Seems that the forum layout was designed by scratch that's why it doesn't seem the same as how the forum looks like.  I suggest OP to consider purchasing a forum server host or builder so that only a small tweak is needed. But in terms of getting more "new" users, having a license will attract those new people to try the platform especially those people who are not aware of what the Stake platform is.
