3041  Economy / Speculation / Re: Does US election affect the bitcoin price? on: October 04, 2020, 05:58:55 PM
Biden and Trump huh?
There will be a lot of spending but I don't about money printing.
It's supposed to be regulated.

If they just print more then the value of USD will go lower without anything to sell in exchange for it.
I don't think it will move bitcoin a lot.
I am more worried about the next thing that will happen if either of them will get elected.
Ain't there a third man to vote for?  Grin
3042  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: NBA 2019-2020 betting on: October 04, 2020, 04:10:58 PM
Let's try again betting on Miami Heat.
I will also bet for the Heat on this one.
It's now or never. A win is a must even with blood splattering around.  Grin

Betbuilder again.
12 bets is the max. I put stats of players that is obvious to be achieved.
Examples:
Lebron 6asts 6rebs 20pts.
Davis 20pts
Jimmy Butler 15pts 4asts (he suddenly became the playmaker without Dragic)

Then I will put Heat on a separate bet.
Miami ML price boosted. @5.07

Over and Under is in the middle @220.5
Game 1 - 214
Game 2 - 238

High chance it may go over 220.5 if the Heat runs a good offense or bad defense again.
3043  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Trying to invest in Binance on: October 04, 2020, 11:37:14 AM
Don't diversify with too many altcoins. Why don't you want to invest in bitcoin? and are you holding your altcoins on Binance and leaving it there as is?
If that's what you do, for holding, withdraw it and hold it to a wallet where you hold the private keys.
No, I am not. So far, I only have 5 altcoins in binance, and I am trying to staking the coins on binance because I think that can be profitable for me. I also invest in bitcoin, and I am still trying to invest in bitcoin in a separate wallet. But I want to diversify my investment by investing in an altcoin.
You don't think that is enough yet.
As of me, I get careless or let's say it's just too much work to keep on checking every altcoin that I will buy.

Monitoring will be your problem when doing this.
If you will be on full time checking them it might eat a lot of your time instead of focusing on just a minimal number of coins.
There will be times it may be jumbled to your head.  Grin
3044  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: 2020 NBA Season on: October 04, 2020, 08:20:19 AM
Agree to that! as rotation needs to be more unpredictable instead of keeping the same squad where Lakers already have a counter in every rotation that coach Erick have. With combining new sets of players and allow them to play and adds some spice to their offense and defense. Let's see if how they can cope up and try to win against the dominating Lakers! Good luck

I am glad someone noticed that too.
Coach Spoelstra seems to be surprised at how the Lakers rotate their players while he was stuck using just the same players over and over again making them exhausted and now injured.
They are good players, no doubt about that but shit happens.
Now, the 2nd team is having a difficult time getting their own rhythm because it was a sudden call to play again with more minutes.

Also, I want to see Herro make more shots.
Miss or not it doesn't matter. He just needs to shoot that ball more often. He has the confidence but I think he's hesitating too.
He says "He is a bucket." but how could you get a bucket if you just keep on running, dribbling, and passing.
At least have a 20 FG attempts.
3045  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin countries: top hotspots that use BTC on: October 04, 2020, 05:11:07 AM
First of all, I appreciate the effort of the article.
Not everyone could make one.  Wink

Why is Japan not on the top list?
Is it because they are using their digital currency more than Bitcoin or any other cryptocurrencies?
Sorry, that is the first country that pops up my mind when talking about Bitcoin adoption. Then, Singapore.

3046  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Are you a high roller? on: October 03, 2020, 05:34:16 PM
Are these two types of slots also have different equipment?
Or can it be done in just one piece of equipment?

Let's say I am just a penny roller but starting to lose more so I want it all back in just one roll without standing up, is that possible?
I tried slots online but never with a physical one.
3047  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: 2020 NBA Season on: October 03, 2020, 02:49:31 PM
Okay someone already posted about Bam going back.
That's great news.

But even with that, I hope Coach Spoelstra remains the same as he did Game 2.
It was a great rotation. But since there is no confidence for the 2nd team or they are still cold, they may still need more time to adjust.
Put Bam, give him rest, put Leonard. Then try to twist something else. Bam and Olynyk or Bam and Leonard.
That way, they won't be predictable with the plays they are trying to make.
I want the Heat to win. Even just 1 this Game 3. Give the fans some spark of a good game.
3048  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Discussion (Altcoins) / Re: The bounty scam will gradually go away on: October 03, 2020, 09:43:52 AM
project fraud will never go away in this industry as long as there are bounty hunters in it. they use this forum as a free advertising service for their project. and bounty hunters one of the middlemen to promote their project. So, I don't think that project fraud will disappear completely.

Which means the initiative should come from the bounty hunters first.
If they will not just advertise anything that is listed in the bounty section then we could minimize the incoming frauds.

We can see bounties in millions of dollars that are too good to be true and yet there are still hunters joining it.
That is too obvious.
I don't know if its a lack of observation or they really need money in this pandemic. But, they won't even get a penny out of it.
3049  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: NBA 2019-2020 betting on: October 03, 2020, 05:04:45 AM
I might bet on the Heat game 3 if the sportsbooks give us +16 hehehe. I have stopped watching the game, this again is another complete decimation by the Lakers. 4 - 0.
I might too with that kind of handicap.
Lakers won.

124-114.

Many of us here might have won a bet here.
Those with +10.5 handicaps and then the Lakers ML.

Just want to share my first Betbuilder win with you guys.
This is really awesome. I might do this every game next year.

3050  Economy / Economics / Re: Mathematics and economy on: October 03, 2020, 04:00:16 AM
Another factor is the current market competition with brands (Huawei, Xiaomi). Market conditions have fallen sharply in sales and profits, what I have explained above is an open secret.

Samsung is no longer available in Beijing / China for now, competition and policy.

Whoa! That's controversial but it is true.
This shit will happen if China wants to be the biggest salesman/country in the world.
Delay production of things that they don't own. i.e. Iphone and Samsung.
Then, mass produce things that belong to them.
That could only be the reason for the recent change and not about mathematics or olympics.  Grin
3051  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: 2020 NBA Season on: October 02, 2020, 07:15:13 PM
“We’re still expecting to win. We still know that we can,” - Jimmy Butler

It's just Game 1 but he used the word "still". This means he understands how worst the situation they are facing right now.

I like that.
The key is this guy actually. Meyers Leonard.
They have not been using this guy for a long period of time, I think Spoelstra forgot about him.
Davis and Howard had been dominating the paint but this guy still have the strength to defend against those names.
I think they got used of playing small against the Celtics.
There's a chance. Rotate the players. Use Nunn, Jones Jr. and Olynyk.
Not as garbage time players but more of a second team. Give them more minutes to gain confidence.

Just to add.
Sources: Doc Rivers agrees to five-year deal to coach Philadelphia 76ers
3052  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: NBA 2019-2020 betting on: October 02, 2020, 05:52:31 PM
The prediction and bet on the match are more than obvious.

Lakers to win, good luck!

Yeah, that's true. Its obvious that is why they put handicap there.
ML is now 5.00 at Sportsbet.
It's a little tempting but I still have doubts.
Maybe this will increase more before the game. I will just wait for that.

For now, my betbuilder is full of players stats. Like..
LBJ 8+ rebs
Herro 14+ pts
LBJ 8+ assists
more...
I managed to make 4.75 odds.  Grin
3053  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: 2020 NBA Season on: October 02, 2020, 04:46:20 PM
Remember how coach Kerr become successful sharing he's talent with players who have the same types of his game, I'm interested how he'll be able to coach Kyrie and KD both are offensive but if Nash able to turned both stars to pass out and rotates the ball, that's really an interesting factors.

Yeah, that's a good explanation about it. Comparison with Steve Kerr.
Better, Steve Nash is a 2-time Season MVP. So he might really pull that off.
I am not against it, I am just hearing a lot of analysts making it as a big issue.

NBA will surely do something here, game 1 was a boring game but in game 2, I expect it a close game to give the fans some thrill they didn't see in game 1.
Could the thrill be coming from letting the Heat win even with all the injury reports?  Wink I will bet on the Heat then.
3054  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Trump gets Covid and we Crash? on: October 02, 2020, 03:47:07 PM
Stocks will fall but not bitcoin.
They might be scared. You know who are "they".  Grin

If he dies, what happens? Not that I wish for him to die even though he is racist.
He owns a large portion of different investments and businesses. That can be a crash.
Panic might be happening out there but not with Bitcoin.

Jimmy Kimmel might be laughing too hard now.
3055  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: 2020 NBA Season on: October 02, 2020, 10:24:17 AM
Speaking of coaches being hired.
Do you guys remember the press interview of Commissioner Adam Silver before the Lakers vs Heat Game 1?
They are fighting white supremacism and this includes coaches that are being hired.

Recently, Steve Nash being hired to coach Brooklyn Nets became a controversy.
Now, there are only 4 black coaches in the league. Minus Coach Doc Rivers.
Yeah, team owners and managers cannot be controlled by the commissioner but I think he still has a say to this issue.

Who's left?

Dwane Casey - Pistons
J. B. Bickerstaff - Cavs
Lloyd Pierce - Hawks
Monty Williams - Suns

No disrespect to Steve Nash, but there are still good black coaches on the line and yet they hire those without experience.
3056  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Newbie's guide to avoid ICO Scam on: October 02, 2020, 06:51:42 AM
Isn't it too late to provide these tips?
DeFi had been popular and most hyped now and I think investors are already forgetting about ICO's.
I did.
They became just history for me.
Although I still see some good projects on that platform, it's difficult to risk money there by now since they might not reach the right cap to continue.
3057  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: NBA 2019-2020 betting on: October 02, 2020, 03:40:00 AM
Lebron is the best one out on the court all playoffs long.  He controls the game and the tempo like no one else can.  Next I dont see a huge drop off where its not possible, Lebron still has a couple top dog years ahead of him.  He will be in the top tier of every category nba has (thats positive) when its all said and done.  Will be a top 5 player of all time when its done.

He is and there is no doubt about that.
But people age. When that happens, your bones gets weaker making you prone to more injuries.
Taco Tuesdays don't make you any younger.  Grin
What I am pointing about is the 30 playoffs triple-doubles only which might not be reachable next year.

+9.5 for the Heat, will it continue to rise? or what will happen if Dragic and Bam turns out available in game 2?

What's your lean in game 2 guys? Total and point spread...........
I'll take the underdog Heat with a good ML. As of now it's 4.90. They might want to push it higher.
Over 216.5 is still a good bet with the Lakers having a momentum next game.
3058  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: If all BTC Gets Bought Up? on: October 01, 2020, 05:34:43 PM
No worries, at some point they will sell.
That's the time you can enter to buy some.
Also, I doubt that will happen.
If more bitcoin is bought and the price soars because of demand then it becomes a risk.
I don't think whales would enter that kind of risk with lesser profit in the short run. Worse, they end up losing more.
3059  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: NBA 2019-2020 betting on: October 01, 2020, 03:46:33 PM
They will loss Dragic in this series, pretty bad for the Heat, they got dominated in game 1, I don't know if they can still bounce back, but I hope so.
So game 2, as the line is only -7 for Lakers, I think everyone will be jumping early on the Lakers.

Trivia, Lebron almost got his triple double in this game again, just short 1 assist.

Yeah, and he needs 3 more to tie Magic with most triple-doubles in a playoff.
I don't think he can still do that next year. It will be now or never.
If they will go for a sweep then he better makes that triple-double the next 3 games.
I don't think it is much important though than winning the Finals.  Grin

Sadly, we might not see a better Finals with all the injuries.
But I am still hoping Coach Spoelstra has something to counter the Lakers.

The launch party was successful (keeping COVID-19 social distancing restrictions aside), there was an audience there...
~image
Damn, that was really something. I cannot even find the right word to describe it.

For some days, I hope they can also create a mask for Gundam to wear.
Just a reminder to everyone to keep wearing their mask everytime they will go outside their home.
Some teens are irritated wearing a mask, that act may affect those idolizing this figure.  Grin
