3061  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: This is to be the beginning of the rise of cryptocurrency on: October 09, 2020, 03:23:29 PM
Will this be the beginning of a revival for cryptocurrencies because there are so many projects and project developments using blockchain technology
When you say cryptocurrency it’s only the top cryptocurrencies, especially Bitcoin and Ethereum that will keep on growing.
As for these trends you’re seeing that are popping out newly, they will still fade out like the other trends we have seen in the past.

These trends are just like a means to make money for the short term, and after all the hype they will make way for another new trend to come in. As for Blockchain, the word Blockchain will keep getting popular and lots of companies will keep adopting it. Good thing about this is that the Blockchain has been creating more opportunities in so many companies.
3062  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: The digital Yuan is almost a fact on: October 09, 2020, 01:39:25 PM
The digital Yuan is quite a good idea, and it’s good to know that a lot of people there are adopting the new option they have been given. From what I have seen in the news the digital currency has been used for more than 1.1 billion Yuan transactions.

I don’t know fully how this digital currency works and whether they are being issued by banks or directly by the central banks, I just don’t get it yet. Maybe as time goes on and as more countries start to adopt this new method (hopefully my country too) I will get to understand how it works.

But, will there be any difference in making use of this digital currency? Will the fees we would have to pay for transactions be any less than the normal? And will it be making any sense, since it’s something that will be used only in the country, because I know for sure that it wouldn’t be like Bitcoin that you can send to anywhere around the world. If they are doing it because of the Covid-19, to avoid physical form of payment, well there is already PayPal and there is Bitcoin, and there are online banking.
3063  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: it seems to getting more difficult now to analyse cryptocurrency prices on: October 09, 2020, 09:52:48 AM
so its getting more difficult to analyse prices do you guys dont think that market is more un predicteble then before?
you can read the charts and analyse before it use to be went according to analyses but now it look like the market can any ways

is so what could be the reasons?what have might caused this ?? have anyone here noticed same thing?
This is not something new, right from time the market has been a hard to predict, or does it used to be easy for you to analyse and predict before? I have only seen few people predict the market correctly, and only a few times, and those people were never able to predict the market again.

So, it’s always difficult to predict, and it requires a lot of hard work before you can arrive on something close. Sometimes you can even make a prediction of where the price would be heading to, and some events will happen and the price will the opposite. So like I said, were you able to be predicting the market’s future easily before?
3064  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Crypto trading P&D groups on: October 08, 2020, 08:54:44 AM
Someone made a good point here, if you check the second comment. Your main focus should be on understanding the basics of everything cryptocurrency before you start talking about cryptocurrency. You should know the difference between a private wallet and an exchange, and where you’re meant to be storing your coins to avoid stories that touch. So start with the basic.

It’s just like when I started, it took me years before I decided to start trading , it wasn’t something I rushed into. Even at this time I am still taking it easy, everything is step by step and you don’t rush it or you will lose. Just take time and learn everything for yourself. Instead of this searching for inner circle that doesn’t exist, you can make use of copy trading to help you earn with time.
3065  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Florida man charged with scamming investors out of $6.8M in crypto trading schem on: October 08, 2020, 06:00:35 AM
Exactly what I thought, if you see someone who claims that they have not lost a single cent in trading and has always profited, you should know that it is a big lie, there is no person in the world who has traded perfectly without any loss, unless that person had just one trade and that was a profit, they will eventually lose.

Real trades makes their profit by being right more than they are wrong, obviously there will be times when they lose money but if they actually end up profiting more often that means they are going to end up with more money in the long term. You could even have weeks or months where you are down but as long as you profit in the long term you are successful, or you could just simply be a bad trader. But, there is literally zero person who trades constantly and never loses.
3066  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: 2020 NBA Season on: October 07, 2020, 08:13:11 PM
3-1 is still technically not something you should be relax about, if I was lakers I would still make sure I bring my A game to the 5th game because we have seen Nuggets come back from 3-1 just this year and Lebron should know better about 3-1 comebacks as he has done for it to 73 win warriors with not so great teammates, so no team is safe from 3-1 lead. However lets be also realistic, Lakers are basically destroying Miami right now and Dragic is still out, Bam may have returned but Lakers have AD there, what can Bam do?

There is a good quote from Ralph Waldo Emerson " When you strike a king, you better not miss" and this is perfect for this series, Lebron is King and dude knows how to win games no matter what, doesn't care what the situation is, and when he is the favorites? It is just piece of cake for him.
3067  Economy / Economics / Re: Waiters/Waitresses/bellboys etc just lost their jobs on: October 07, 2020, 07:19:20 PM
If you can't do the job, you become a mechanic to fix or maintain the robot that took over your job, there is always money to be made. Or you could do a remote job that doesn't require a robot and you can do personally, no matter how high tech world gets I am sure we will be fine.

Plus, if the world reaches to a place where only a few job is required to be done by people, you could always go with UBI, that way companies will pay a lot more taxes, not as much as salary obviously but still a lot, like let's assume per person you pay 60k for salary, but 20k for tax instead if you can replace them with robots, that means that tax could go to government and government could pay enough money to people to survive, like 1k per month, which is not a lot but you can survive with that money.
3068  Economy / Economics / Re: Fidelity President Files For New Bitcoin Fund on: October 07, 2020, 12:51:44 PM
I am sure that they are going to get involved but for this one they are not going to be doing it right away and they are probably not going to do it too big neither. I mean obviously all wall street companies without a doubt will get in, there will be no company that will stay away, obviously they are going to miss a ton of profit if they insist on bitcoin bad narrative so they will all get in. However when they get in and how they get in changes too much.

If they get in big and quickly but do it on OTC that will not change the price, if they get in very slowly in long period of time they are not going to affect the price, so all in all we need them to get in quickly and on the market as well which they will not do neither as well, so it is not going to change much in crypto.

3071  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: My take on DeFi bounties on: October 06, 2020, 04:00:10 PM
Scam is not something that regular people make, it is people who accept the fact that they are doing something illegal and the sad part is most of them do not get caught or face jail time because of it, so doing it is easier than doing a real life scam.

If you scam someone face to face in real life that would cause you to go to jail, they will somehow find you and sue you and you will go to jail because of it, but when you do that in crypto world they do not give their real names and even if they do you are online and in another nation and if you are in the same nation it is crypto so it is difficult. There is a ton of reasons why you couldn't do this, which is why scams on crypto world is easier and that is why they are the most common reason why they do it.
3072  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Your strategy in taking profit on: September 29, 2020, 08:04:54 PM
I totally agree that if you are going to hold a coin it should be either bitcoin or at least etheruem, I do not see any reason to have any other coin honestly because they are not really that good. The high risk involved with the high earning potential makes them quick investments, if you want to get in nobody can stop you and you will do that anyway but when you get in at least try to not stay in it too long, try to get out as quickly as possible.

Right now I am involved with one and I am planning to get out in 3 months, not going to even reinvest neither, just going to cash it out and leave. If I get to the point I like before 3 months I will get out before, but if I don't, whatever I lost after 3 months I will cut losses and leave before it hurts it more.
3073  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: DEX : what features you want in it on: September 29, 2020, 06:58:40 PM
There is really no feature that could make it suddenly much better, dex is not something that lacks features that causes it to be not that much loved, at least not as much as binance, that is not the main reason. The biggest thing that causes cex to be better is volume and that has been talked a million times, but the reason why it gets so much volume is the fact that there is this company centralized on it that you can contact with.

People assume that just because we love decentralized coins we should also like decentralized exchanges as well but the logic is not even remotely the same. I like decentralized currency because it is currency and I do not want anyone to be involved, but exchange is a business and every business should have an owner that I can complain to.
3074  Economy / Economics / Re: Big in Japan: giant Gundam robot makes its first moves in Yokohama on: September 29, 2020, 06:28:37 PM
I guess it is both a useless project but also not something they are doing for fun neither. They probably have an aim for this in the end, no idea what that goal is but they probably know it, not like they are going to use these in a war setting or something, they would be both useless because there is no more hand to hand battle or whatever, but also if you can shoot them with an automatic rifle you will eventually hit a circuit that will stop it as well, very fragile.

I feel like this can't be for anything bad, nor anything good, it could only be for show and that's about it. However whatever they are thinking while building this, which could be public and I just don't know, it will not be something important neither, you could have used that money to feed starving people and make a better world easier.
3075  Economy / Economics / Re: IMPACTS OF ROBOTICS ON WORLD ECONOMY on: September 29, 2020, 04:38:44 PM
The "robotics" is a questionable one in this example but what about self driving cars? Do you consider that as robotics? If we do that, we are talking about drivers not being a job anymore and there are tons of people who drive for money. Uber famously paid upfront money in billions to Tesla for self driving cars and if they could get it a bit more licensed and agreed by the government as well we are talking about self driving uber cars.

You call one, it comes to you itself, stays there, you confirm you are in it, and put in where you want to go, it takes you there, stops, you confirm you are out and you pay up and basically never even see another human in all of this. Same goes for trucks as well, I know self driving trucks are a bit further away but it is worked on so that means goods will be transported with trucks without any human driving them in the future.
3076  Economy / Economics / Re: The 2nd generation of banking is going digital on: September 28, 2020, 08:42:05 PM
I am already using a digital bank as it is. I do not have any office or whatever that I can go to, I don't know what the place for banks is called, just banks probably, mine has zero physical location at all. They have plenty of ATM around the city so I can withdraw or deposit there, but I usually do not need that neither, it is rarely ever needed.

In the end, all I have to do is open up the app on my phone and do whatever I need to do and thats it, there is really nothing more I have to do, it is so simple. I can't believe the traditional banks, they are really a lot worse, the other day I had to deposit money to my wife's account and it took me 15 minutes (without even a queue) to give the teller to put that money in the account, it was really an experiment that made me realize how awesome my digital bank is.
3077  Economy / Economics / Re: Is Bitcoin ready for world wide 1 currency? on: September 28, 2020, 08:11:23 PM
By logic it is totally ready, it could be used as currency all around the world, it is actually used all around the world as well but not by enough people that is the difference, you could go to any nation in the world and I am sure there is at least few people in every nation that deals with crypto.

However the tech is not really ready yet, we are not even at 1% population using it right now and it is already slower and more expensive already, you have to pay 10+ dollars and wait 30+ minutes to get it, which means it is not ready.

In order for tech to be ready we need to have such a huge leap in transactions that it should be 100x cheaper than this and also be under 1 minute as well, otherwise we are not going to beat all other methods of transaction of currency.
3078  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Voted best trading platform on: September 28, 2020, 06:50:05 PM
Binance is best trading site for newbies. Binance is safe and secure. There have no fake trading volume. I also use binance and Kucoin. Kucoin  also best one. This exchange also secure, real trading volume and safe.
Binance had been serving me well as far as my trading journey is concerned I never had any issue with them, their security features is very satisfactory, user interface very friendly and their site is easily navigable,I believed any newbie can easily use the exchange, I never had any stories of shortchanging any trader, while their BNB coin usage for trading has a low transaction fee or commission which is an added advantage to traders.
That is the secret to binances success. They are providing everything majority of people need, could there be one feature that another place has that few thousand people may want? Sure maybe that happened, but in reality binance provides enough stuff to 90%+ of the market and they are doing it very well too, they do marketing very well, they give affiliate bonus very well and on top of that they have high volume too.

When you combine all of this and put amazing support with zero problems at all you got yourself a place where people do not want to leave, they like it here and why should they switch to another place? So, binance basically does everything we need perfectly and we do not need any other place because of it, another place can do the same but we are already here, why would we go there?
3079  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: This will help day traders and newbie traders. on: September 28, 2020, 05:08:50 PM
Unfortunately trading is not that robotic, at least not in crypto just yet, maybe in the future. If you go to any stock market office or a forex office you will see how differently they trade, most people in crypto world is not at that level just yet. Obviously there are some like that, people who have 6 screens all looking at charts and bots that does what they want when they want it and so forth, basically all around fully developed traders that does this as full time jobs, but those are still very few in numbers.

We are filled with people who are "OMG LOOK THIS WENT UP 500%, I SHOULD BUY IT NOW THAT ITS AT ATH" and lose money, obviously they will get lower and lower in number and professionals will go up in number but it looks like it is going to take some time.
3080  Economy / Speculation / Re: Bitcoin Rise Due to Lower US Dollar? on: September 28, 2020, 04:34:10 PM
What people have to understand is the fact that dollar will always continue to go down, it is not a currency that gains value over time, something you buy for 10 dollars now will be 20 dollars in a decade, it has always been like that and it will always be like that as well.

This means if you truly believe that bitcoin is something that goes up when dollar loses value, if you buy into bitcoin now, you will be at least double in a decade, what you can buy right now with 1 bitcoin will be the same thing you can buy in a decade as well, it will not lose value. Is this true? I don't know, sometimes it looks like it is true and sometimes it looks like it is wrong but at the same time we can't make you make your decision for you, you have to decide if it is like that or not and invest accordingly.
