i think everyone can start staking , why leave it on the exchange , i dont think anyone is planning to sell within the next days anyway

Yes,
No reason why most cannot have a wallet staking with some coins in it.
 Smiley

For PoS coins it's crucial to stake since there isn't any PoW mining going on.
It supports the Network otherwise transactions will not go through.

Good to see the increase in those staking.
More are needed.

NOTE: I do believe 50k coins staking in a wallet is max.
So keep it below 50k.

snipped

We all will have the password.
Sure I could change it but why would I?
All it is is a channel.
Anyone can create another KORE Channel at anytime.
And it can be named KORE.
Not a variation like KORE1 etc...

So the name KORE can never e compromised.
 Smiley

Ok. Clear for me. No problem. Send me the password please. It's like a forum? we need something like that so when we talk, the people who are not there in the moment can read it when they check it.

KoreTeam, Let's discuss the objectives!!

I will send you all info in PM.

It makes sense to try to get the KORE people for whatever objective needs to be discussed.

Also to have regular "Full Business Meetings" whereby hopefully we can get everyone there.

The entire conversation can be recorded so Ideas that come up on the fly can be listened to...

Staking Problems:

Eurbids yesterday mentioned it could be directly related to not enough wallets that are staking
and still a need for more KORE stakers.

Do the right thing.

Everyone that's not staking please consider downloading the wallet, create an address,
deposit some KORE and just keep it open on your computer.
It will begin to stake after the coins mature.

Let's All show our support for KORE.

IRC?

We are setting up something on Mumble or Skype for those on the list.

Personally I don't like IRC for security reasons.

We're waiting till Dev release the new AnonSkype-wallet. and then we can talk trougth Korewallets  Cheesy Cheesy  Wink Wink

just kidding, we need an efective way to comunicate between us. I dont know which is the best

Mumble is encrypted.
I Created a KORE channel in Mumble.
The "KORE" channel is in the "Bitcoin Mumble" Channel under "alt crypto currencies".

http://download.cnet.com/Mumble/3000-2150_4-10779248.html

The KORE channel is by invitation only and is a private channel
for all those on the list.
Meaning no-one can enter nor hear the discussions.
You will need a password.
PM me...

I also have the direct info to enter into the "Add Channel" so it creates a shortcut in your favorites.
PM me...

You will be sent screen shots of what it will look like and where to enter the Info.

Download the program from the link.
Select the TOP Option NOT the Server Option.

Go through the Audio setup wizard.
You can just click next and not play around with the settings till later.
This way you can get set up quickly and not have to waste time till you have it.
Then choose the "Push to Talk" option.
This means you will have to click on your nick to talk otherwise everyone will
hear what's going through your mic.
There's an option to change the audio wizard settings so don't worry...

Greetings,

To this mighty fine group of hardKORE believers.

It's the most genuine group of people of any project

Ive invested thus far.

I see a grass-roots type style of growth here.

With a firm belief KORE will began to attract the right kind of

Talent and skills this project may be in need of, in the near Future.

As the awareness of KORE begins to grow mainly though marketing

& promotion efforts Highly responsible people taking on important roles

Will be required to help KORE become & stay a Currency of relevance.

Where would KORE be hadn't been for Eurbids?

We've decided to remove a generous amount of

KORE coins OFF the exchange and we'll be staking

To help secure & support the KORE Network.

Eurbids you may have inspired, motivated others
And don't even know it - thanks

Regards
Peer2Peer360 Group

Good to see you staking P2P.

I'm sure Eurbids and team will do whatever is best for KORE.

Kore Anon troll box and PM w/VOIP built in would be cool because I am not sure I would ever want or need to voice chat with anyone. At least not until I get everyone I know on it or if it had a mobile app that would work to call when im out of service area but have wifi.

Would the VOIP just be Kore address to address or are we talking anon calls to wherever?

Read it in the op.

Eurbids said you can make traditional calls not anon and address to address calls Full Anon.

No volume, no marketing. This coin will die?  Undecided

Agree, we desperately need marketing and to push the VOIP concept. Timelines would be good as well as other exchanges. Now is the time to show the potential of Kore. Walets, transactions, and staking are all working flawlessly. There is nothing holding this coin down but the community. Once the word is out...

I can buy 1% of total amount Kore for 0.6 BTC. So ridiculous
The cosmic potential to grow for this voip project

THIS ^^^^^^^^^

Makes you wonder what 100 people investing 1BTC each could do.
I do know that there are a few hundred thousand coins that won't sell cheap.

Below is a quote from an Old Post of Eurbids, the Dev of KORE.
It says many things about the Dev and the type of people he would like to see in the KORE Community.
It was in response to a professional Fudster.

"We need strong people, with big and smoking balls. Trust me it's not you.

Best Regards, send to us one postcard."

Below is a Pic the Dev posted in regards to KORE'S Anon Tech.

Eurbids put a tremendous effort into resurrecting KORE "like a Phoenix from the ashes".

he will continue and come through on his Promised and Proposed Innovations.

Well, Spondoolies-Tech has officially announced the production specs of the SP30:

July, August, September batches are 4.5TH/s @ 3000W from the wall
October and later are 5.5TH/s @ 3000W from the wall

Pricing will be adjusted to reflect the change in specs.  No actual pricing numbers have been presented yet, and their website has not been updated with stock/pricing, either.
Ouch. Not good news for those stuck with 15A/120V circuits ... they're limited to 1440W each, continuous load. Trying to get 1500W out of one is asking for trouble. The original SP30 spec called for 2400W, which would have been fine for 2 circuits.

Pricing should be competitive to the Bitmain S3.

Taking big chances in a WAR ZONE....
3074  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: ★★ KoreCoin v2.0 ★★ [KORE] New ERA - 100% FULL ANON - 100% PoS - TOR - DICE GAME on: July 29, 2014, 06:26:32 AM
Is Eubids still working for this community?

He's probably taking a break. He's been working so hard. I bet he will be back. You can do what you want

That is a good question, one I was afraid to ask because of what it would do to the price but I still bought again today....hope it wasn't a mistake.

DEV/Eurbids:

I read through his posts.
He has had this issue numerous times with the KORE Community not staking and getting the Blockchain Stuck
and has been very honest about the importance of the Community Doing Their Part staking the coin
while he was up at times nearly 3 days getting KORE's Code to the point it is now.

We don't know at this time IF a bug OR a DDoS attack has been the main issue making it seem as though nobody was staking.
I say this because a few have PM'd me to verify they had their wallet/wallet's staking at the time the blockchain first got stuck.

The fact the blockchain has been off and on stuck for last few days and the fact IF you leave your wallet staking though the blockchain get's stuck your wallets get the full amount of reward once the blockchain frees up and the blockchain shows those blocks it should have makes me consider it's a bug or DDoS attack.

IMO-Eurbids had it and expressed that clearly.
All his hard work many sleepless nights pumping out fixes and code three times as fast as multiple Dev's
were able to do on some prominent Coins....and where was the Community.
I fall guilty too as I was not staking at all.
I never wanted to stake.
Not that I'm a speculator wanting to sell out at the first sign of an upswing because I have only
increased our holdings this entire time.
I do believe Eurbids will confirm and others here that We have been 100% Supportive of KORE in any way we could.
We do have our Valid Reasons why we did not want to stake however there was a dire need so we now stake 24/7.
So I can understand why others were not and do not want to stake while being fully for KORE long term.

IMO-Eurbids has Taught the KORE Community a NEEDED LESSON in a "Tough Love" type of way.
And What I see is the KORE Community has risen to the occasion spectacularly.
Albeit a bit slow but it's completely understandable and acceptable under the said conditions.

Your guess is good as mine when Eurbid will be back. We do not know his circumstances but I will give him
more than ample time as he's been nearly 24/7 for the last 4 weeks and we don't know what other responsibilities he has let slip and needs to put his full effort to bring those up to where they should be.

Ones have contacted me and possibly some others here asking to help in the Dev, Promotion, Marketing and Investment departments since they see the high potential of KORE Mainly due to it's Dev, Eurbids hard work and Innovative Ideas, tech, abilities and no nonsense straight forwardness Very hard to find in the Alt/Anon coins.

Maybe the Dev will consider to allow them to do the more simple tasks while he concentrates on the code and
all his Incredible Ideas.

Fact is ALL our work put together is a drop in the bucket compared to the efforts Eurbid's put in.
Maybe we could consider always keeping that in mind and also not giving him a hard time IF and when he comes back.
 Smiley

The Dev knows Most of ones concerns and what drives that concern is the share price and this is a tough one as I see Dev's all the time on other coins saying the share price is not their main concern.
And bingo! the share price drops.
Only NOW do I dare try to understand what they mean by that statement.
It's not their "MAIN" concern BUT a Concern it is.
Notice how many "Investors" Selfishly Narrowly Focus the one Part of that statement...and bash the Dev.
The Devs get it. That's ALL Those who bash him care about...while the Devs are hard at work trying to make a superior coin.
So IF you have bashed the Dev by PM you might want to consider sending an apology.

OK, time to move on...

Where do we go from here?
The KORE Community is working hard on the Forum and by PM behind the scenes
to see that KORE becomes fully implemented as best can be over time.

We all know this waiting period could be a Fudsters and low bidders dream and they are the ones that have to live
with themselves as mark my words..."Life Goes Full Circle"...It might take many years BUT I've seen time and again
that Most do not escape this fact nor do they even consider it could happen to them and in that exposes their predominant flaw.

Regarding Zerocoin:

Read the Dev's Words Carefully on the main page:
He has been testing Zerocoin and realized it won't work and all coins saying it will may not be telling the truth.
Now what other Dev tells it like it is???

https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=668886.msg7561628#msg7561628

ZEROCOIN / DARKKORE
I've realized a way we can apply the zerocoin idea to our coin.
This code, though already present on many coins I think will not work properly. It's old and was only a theory.
You can read on the zerocoin website and come to understand they have still yet to migrate from zerocoin to zerocash code.
Zerocash will work on the Bitcoin 0.9.1 wallet, because in this wallet version the Bitcoin developers have implemented a new Chains management.
The new Bitcoin is able to manage many Chains at the same time, with the same wallet software.
This new feature permits zerocash to work properly : Bitcoin transactions going in main chain, zerocash transactions going to an alternative chain.
The need is to merge the TXs of these two chains. But they have not finished development.

KORECoin doesn't have much interest in zerocash. First because our wallet is not ready to be 0.9.1 based.
It's a large amount of work to migrate, because it requires rewriting half of the code.

I've found a viable alternative solution, based from the zerocoin idea, that we will be calling DarkKore.
Where Dark doesn't come from DarkCoin, but comes from "DarkNet".
We are already, in the DarkNet by using imbedded TOR, and the new feature that's based on zerocoin is very similar.
This feature will send transactions "in the dark", under the normal chain,
and convert the coins when the owner wants (like two wallets, one normal and one hidden).

I've already begun to write the code and will continue to update the thread as I have news.

He does not state the code he is writing is in the current code however he does state he "tried Zerocoin Implementation" but realized it won't work.

Might consider reading the main page a few times to fully understand how straight forward and incredible Eurbids is and more than proven to be. He does not say it the way many Devs do as a blow hard or with a Megaphone NOR a P&D type of way.
I and Many Others who "Get the Dev" Highly Respect how he operates, who he is and makes us realize who of us do not have our very own flaws...

IMO- Do your own DD
(Due Diligence) and make up your own mind as to what you should do under your circumstances.

Best to the KORE Community.

Dev,

I've heard from some that they were staking during the time the issue started and never stopped staking.
Could it have been what's happening now?
Which is what I presume to be a DDoS Attack or a bug as when it's not stuck all the transactions/blocks are seen.

hey sorry I wasn't online I was working on the tor implementation. Now I look through the thread and I see threats and accusations against me and that "you are coming for me" So now, how am I supposed to work on a coin where I get threats for..

I was working on a tor implementation and cloned a different coin. Do you guys not realize I am not the one who is pumping it. I am not the one who is trying to get it to bittrex I present an idea in the announcement and the plans that I have to do. How is that a scam? There was no premine I simply took a coin cloned it and presented a few ideas. Any developer out there that felt that these ideas are good enough could come in and develop it. Heck I can even further develop but, but I need an incentive. You threatening me is not an incentive to continue developing a coin. I am a genuine developer who has an interest in cryptocurrency. The features are real so I just don't see why you always say scam.

If I keep getting threats I am simply not going to continue this coin. The pump on bittrex was all random people on twitter and I was asleep all throughout it. You do what you want but I know I did not scam anybody.

EDIT: I can only reply once every 6 minutes any more questions I will edit this post.

Your last post was 29 hours ago and your excuse was you were asleep? What are you, a hibernating bear? You said TOR 7/27. Do you have it ready or not?

LOL!
I'd imagine after being up for nearly days your body eventually says enough!
