a Bitcoin who then will care about it as it will be as common and a boring investment.

I believe this is a treat in the Bitcoin market value, could this actually bring down the market? Or it is a sign for feature increase in the market? Your thoughts are welcome..
How do people even come up with such topics? Your whole post is kinda absurd to be honest. It makes no sense at all? People will get bored of investing on bitcoin? I mean how and why? Just because everyone will be investing on it? Everyone invests on stocks and businesses. Do they get bored?
Isn't it a good thing that it is becoming common to all? Isn't this exactly what we want?
3048  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: What will it take for crypto payment to go mainstream? on: July 08, 2020, 04:21:29 PM
-snip-

My personal take, however, is that, for crypto to go mainstream and the impact felt, the focus needs to pivot a bit away from Bitcoin. Yes, it is the first crypto, but at its present state, it definitely cannot fit into every area. This is my opinion, if you have something contrary, I will definitely love to hear them.
No, they do not need to "pivot" away from bitcoin. Just because it has some flaws, it doesn't mean that we will stop using it. Instead of running away from it, we can come forward and help develop it into a better thing. We can put forward ideas that will ease things for us but without causing much disturbance to the main protocols of bitcoin.

Again, those who knows about bitcoin will eventually learn of other altcoins. They will know when to use which coin.
3049  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Can we still enjoy the anonymity in gambling in the long run? on: July 08, 2020, 06:22:57 AM
Anon gambling sites will still exist despite the AML rules, but the problem is, what kind of games they offer... probably not as developed as mainstream ones. For slots lovers like me, I'll enjoy the very moment, when I can play mainstream slots on sites that still accept no-KYC accounts for small deposits/withdrawals. In the future, if all accounts need KYC, then I'll probably retire from gambling since I live in "gambling is bad" country. However, if I'm lucky and become rich, I'll move to Australia for sure.
Doesn't matter if they offer different kind of games, they still will have to apply KYC policies. As long as financial transaction takes place in company, there must be KYC and AML policies in order not to fall in trouble with your government laws.
Lol, you live in a country where gambling is prohibited. How do you expect to move those move legally from your country to Australia? You government will end up convicting you for laundering money.
3050  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Poker games that are providing free plays to earn real money on: July 08, 2020, 06:13:04 AM
pokerstars and everestpoker also have tournaments forfree where you can play and earn money and start scalating tournaments little by little, I have a friend who earns a couple thousand dollars each money and lives only out of poker

though it's quite stressfull life, he smokes a lot and plays 9 tables at once.
Lol, you really think we are going to believe you? There is no way he is earning thousands of dollars from playing free tournaments. Others are saying they give like 1k sat to 20k sat maximum, which is no way near thousands of dollars.
Or probably your friend is abusing the free offer and probably breaking their tos by using multiple accounts to abuse their free tournament.
3051  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: You want the best for your new project? on: July 07, 2020, 09:20:16 PM
You want the best for your new project? I am strictly pointing at these exchanges because they are now intentionally supporting bad projects without remorse, these following exchanges never have any good results on IEO projects since last year's now

1. P2PB2B
2. Vindax
3. Exmarket
4. Bitcratic
5. Latoken

I wish these exchanges can just disappeared from the face of crypto space forever, developers smarten up and go for better exchanges unless you are a scammer yourself because these exchanges are now scammers den.
Never heard of any of those exchanges other than P2PB2B. Though all i haven't looked into the exchange, but I have seen people calling it a scam exchange (not sure why. didn't even bother looking at it. The name itself looks like a trash exchange).
They won't automatically disappear. It is the people who should stop using them and then eventually make them go broke.
3052  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Luckyfish accepting kids on: July 07, 2020, 05:50:43 AM
I have just discovered my son ,14 years old  gambling in this site.

How dare you letting Kids register into your site.

How can i report this site as It is illegal  for Kids to gamble and its illegal for casinos to accento minors.

I'm not even sure why this site is operating in England without a UK license.

I'm looking for your license to report your site but I can't find it anywhere.

I'm furious., u have not shame..

Can someone advise me where to report this casino?
Blame yourself for not supervising his internet access. Again, your son already agreed to the sites terms and conditions when creating an account over there and it was your son who broke the sites rules.
Don't know what kind of casino is luckyfish, but they do have a really bad review?
Or you really the kids mother or are you just butthurt because you lost a lot on that casino and is now looking for a way to get refunds?
Or did you get scam and now you are mad? If it is the latter, then please open a proper scam accusation thread.
3053  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Someone should start a class action lawsuit against Paypal on: July 07, 2020, 05:46:16 AM

They did have TOS which I guess they can use in court, I think their defense is already solid for your argument.
The rumors of them getting into crypto is probably because they slap by the truth that they are losing clients because people are now using BTC.
Yeah, they has their terms and policies which we all agreed when creating our paypal account, but I am sure the post has been made to mock paypal.
Like yeah, funny how paypal was antibitcoin and all strict policies regarding any bitcoin transaction made through paypal. Lots of people had to go through a lot of trouble because they weren't aware of the policies. And now look at them? They have changed their face once they realized the potential.
The rumors might be through since paypal already has job posting looking for crypto engineers.
3054  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Does bitcoin need an addition of a safety feature? User friendly? on: July 07, 2020, 05:39:56 AM
lol . you write alot of stuffs in the first page and you still dont know your talking about  ? seriously  ?  what we saw on btc now is perfect already in my opinion .
If you think bitcoin right now is currently perfect as a currency,  then I would describe you as ignorant.
Bitcoin isn't perfect. It has a lots of flaws for which we most people don't feel like using as a regular currency. Look at the main post and other peoples reply. They clearly some how states why bitcoin isn't a perfect currency. Bitcoin is still in its early stage and requires much for development before it can turn out be a perfect piece of gem.
3055  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: What Happens To The Altcoins If Bitcoin Drops Strong? on: July 06, 2020, 09:29:52 PM
The same thing happens. The price of altcoin starts to drop harder than bitcoin. This is because, when they see the price of bitcoin drop, altcoin holders starts to panic and decides to sell off their altcoins too. Hence, the price of altcoins starts to drop. Now, not everyone does a panic selling of their altcoins. Some know whats going to happen, so they take this opportunity to sell their altcoins (causing the price to drop) and starts investing on bitcoin since the price of bitcoin has fallen. They eventually buy back what they sold at cheaper rate. Thus, they manage to make profit from both altcoins and bitcoins.
3056  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Does bitcoin need an addition of a safety feature? User friendly? on: July 06, 2020, 09:15:24 PM
This is just my opinion and just feel free to post a reply.

Bitcoin is one of the biggest money accumulated globally from different currency. It has been tag as scam while others did not believe in it (due to its features instant big earnings) and others think of something else like a new innovation doing a decentralized transaction without third party just purely bitcoin platform that one can remain to be anonymous. The government did not approve this decentralization system for it was subject for abuses to which it really had basing from complains of users whom were being scam. Yet, the government also did not close the doors to bitcoin for negotiations and had seen its huge potential.
Have you ever asked those people why they tag bitcoin as "scam"? I bet they will come up with stupid statements to back up their claim. People should stop thinking bitcoin is going to make them rich over night. Bitcoin wasn't created to make "big earnings". And no, bitcoin transactions are not anonymous. They are pseudonymous. The government might close the doors to bitcoin, but will welcome the technology behind it - "Blockchain".
There are appeals of some promoting the system to the community like in those rich countries to where for now it remains floating. The system still not legally accepted and news were popping out regarding on bitcoin and altcoins restriction investments and the prohibitions for the community to invest as a result from the complains being filed from users getting scam. However, they still can invest if they really want to but not limited to bitcoin and other strong altcoin like Ethereum. The goverment really see the potential of cryptocurrency and seeing a lot of money they can probably take.
If the system does not "legally" accept it, then there is no way that country will be allowing people to use bitcoin or other crypto currency. Only few countries in the world (and they are mostly corrupted) has completely banned usage of crypto currencies. Yes, the government does see the potential of crypto currencies, hence they are will eventually try to make some sort of centralized crypto currencies (some countries have already started planning on how to make this work). And what do you mean by they can take a lot of money from it? You mean they can easily track if people are paying taxes or not?
So, the problem I had seen here is not the bitcoin platform instead it is the acceptance for the safety consumptions of the community. The different perceptions also regarding bitcoin made it worst. Meaning that the community needed to be educated regarding with bitcoin and its risk. The risk I was talking about is the volatility of bitcoin market but we know that bitcoin is not different from stock market specifically in trading feature. And I think joining bitcoin has more advantage than stock market where it will allow one to earn instantly knowing also the high risk.
Lol, no the government isn't worried about the safety (i mean they are but I doubt unsafe usage is their worst nightmare), they are more worried that they can't control the system. They are worried about giving people financial freedom. Giving us financial freedom means losing half of their power over us.
People can get scammed even if they use fiat money. As long as you are not being cautious, you are bound to get scammed eventually. Once again, people shouldn't join the community just for making quick profit. Don't be comparing bitcoin with stock markets. You can't trade your stocks in a shop for a cup of coffee, can you?
Now, my point is that bitcoin has been considered already and working well for now but violations could be imposed to the users abusing the system from other users who had been asking help from the government specifically the investment scams. Eliminating this risks needed a help from the government or could be a private institution created for the sole purpose of safety to all users. For this we can expect something good in return. However, I know that most of the users here do not like the intereference of the government or any third party but not to all since there are already some pushes this system to be legalized. Wether we like it or not I think we need regulations for the safety of the users coming from the government or any private institution that will help the users keeping away from the abuses. A little revisions also would be a great help by being a friendly user system letting the users to decide wether to remain anonymous or not depending on the users agreement in a certain transactions.

And then again this is only my opinion and you are free to react violently.

What do you think guys of bitcoin platform do we really need a third party to add safety measures for the users and being a user friendly sysyem? All I know is that I really don't know.
If third parties and government gets fully involved, the currency will no longer remain decentralized. What you are trying to say is to bring a central authority to control scams, but this will defy the main maxim about bitcoin being decentralized.
3057  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Lottery help? on: July 04, 2020, 02:53:57 PM
Hi Everyone,

I know it is very difficult or probably close to impossible to predict the exact number in Lottery. But I am currently writting a blog about Lottery / prediksi togel.

The aim is to give the best possible and most accurate Lottery's prediction towards its daily live result. Any advise on how to improve my skills? Any literature or study or analysis or math theory that I can read and learn from?

That would be really helpful and much appreciated.

Thank you very much.
It is impossible for you to give an accurate lottery prediction. As long as their lottery system is not broken or has no errors and completely random, then it is going to be really really hard for you to predict it (and won't be worth the effort you will have to give, but yeah RNGs aren't really random, though complicated to break).
If people could predict those games, no casino would ever provide lottery. But if you do some googling, you might come up with interesting topics that might help you an article for your blog.
3058  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Smartphones aren't spywares attack proof on: July 04, 2020, 02:42:56 PM
They never were! No electronic devices are spyware proof. All those applications like facebook, twitter, instagram can track you! They collect your location, information, your search result etc and send those data to their servers. So aren't they all spywares?
And about the operating system on rooted devices you are talking about are actually more safe. As far as I know they are all open source. If you are downloading one from a trusted developer, I think you are quite safe.
3059  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Blockchain.com - Insufficient Funds Error? on: July 04, 2020, 02:36:40 PM

Sad thing is I have used blockchain for several years, never had any issues and I felt like it was the best wallet compared to others.
But as you said I should make a different wallet, which I already have and I am using that now because I don't wants funds transfered
to my blockchain, and risk them being stuck as well.

- I will look into the other threads mentioned, to see if that can help me. Thank you all.
Just because you didn't face any problem doesn't make it the best wallet. Web wallets are never safe. You will rarely get help from the support. I just read a thread few minutes ago where the user was trying to reach support  (something related to old wallets and blockchain.info) but still haven't received any reply from them and don't even know what to do. Even if you google web wallets, you will see a lot of people are suffering problems using online wallets.
Good thing you are moving before you anything worse happens.
Are you using a phone to make the transaction? Try making the transaction from your computer. Login from incognito mode. Or it is probably their server that is a bit messed up (the fee shows 0.00 USD. It shouldn't).
3060  Economy / Economics / Re: Can we rely on Bitcoin and cryptocurrency? on: July 04, 2020, 02:19:36 PM
We are fully aware that the whole world now is combatting the war of the unknown, or this Covid-19 that cannot be seen but killed millions of people across the globe. And we are in this battle for over half a year now, but still, the Cure is so hard to be found. So devastating as it was, as the losses rises each day in all kinds as often mentioned.

Sadly, we do not know yet, when all this chaos be over.

For some individuals working in Cryptoworld like me, can we rely on Bitcoin to sustain our needs and help prevent the economy collapse as this Pandemic continues?
As I've just heard from the news, there's a new swine flu disease which is a threat discovered in China again 😢 and has a Pandemic potential that the experts need to keep eye on.
Rely on bitcoin and cryptocurrencies for what? If you think bitcoin will magically help us to sustain our economy and rebuild it, then you are wrong. I mean like how is it going to help anyway? Like by holding coins? That is what most people do. Hold their coins for profit. This is not going to help in anyway.
And the virus can be seen. It is microscopic. The media always tries to create attention, so don't fall for those "threats" they are talking about. They always tries to exaggerate things.
