In my opinion, hot wallet should be the first priority as it is related to their players who are their customers. They may lose their players based if the hot wallet issue is happening really often. The main problem of the hot wallet is basically similar to the campaign issue. When the hot wallet is empty, lightlord seems to be very slow in refilling it so players have to wait for weeks before withdrawal is processed. It looks like that lightlord is handling all his projects alone, so when he has no time because of IRL business or activities , there is no one who are handling the projects.
