I think by doing video chats with the team or meeting them face to face will not ensure success of the project but it can reduces the risk. The rewards of a campaign totally depends on the success of the project that whether the team behind the project achieved their target investment or the coins listed on exchanges? For now, there is a risk for bounty hunters because most of the projects turn out to be scam.
There are many other things managers should consider
- checking the plagiarism of whitepaper
- complete investigation of team behind the project
- web ui
- road map and what they have already achieved.
- weather they are willing to spend from theor pocket if project couldnt do well in ico.
Surely a manager will do a deeper research into a project and as you mentioned sometimes they always plagiarize white papers to run their projects and ICO sales will not be of much interest if there are still projects that are hard to do raising with ICO. |

Sebagai penyelenggara kampanye, tentu sangat disayangkan harga saat ini tidak bagus seperti saat awal mulai kampanye yang berada pada kisaran harga 0.04, melihat harga saat ini dan beberapa minggu sebelumnya, memang hunter bukanlah satu-satunya penyebabnya, cuma yang ditakutkan oleh CEO juga ketika terjadi penurunan ada kepanikan dari hunter yang menjual tokennya dan membuat harga semakin anjlok. karena, total distribusi untuk kampanye mencapai 400K+ SPYCE, kalau semua pada ngejualin, dengan volume saat ini, tentu ini akan memberikan efek yang sangat besar.
kalau ketakutan CEO seperti itu kenapa tidak mendistribusikan token secara bertahap saja gan, mungkin dengan 10% setiap bulan atau berapa gitu dengan begini kan sedikit memberikan efek pada harga dipasar Jika distribusi di lakukan bertahap maka itu akan menyulitkan juga bagi hunter karena harus menunggu lebih lama untuk menerima token full bagi mereka, dan jika memang spyce punya kekuatan besar di pasar maka dengan distribus 400k itu sangat kecil ini hanya saja pulih dari pertukaran bw dan probit sangat kecil sehingga pasti sebagian pemburu akan menjual nya. |

Well,I think that the white paper is very important ,in as much as it is, one really need to see the team behind the project, if the team isn't a working team and no good back up,then everything in the white paper won't be fruitful,also the use case of a project is important to look at, what difference have they come to contribute to the blockchain space,these are the few things I watch out for.
All we have to know about the project include the white paper where they will write something different and the goals in their own products I think everyone will also project which will be valid with a real team and good support. |

But, I suggest him to open a new staking event like on probit and BW few months ago, if it happens, hunters will be missed the chance to double their tokens. I believe this project will continue and will not steal investors' money what I know but we will see progress in the future but this project looks good as I know and their IEO on Hoo Exchange is quite successful.
Maybe just want to extend the promotion period for the bounty.
