3041  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: How to avoid big commissions to pay ethereum ? on: November 12, 2021, 06:01:48 PM
if you still feel heavy with the use of ethereum, I think there are many other coins that can be an alternative, such as BNB, or Polygon.

You can move Ethereum on the BSC network with lower fees, a lot lower! Binance has that option, for example, to choose a chain... and some casinos! I mostly use it for USDT transactions, with Ethereum fees are really crazy, it's why I stopped using them months ago! There are alternatives, and if I may say pretty good one!
3042  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: 2022 FIFA World Cup in Qatar - UEFA Qualifiers on: November 12, 2021, 04:14:27 PM
Well, Portugal did lose but they are still leading the group. They are in the first spot in the group with 17 points. Serbia also has 17 points but Portugal is ahead on goal difference. So I don't think that it using the last match will be off too much concern for Portugal. Also, the four-goal difference is coming in real big for Portugal.

We will see on Sunday, right? Portugal can lose that first place if they lose the next game against Serbia! Smiley

Jokes on a side (I am from Serbia), Portugal is a better team! They need only draw for that first place and calm start, but Serbia has nothing to lose, only with a win they can take that ticket for the world cup, so I expect them to play open and aggressive from the start! The first game in Belgrade was 2: 2, so Serbia is not completely without chances... full team is playing, we won some friendly game against Qatar with 4 : 0, I guess players are optimistic and boosted for the game! I will probably bet on Serbia to win, but with handicap +1 probably! Open game can be good, but if Portugal makes some nice contra and score early it will change the game completely, which can happen!
3043  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: What are some high-quality, legit projects that are under $0.10? on: November 12, 2021, 03:28:12 PM
I am a gambler, so I can say that legit gambling projects are Freebitcoin and Betfury... they have their tokens that are under $0.1, they are growing both, so they have the potential to cost more... meanwhile you can stake those coins, or farm them, which is passive income while you wait for the price to grow, like a win-win situation!
3044  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Sky Vegas could face legal action due to promotional emails on: November 12, 2021, 01:53:56 PM
Basically what happened is that Sky Vegas sent promotional email to previous clients that had opted-out of this, now while this many not seem like a big deal, and most of the time it is not, a number of those that received those emails were recovering addicts doing their best to stay away from the temptation to gamble again, an offer like this could be what they needed to go back to the addiction they were trying to overcome, so while I have the tendency to think this could have been an honest mistake it is still very worrying that something like this can happen as it could derail the recovery of those struggling to control their gambling.

And it's not like a big deal... for some services and casinos, I had to unsubscribe a few times before they stopped sending promotional emails! And I don't think that addicts are some victims here... addicts are always pointing fingers at everyone else, but actually, they are responsible for their actions! Someone who gets triggered so easily shouldn't even be close to a computer or TV! That level of sensitivity is a huge problem, I get it, but there are ways to keep the distance from all possible triggers and to focus on other things... like books, different hobbies, gardening, animals...

It's like with fire... you need to be aware that you can get burned! So don't play with it, don't come close to it... don't even try to watch it from the distance!
3045  Economy / Gambling / Re: 🎲BetFury.io|⚽️ BFG for SPORTS🏆|🎂BETFURY 2nd ANNIVERSARY|🐯CoinTiger listing on: November 12, 2021, 08:03:35 AM
the trick is to buy more and more BFG, but of course the way I see this is similar to a traditional bank, where each time you are generating interest due to the amount you have in the bank, in this case it is more benevolent each time the BTC rises, for countries with inflationary economies it is the easiest way to have a safe investment.

Maybe the trick is to have a good time in the casino!? It should be entertainment, playing games you like... and with that, you get something extra in BFG tokens, tickets, spins, and all sorts of prizes!

Of course, anyone can just buy BFG, but where is the fun in that? And I will just repeat myself, I am not sure how many tokens you can buy for $100, but I am sure that you can try to gamble, have fun and chance to win something, and get more tokens!
3046  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Take stock or hodl ? on: November 11, 2021, 01:28:09 PM
So with the current peak on Bitcon, Ethereum (and nearly all of my alt coins) is it wise to:

1) Take out the profit to either bank or reinvest when there is another dip
2) HODL in the hope that it keeps rising and rising

Depends.

Do you need something to buy? Is the profits you made, enough for decent stuff? (like a house, a car, whatever) Do you need them? If yes, selling while you are up can do no harm. Also you should consider, if it goes down from here, would you be upset? If yes, then you should sell some because it means you are carrying more than you should.

As you said if he is carrying more than he should then he should sell some! It's a trader's dilemma, to hold a bit more, to sell and wait for a dip... if we would know what is coming we would be millionaires/billionaires already!
So the right answer doesn't exist, we all try to do what we think it's the best for us in the specific moment... and I am sure that all of us made some good hits, the same as we all made a mistake here and there!

Grin If he believes at least a little in his own prediction, then he simply must make a bet. Although, given the existence of a limit of odds (I think this number clearly exceeds it), it is more profitable to make single bets - even if he guesses a couple of outcomes, he will be in profit.

He definitely exceeds the limit, so you are totally right, single bets would be more appropriate here... and as you say, hitting at least a few of them is a profit, and every next one is the extra profit!
I am not sure how he come up with this (I never bet on the exact score), it looks OK, most favorites to win, a few draws... It will be interesting to see how many hits will he have, looking at it I believe he will have a few!
3048  Economy / Economics / Re: Banks will die crypto will take over in 5-10 years on: November 11, 2021, 09:29:09 AM
To many things happened in 2 decades :
Terrorists attacks / Wars on Terror / Arab spring  / SARS / Climate Change / Covid / Global trade problems  and so on ...

Before 2001 life was normal ...does how are older remember ... now they are not even hidding it / no longer in the shadows what they are trying to do ...

Yeah everything was fine before 2001
- Two world wars, Vietnam, Korea
- IRA, ETA, Black September, Ulster VForce
- AIDS, Hong Kong Flu, A/H2N2, Typhus , Polio
- Warsaw Pact, Cold War, Cuban crisis
- 1973 Oil crisis, Black Monday of 87, 97 Asian crisis

Yeah, if you're complete ignorant then everything was just fine before 2000, not a single thing to worry

As for banks going away....I'm willing to bet 90% of the poeple who bought and sold crypto have used a bank to do so. Wink

Before life was normal... what a joke! Add Balkan to that list! Smiley

I am in that 10%, I am not using banks for selling crypto! But I have to use it anyway, for salary and credit cards!

Well, I believe that crypto will take over, eventually... the number of crypto users will continue to grow, as well as the number of "only crypto" users! So it's logical to believe that crypto will become a real threat for banks all over the world one day!

Sweden is first, they play well in this qualification... but Spain is very close, so they will have to take the points and try to secure their first position! Georgia with just 4 points is off... I guess Spain also has to win tonight, but Greece is better than Georgia, and Grece has some theoretical chances for second place if they win tonight... so it will be a tricky game! I believe Spain is better and if they give their best they will probably win, but I can't underestimate Greece playing at home!

Similar situation with Russia and Croatia, they can't allow losing points tonight! Especially when the next game is their duel, probably that game will decide the first place!

3050  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Which one is best and safest STABLE coin? on: November 10, 2021, 09:15:29 PM
For a secure stablecoin we use of course usdt although a lot of negative news about usdt but until now we can still rely on it as a stablecoin, although usdt can be frozen but this is not a big problem for now, usdt is very good to make transactions and we can always rely on, but to choose another stablecoin DAI is one that we can use because the coin is decentralized and for now there is no problem that in the face of the stablecoin.

I guess DAI is the only decentralized stable coin, correct me if I am wrong!

I use BUSD mostly, easy and cheap for moving around, good for my gambling activities! Also good for staking and farming at Binance... two advantages! OP should consider staking BUSD while he waits for the next bull run! Nice way for generating more profit!

If You do not meet the set deadline the Company shall have the right to block and terminate Your Account and confiscate all funds available on Your Account."

I don't play at FJ for a long time, after this: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=2980755.msg30636803#msg30636803! After this situation, I never opened FJ again!

I think this is a ridiculous rule, but it's a rule! And I don't understand why you didn't take care of that KYC right away? I mean we are talking about 45k TRX, it's not little definitely! And as much as I think it's stupid, it's there for some reason, you agreed with that when registering!

I think this topic can only be a lesson! Now it's too late for anything else!
3052  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Continuously Loosing money in Trading!!!! on: November 10, 2021, 02:13:48 PM
It is very simple, you need to change your trading strategy and start with an amazing strategy which always suits your trading facts, I hope it will help you a lot and through this you can get your profit again, Its a matter of using same strategy again and again and the market is volatile which can't be better at every situation.

I believe he should try to change his strategy a long time ago... if you constantly lose money you need to change something, and if changes don't have the effect then it's time for quitting and looking for something else! It's not smart to push until you lose everything you have...

Not everyone loses in trading

Of course not, trading is PvP, if some people are losing be sure that some people are making money!
3053  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: 2022 FIFA World Cup in Qatar - UEFA Qualifiers on: November 10, 2021, 12:36:54 PM
I am very excited about the match between Switzerland vs Italy. It will be one of the most competitive matches of the month. The Italian team is very stable. They unfortunately lost to Spain in the UEFA Nations League but had won almost all of their previous matches. However, the previous match against Switzerland was drawn, but Italy will not take any wrong step in this match. They will be able to defeat the Swiss team.

Quote
Less than 2.5 goals have been scored in 83 % of Italy's matches in this competition this season

I guess you are right, the Italian team is playing stable and I believe they will play this match very tight! I believe they will win with the clean sheet! Also, under 2.5 goals looks like a good bet for this game!

Germany, Sweden, Russia, Croatia, Portugal, and Spain are favorites definitely... but can they all take a win tomorrow or we will have some surprises?
3054  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: What would you think of Meta (Facebook) allowing bets in the metaverse on: November 10, 2021, 09:20:28 AM
I think gambling games on Facebook have been around for a long time. Texas Holdem Poker from Zynga, I don't know if the game can still be played on facebook or not but I see they already have an app. In my country, this game was very popular, we could even buy or sell chips between players.

And I remember that people were buying/selling chips for poker! They have slots as well, and all other gambling games!

I guess Facebook is big, and it's not like they are lack money, so if they make a decision to get more involved in gambling they will do it! But, there's always that but, they will probably have problems with regulations! It's for their legal team to deal with it, and I believe Facebook has a big, high-paying, team of lawyers to sort it out for them!

I am not using FB for years, since they asked me to verify myself (KYC), so even if they have go this way it will be with mandatory KYC! So most likely I will not even consider trying them!

Hopefully the price will be at least 0.055 dollars as a beginning to those exciting couple of months you are pointing to.However knowing the creator of FUN token and him having a failed token before doesn't reassure me a lot but anyway since the price of FUN is so cheap I have stocked up 10.000 and some more tokens and if the price really skyrockets I will be very happy for that.
I'm sure there are many who hope that the FUN price can reach that level or even more, but to be honest, seeing the movement especially in the satoshi, is not too pleasant to see, the movement seems stuck and more likely continues to range below 35 Satoshi.

It was over 60 satoshis in one moment a month or two ago... I bought my FUN tokens at 40-42 satoshis, and I would sell at 60 but all my FUN tokens were locked at that time! When that ended the price already dropped, so there was no point in selling! I think we will see new ATH one day, but not so soon, so I locked my FUN tokens on a longer period, 180 days! I hope the price will be higher next year!
The price is 32 satoshis, and it's been like that for some time... in some moments I am thinking it's the bottom and to buy this dip, but if BTC price goes higher I believe FUN will go down a bit more, so that holds me from investing more at the moment!
3056  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Be careful with the hype on: November 09, 2021, 10:28:00 PM
it was very correctly noticed that now the events with new tokens resemble 2017, when almost any new token collected a lot of funds and the developers disappeared with the money.Experienced investors will not fall for this trap, but newcomers still inattentively entrust their funds to scammers.

And new blood is always around, as it looks like! And that's something that will not change anytime soon! We can try to explain it, but it's just a waste of time, bottom line is that people (and here I include myself and my generation) jump into things before thinking, and only after losing something we start to think about our actions! Like the school that we need to pass, one way or another, with lower or bigger losses, that's individually...
So, definitely, we need to be careful and to think before we make move! To research a matter before we invest ourselves, our money, time, and energy! Without it, it's pure gambling and very risky gambling where we risk a lot!
3057  Economy / Gambling / Re: 🎲BetFury.io|⚽️ BFG for SPORTS🏆|🎂BETFURY 2nd ANNIVERSARY|🐯CoinTiger listing on: November 09, 2021, 09:21:44 PM

Didn't know this new DEX in town. And they also have the usual farming and staking. But in this case, they are dedicating their platform to BSC tokens. Saw that BFG token has a slight increase in price - $0.03 now. That's nice, even if we can see that the increase is slow, as long as there is active happenings in the casino and players are increasing, the future of BFG token is somewhat secure. Having more than 6k online players at the moment is I can say, they have one of the most active players among casinos here.

Same here, good to see that they can now be traded on a new DEX but this is yet another unknown exchange that doesn't really bring a real benefit. Having 6k players online is a nice achievement and will be related to their birthday party they are holding!

Parties always bring more people! Smiley

I don't follow BFG price, I decided to just stake them and to not do anything else with them! I believe every new listing is great, small or big exchange doesn't matter, what's important is that things are happening as Tippytoes said... big things will come for those who work and develop constantly!

$0.03 is a good price, right? What do you people expect, how high BFG can go actually?!
3058  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Weekend Trading, how do you feel about it? on: November 09, 2021, 03:00:27 PM
usually weekend trading not a good idea, low volume, even a few speculant says , weekend trading doesn't count to dialy chart. but if there are a coins which have major event like listing or mainnet, etc after weekend , it's a good one to place long position, or scalp.

So weekend trading is good for placing long positions?! And that can work, right? People can trade like that and make a profit if they do it properly! It's trading, after all, each of us can find the strategy that suits them! Of course, people who trade long positions only on weekends will miss this and that, but it does not matter, playing on safe can be less profitable, but at least it's not a loss!
I think in trading many things can work if you have a good approach, do your research, be patient, check your orders from time to time (on weekends)... and if it's profitable just continue with that! If not, change it!
3059  Economy / Economics / Re: There are many online jobs out there. Crypto Opportunity. on: November 09, 2021, 11:51:02 AM
There's always a job for people who wants to work! With some skills, it's easier to find a better paying job, but even without skills people can decide to start from zero, of course, they should be ready to work for some minimal paycheck or even for nothing, but they will learn something that will allow them to earn more in the future!
I don't wish to generalize, but I have friends that have some barriers in their minds... they wish for a high paycheck, they don't have a lot to offer, they are not ready to start at some lower levels and fight their way to up! They are proud, without money and work, their dignity doesn't allow them to accept reality! Maybe the worst part is their way of thinking, they think they "deserved" some good job, and there's no need for them to learn more! They are stuck in life, and sadly I believe that will not change, the situation for them will just get worse with time!
3060  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Has anyone placed esports bets? on: November 09, 2021, 08:50:43 AM
...
Doesnt understand on how it works? LOL! This is just typically betting on those teams when it comes to tournaments or competitions just like on whats happening on physical sports. If you dont know the game then it would be just simply be hard for you to consider on make bets if everything wouldnt really be that be part of your interest or specially your game but if you do know about that certain market  then you could really able to make bets if you wanted into. Doesnt really need some sort of critical thinking on how thing owkrs because it is really just a typical betting on things you do know.

KTChampions and Ralle14 made the same point! Of course, I checked again, and as you all saying it's pretty simple! I am trying to remember what was confusing for me, and in which casino... but I can't, it was a long time ago! Clearly I overlooked something, what was that I can say, I can assume that I saw the US odd system, maybe something else... clearly I mixed some things in my mind and had totally wrong opinion about betting on esports, especially on LoL!
