It's now 44 minutes since I tried to get someone at Nitrogen to get this taken care of.
A competent poker room would've resolved this in minutes once contacted.
Let this be a lesson to all who think of playing here - this is what you can expect in cs response if you are playing for money/btc and have a problem.
What competent poker room are you talking about ? There is none that guarantees a reply in 2 minutes. And its new year, so I expect them to be shorthanded because of that. Any room whose employee has been notified of this problem, as this Nitro person responding has been. This person was able to see the time I registered, and the time I logged back in. But like myself can't see where I'm seated. And won't find out by contacting whoever can give a prompt answer, but instead insists I submit a support ticket, insuring that I will not get seated in time. I understand how frustrating the situation must have been. I looked into the actual issue with the tables, and the fundamental problem was that you weren't actually registered for the freeroll. If you had been registered, a table would have opened automatically for you. I know you mentioned that you had logged in a few hours early to register, and then returned to the site. I've gathered the details and provided them to our tech team, and they are actively investigating the issue. In the future, the fastest way to get help is to submit a Support Ticket on our website, or to email support@nitrogensports.eu. This forum is primarily used by my Marketing team. While we try our best, we could never be as knowledgeable as the Support team, and we don't monitor this forum as diligently as they keep on top of the tickets and emails. Gogo, you have been playing with us forever. You know the quickest way to resolution is through a support ticket.
We have a variety of people monitoring the forums (from marketing, to site admins, to support) but this is not a support thread and this is not customer service. We use the forums for advertising and promotions (as you pointed out).
If you really thought the best move was to spam the forums multiple times in caps to get your poker issue resolved, I do apologize, but again, as a long standing nitrogen member I do believe that you know better.
I do understand your frustration with missing the freeroll, and obviously we would rather you have a great time and maybe win some money, but every once in a while we will have issues.

Love the idea of 750mBTC tourney..!! but the payout structure in general is really weird. It feels as if I'm taking part in a competition in a special school... where everyone is a winner.! Everyone gets paid.. ! I dont even feel like playing the hourly tourney anymore.! please change it soon.!

Clicking on "Soccer" on the menu on the left of the Home Page - Why aren't the countries listed alphabetically, rather than seemingly randomly? E.g., currently "England - Premier League" is listed 4th. Than other countries in between, than 9th/10th/11th are 3 more English leagues. Then after the 1st 16 listings, it goes into alphabetical order by country for the rest of the countries/Leagues not listed in the 1st 16 out of order Leagues.  This needlessly wastes time and is unnecessary. Your bettors should not have to hunt for the League they want to bet, scrolling up and down. It should be listed alphabetically by country from the 1st listing. Pointless to make it unnecessarily confusing and difficult to find bets. Hi Gogo ppp, The listing is actually done by the popularity of the league being bet on, then, as you mentioned, alphabetically. Like all the other listings in the sportsbook, soccer leagues are listed the same way as for football, basketball, hockey, etc. We realize with soccer that it is unique with so many different leagues. As you can appreciate, having Argentinian, Austrian, and Australian leagues (less popular) listed at the top when a majority of bettors are looking to (quickly) wager on the more popular European leagues (UCL, UEL, EPL, La Liga, Bundesliga, Serie A, etc) led to some feedback that we should move away from having it strictly alphabetized and put the bigger leagues at the top, like we do with other sports. Never trust someone in the chatroom on nitrogen, its in the rules. bunch of scammers and are usually the same persons, mods usually ban them pretty fast They don't ban any scammers. They ban beggars and that is only sometimes as well. Most of the customer support staff is biased and rules are completely subjective. As for support tickets, it's the luck of the draw as to which donk will "answer" your ticket with poor excuses while subtly eluding that it's your fault for whatever occurred and not the site filled with errors. BTCitcoin BTCowl Betting Stats!Nitrogen Sports bettors loved the BTCitcoin BTCowl as much as they love bitcoin! On December 26th at Nitrogen Sports, with "juice" free betting for the 2 hours leading up to the game between NC State and UCF, 52% more was wagered on the inaugural BTCitcoin BTCowl than on either of the other Bowl games played last Friday. Playing the game in Florida led most people to back the "home" team, UCF, who were the favorite. 65% of all bets were placed on the Knights with the other 35% on the Wolfpack. For those of you interested, 57% of bets were put on the over, 43% of bets on the under.
