3061  Economy / Gambling / Re: I am a bookmaker worker. Want to share info with you on: October 08, 2021, 11:08:40 PM
Hi. I am an employee in a popular russian bookmaker company.
I can provide you a very good information about matches, for this I am looking for a good worker, who can create accounts from different countries and bet for me (from 300 to 1000$ per match).
I am long time in this business, so write me only if you can provide big amount of good quality accounts.
I use not only bet365 but also other international bookies, so I will consider all your proposals.
Hope, we can make good business together:)

Ops was last active on October 3rd, which is also a week now, as the offer does not look legitimate ops may have thought this forum is a free space to drop whatever offer without having to have considered the negative outcome.

Impossible as it is and disregarding our common sense, even for let's say the service is legitimate and 100% no crap, that service is not welcomed here in the community. Waste of time to deal on that service wherein there are lots of questions about the credibility of the one who is attempting to do it. In general, still, I can say that 90% of games aren't rigged.

OP's inside information is totally useless.
3062  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Marketplace (Altcoins) / Re: Booming gaming platforms, is it just a moment? on: October 08, 2021, 11:03:08 PM
You should remember that nothing can last forever and that will replace with something new.[/b]

Replacement seems impossible but maybe we can rephrase that statement into, it can last forever but there will be something new that might overcome the popularity of some trending blockchain games today. There are honestly lots of blockchain games today that shine on the stage now and seem can reach the popularity of AXS. Not that close but still, there's a chance.
3063  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Don't miss this opportunity to buy and hold BNB on: October 08, 2021, 10:56:58 PM
as we know that Binance has two projects, that is exchange and smart contract, then the total supply of BNB is around 160m and will burn every quarter, so the total supply of BNB will be less every quarter and with the current price of BNB ($410), then I think the price of BNB is still very low, because with a small total supply of BNB and BNB is one of the most popular projects (top 5 on coinmarketcap), then I think the price of BNB can still increase very high and reach at least $1500 (I think it's a decent price for BNB), therefore now is still the right time to invest in BNB and hold it for the long term, because at this time you can still buy BNB at a low price.

Your view about BNB does actually make sense. It's always a good choice to include BNB in our portfolio. Should have that buying action be done just a few weeks ago wherein the market is still on dip. If anyone is decided or considering putting money on BNB and looking forward to its long-term goals, don't hesitate to make an entry at any price.

Like Bitcoin, BNB also has its own use-case that's why you can bet that BNB is worth risking your money.
3064  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Reasons why NFTs projects are not making wave-like ICOs on: October 07, 2021, 11:37:07 PM
Can i ask, how you can earn money from NFT?
Because a lot of what I see, a lot of projects that make NFT with bullshit. They make NFT to do Staking, even though it can be done with Tokens. In my opinion NFT is not worth the investment, only Hit N Run is Okay. But this is my opinion. CMIIW

Maybe we can consider the NFT games as one of driving the hype to the NFT craze. There are lots of NFT games where investors already made some profits. Like in ICO, there's a hype period and with the right decision and timing, they able to gain profits while getting a good chance too to exit.

If NFT is hit and run to you, it means you are lacking research. But it's fine as you don't need to be hyped for something you didn't know and interest in.
3065  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: *Day Traders* are now calling gambling Addiction helplines!! on: October 07, 2021, 11:33:30 PM
My question is : *How far is day trading from Gambling according to you?*
Is that a valid comparison?? Are we soon going to consider the day trading *gambling?*

For me, not a valid comparison because they have a different approaches. While both need a strategically ways to win and money is at risk, the ones they are dealing with are a different environment. When someone becomes addicted to gambling, majority will encourage those to stop. But when someone got addicted to trading, they will be even more encourage by others since it's not just about getting profits but the knowledge people will gain by trading can be useful in many ways.

I'm glad that there are people seeking help although they called the wrong line. These people should try to read trading stuffs 101 everywhere and practice it to make it perfect.
3066  Economy / Speculation / Re: Can BTC hit 70k$ this Christmas? on: October 07, 2021, 11:26:30 PM

Every 4Q of the year, we have always seen BTC having an uptrend. Although past performance can't guarantee future results, reaching $70,000 is possible at the end of the year. But don't get excited nor set a price target to avoid disappointment.

I'm not really excited or expecting BTC to make a rally to $70,000 sooner or later as long it was possible to happen. $70,000 is a realistic price to achieve, that was the most important thing.

Please state your proof, like photos why you think it could be up and up? likely if your answer, be sure to add some proof.

Seriously? What proof do you need? Are technical analysis really need on this?
3067  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Don't trade using instinct on: October 07, 2021, 11:19:04 PM
We know that trading is really not easy. And if we are only trading by instinct, it is very very risky.

We can't blame those who are trading against instinct if, in most cases, they are winning. Let's be honest here as sometimes, as an experience crypto-enthusiast lurking in crypto-world, we are also ending up trading in instincts especially if we are holding a coin that experiencing an over x100 without any explanation or resource we can rely on the web.

Of course, as long as we know what we are doing, it's totally fine to be like that. But in the case of a total newbie, it's common to see them trading against instinct but should not be a habit.
3068  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: the most bullish altcoin of the week? on: October 07, 2021, 11:05:26 PM
today the most bullish coin is SHIBA INU , bouncing to more than 300% increase today .
looking at the movement?  it seems like may break 400% growth before dropping back .
SHIB price increased impressively, but it already dropped gradually lately. The highest price today was around $0.000035. I think it can be the highest price of SHIB, probably won't reach 400%. I believe that the hype of SHIB continues, but I suspect the price will have a correction first. So, I think it is not the right time to buy SHIB because SHIB may be not of the bullish altcoin again in the next few days.

A basic rule of thumb, any upward trend will be soon will be a downtrend no matter how strong it is.

SHIB is something that can't be pumped to up to x999 with only market hype as the reason. It doesn't mean that everyone should not put their money at the current price but anything from the current price or around is riskier to take.

An experienced trader knows how to play with that trend but for newbies, better not be drove easily with the hype or else...

3070  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: [Boxing]: Terence Crawford vs Shawn Porter - Nov. 20 on: October 04, 2021, 11:59:40 PM

If I remembered correctly, Crawford before is making noise to his promoter to arrange a fight against a boxer that has a quite popular name.

Now with Shawn Porter on the line, at least he got that one. And if win, a possible big boxer again on the lineup. As for the shared odds above, I'm a bit surprised with the gap of odds. Crawford is no doubt the favorite but I'm expecting close odds.

Well then, we all know odds are adjusted while the fight is closing so better wait before placing a bet.

I have the same feeling, I thought it's not that far in terms of the gap, but this is actually good for gamblers who like to think that Shawn Porter has the power to beat Crawford. He had some good fight with Spence, so I guess this won't be different as Porter is hard to crack, he doesn't play much defense but his style of aggressive could intimidate an opponent.

That's what I want to see, a close bout. We can expect that Crawford and Porter will give us that expectation.

They are the type of boxers that is not known that focusing on defense. Instead, they are the ones crashing their opponent's defense. It's also the reason why see their records mostly resulted in TKO. That's how great they are. That close counter scene is the most preferred action by the majority of viewers.
3071  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Arizona has legalized fantasy sports betting! on: October 04, 2021, 11:41:59 PM
How is it any different than a normal sports gambling for that to be legalized as if it's a different kind of gambling? Can someone tell me the difference because from what I've seen, there's not that much difference to a normal gambling.

We can conclude that sports betting there is the most hype gambling game compare to the usual normal gambling like those luck-based games. The fact that it's now legal, brace for massive gamblers that will place a bet. According to the article here, 45 Million people are expected to place their bets on football alone this season. It shows about 5% of gamblers eventually develop an addiction. That's a huge number.

But on the industry side, legalizing sports betting will result in increased revenue of that state. Checking also to the article I linked, Colorado legalizing sports betting gained $18 million in revenue during the first year. Nevada has more than $61 million. Some of the highest revenue seen in any state that's legalized sportsbooks. It's expected that Arizona will follow too that decent revenue in their first year and so on.
3072  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: 2020 Philippine Basketball Association betting discussion on: October 04, 2021, 11:01:58 PM
Next game, they should slow down POGOY.
That's another problem for SMB as the TNT now has a lot of scorers, if the defense is focused on Pogoy, Mikey Williams might explode or Castro. These 3 guards are really great and good thing TNT gambled with Williams as he really is an A+ player like the stars in the PBA.

I guess what's lacking with the SMB in game one is not defense, it's the points or contribution from the usual names like Romeo and Cabagnot.

Everyone lacks contribution on the side of SMB, except for Perez.

Check the boxscore - https://pba.ph/recap?match=1955885, popular names like Romeo, Cabagnot, and Ross do not even make a double digit score.
While CJ Perez which is new to the team has always played very well with 23 points in this game.

Don't expect much from Terrence Romeo. The guy just came from hurting his hurting Achilles just last month. It's an injury that will not heal just within a month. Even with that, he was still able to play to around 20 minutes on that game. About Cabagnot and Ross, they are off-night. That means the Ka-tropa is doing a good job to contain some of SMB's key players.

But honestly, TNT is not in a good shooting percentage too compare to their usual. I consider them having an off-night too. It's just that they got the last laugh sealing that Game 1 win on their series.
3073  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Spain bans betting adds - no celebrities, no sport sponsorship, no daytime adds on: October 04, 2021, 10:26:41 PM
If they don't like the exposure of gambling in their country then they can put the ban hammer instead doing doing things which isn't effective at all but affect the people financially who are living in that sector.

You should realize that putting a ban totally will make things much worst. You care for financial concerns but not looking at the post-effect if there will be a total ban. There's no mention that they don't like gambling exposure. They are just limiting the marketing content and it's not just Spain alone who approved it but the European Commission themselves.

It's stated that; "betting companies sponsoring teams and athletes had contributed to the ‘normalising’ of betting which has ‘serious health and social risks’. It claims that athletes' status as role models had led to an increase in gambling among young people aged 18 to 25, rising from 29 per cent to 40 per cent in the last four years. The amount of money spent by young people in Spain on gambling, meanwhile, had risen by 13 per cent annually."

And because of the pandemic, that number might be much higher since everyone is in their home. It's no secret that Europe is the most active in gambling during pandemic that's why everyone, at any age, got exposed to gambling.
I know that the immediate ban of anything will burst the people who are addicted to it and they will become crazier than ever while my statement is that their real intention of doing this is not to limit the gambling activities because the casinos will find other way to promote if one way is getting banned that is what I really wanted to mention about.

I don't know if you really understand my statement as your response has nothing to do with my post. It's not that people who are addicted to gambling will turn into rampage mode if there's a total ban. That's not totally what I meant but on the whole gambling aspect if ever there will be a total ban of gambling there starting from financial aspects to the economic effect.

If casinos will find others to promote their brand then so be it. As long as they are complying with the new betting ads terms there should be no problem.
3074  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Legalized Gambling where you live..where does it stand? on: October 04, 2021, 10:12:16 PM
I am just kind of curious how legalized gambling is coming along in whatever part of the world you live in?  I'm from Illinois in the United States and we just recently legalized many forms of gambling.  It's progressing pretty quickly too.  I'm hearing a lot of radio ads, seeing ads on TV for different sports books and what not etc.  I see this as great progress.  Free will is something we all deserve and though I know gambling can cause serious addiction etc, that shouldn't be up to our governments to decide whether we should be allowed to do it or not.

So I ask you, how is it coming along where you live?  Is it fully legal, coming close to being legal, or illegal with no change in sight?

I'm from a gambling-friendly country and can access any form of gambling at most.

However, there are gambling forms that are illegal here especially those unregulated ones. But still not a problem as authorities here don't have that sharp fist to become strict. As far as gambling sites concern, we can also access them here without a problem. The only time we can't access a gambling site here is, if that site restricts users coming from this region or country.
3075  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Credit cards and gambling (tabcorp, Australia) on: October 02, 2021, 11:36:50 AM
banks do know that it could possibly be used on gambling. They should have prohibited it on the first place if they dont really allow on using it on gambling

I doubt banks will prohibit something against their advantage. More usage of credit cards, the more interest they will get. The hard regulations might be the reason why banks are opting out the credit card transactions on gambling sites because of money laundering or anything along those lines.

But whatever it is, gambling sites should not be affected if credit card transactions will be ban. Also, a right way as some credit cardholders can't resist the temptation of using it more because they can't feel the pressure of hard spending as no money physically is involved.
3076  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Arizona has legalized fantasy sports betting! on: October 02, 2021, 11:15:43 AM
I thought that sports betting was legal across the United States. So I was wrong about it. But then another question arises. How they are going to calculate the tax, if the sportsbook is not mandating KYC for its users? Unless the user himself mentions about it in his tax return, the IRS may be unaware of these transactions. And it gets really complicated, because many of the sportsbooks are based in off-shore tax havens such as Dominica and Cayman Islands and they are not required to provide any information to the US authorities.

KYC I think is mandated, especially on the site that OP mentioned, the Draftkings.

According to their terms: "DraftKings, Inc. will take appropriate steps to prevent unauthorized withdrawals from consumer Accounts. Users are subject to an automated Knowledge Base Authentication ("KBA") verification process provided whenever a user attempts to withdraw funds".

Don't know how taxation works there but it should a have tier depending on winnings.
3077  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: [Boxing] Canelo Alvarez vs Caleb Plant on: October 02, 2021, 11:04:42 AM
But for me as a bettor I would willing to take a chance to bet in favor on Canelo which I think this man deserves to have a odd favor.

Do you mean slight odds changes favoring Canelo? I doubt that will happen. The gap of odds between Canelo Alvarez and Caleb Plant won't be changed. Not much profit if you bet on Canelo unless you have the guts to bet a decent amount because you think it's a sure win for Canelo.

Try to check other betting options such as Canelo winning by TKO or decision, or on what round, if you want to have decent odds for betting on Canelo.

ML? nah, unless you really put a huge amount of money just to be able to get some decent win.

But a KO or maybe a UD might be attractive. Yes, smart money will go on Canelo's favor but for regular gamblers, we need to bet on where we will get a good win and ML is not.

There's no odd yet in sportsbet.io last time I check, but we still have some time once they put in live on their platform.

Yes, that's what I said to him. Not making sense to put money on Canelo Moneyline. The current betting odds (outside crypto) was Canelo Alvarez @ -900 and Caleb Plant @ +500. For others to give you a clear view, you need to bet $900 for Canelo to win $100 in return.

If you have that guts to risk some money thinking it's an easy win for Canelo, then up to you to decide. But for me, obviously I will skip on that.
3078  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: 2020 Philippine Basketball Association betting discussion on: October 02, 2021, 10:56:26 AM
No odds yet from my favorite bookies as of this time, am interested to know how they look at the SMB vs TNT series, I mean who will be the underdog.

Does Sportsbet always offer outright betting for Philippine Basketball? In Stake, I never see they did it before.

Anyhow, the odds for Game 1 Semis are out now: (stake.com)

Meralco Bolts @ 1.82 vs. Magnolia HotShots @ 1.89
San Miguel Beermen 1.8 vs TNT Katropa @ 1.82

We can conclude that bookies see these games having no underdog or favorites. Almost equal. Betting on Handicaps is the best option here for me.
3079  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: 2022 NBA Season on: October 02, 2021, 10:40:49 AM
We can't judge anything on what will be the outcome of the performance of Westbrook on this season since we know he used to handle the ball and manage either to score or to assist as he is always on the spotlight by creating triple double on each game. But let see if he can really adjust since if they can make Westbrook a good point guard which can help the team to rotate the ball then provably we can see them got more higher chance to win the championship this season.

Russell Westbrook is averaging 11.7 assists per game for 65 games last season. Another one, he is also averaging 22.2 points per game and take note, as a backup and not the main scorer. It's impressive that he is producing that kind of stats with Beal as the ball handler most of the time.

With that stats, LeBron doesn't need to perform most of the PG position and just allows Westbrook to do plays. Fewer loads mean a more comfortable LeBron James which is better as he's not in his prime already. Westbrook will surely follow with the Lakers system just like he did on his previous team.
3080  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Metaverse x Gambling on: October 02, 2021, 10:29:20 AM
Where the money is that's where people will go, that is why so many people learn about Cryptocurrency because of Axie Infinity the attraction of making money for just doing simple tasks is a big come-on for people who want income at their home at this time of the pandemic.

Metaverse is something new and it's taking the Crypto community by storm there are so many projects involving metaverse but people should still do proper research, as scammers will make this new niche their new playground.

Just as you said, where there is money, that's where people go. Unfortunately, most people will disregard the "proper research" part of choosing an NFT game as long as it was gone hype and many people are making noise about that project. Many got wrecked because of putting a trust right away on an NFT game that became hyped.

It's the worst thing because many lose their money but on the other hand, the good side is, the next time they will put money again, they are now more educated, strict and will do their best DYOR skills as much as possible.
