3081  Economy / Reputation / Re: Ban Evasion on: January 07, 2023, 07:41:04 AM
I bet you they wouldn't make a fuss at all if they knew the campaign manager got a temp ban.
If they knew. But the question is, how would they know? Let's assume that neither the campaign manager nor the participants use Telegram or other external ways to talk with each other. The temp ban wouldn't permit the person to PM those in their campaigns, hence there is no way to find out. Temporary bans also don't get recorded in the sec log if I am not mistaken.

I've seen campaign managers delay payments for weeks without much complaint (Lutpin and lightlord immediately come to mind).  And you know why?  They're afraid that if they make noise they'll be kicked out of the campaign, so they put up with whatever unreasonable amount of BS that's thrown their way.
That's true. It depends a lot on the integrity of the temp banned users, how much the community trusts them, and the characters of the people in their campaigns. Those that complain might not want to use their real accounts, but an undeclared alt account will suit just fine. This thread was most probably created by someone with other accounts on the forum. It was registered back in June and made only one post before this discussion. Why would someone with just 1 post altogether be interested about what a campaign manager is doing, the forum rules, etc.
3082  Other / Off-topic / Re: Securing Social Media Vulnerabilities on: January 06, 2023, 05:58:39 PM
1. Don't leave your email and phone number open to public access
It's even better if you don't leave your desktop or mobile devices unattended at all no matter what you are currently working on and what is accessible. If you are working in an office with other people, in a public space, or even at home, lock your screen if you have to leave for a toilet break or to get a bit to eat. Don't look at it as if you are hiding something. Those working remotely who have kids or pets know what can happen if they walk in and start playing around on your computer. It isn't pleasant, and can cause all sorts of problems. So, protect yourself.

3. Verify every web address to be accurately typed before launch and observe the security signs
Use ad blockers and don't blindly trust Google with its results. Doublecheck it with a different browser and search engine like DuckDuckGo.

5. don't sell any of your old devices used in handling your wallets to any body and dont repair them if damaged but instead destroy them and get another one if possible, they may spy your details during maintenance and attack.
This isn't bad advice, it's just something not many will listen to. It's a normal thing to sell your old phone or laptop when you buy a new one. I guess that 6 or 7/10 people do that unless you have run into very security and privacy-conscious individuals. Formatting the drive or selling the computer without the disk are decent options.
3083  Economy / Reputation / Re: Ban Evasion on: January 06, 2023, 05:24:37 PM
Let me answer that question with a counter question. Imagine a situation where your campaign manager is temporary banned, and while they are in such a status, they stop all their management activities: counting weekly posts, answering questions, providing support to campaign members, and doing payouts. Many people are impatient and would scream scam, scam, from the top of their head if they had to wait a few days or weeks to receive their sig payments.

Imagine how many questions and scam accusations we would have if no one informed the community that a certain member was temporarily banned if that person couldn't ask someone else to do it for them?

I think an agreement was reached between two parties in this particular case. It involved posting that thread on a day where Royse777 was temp. banned. Since he will be back after a week to carry on where he left off, it's not a big issue. It would be a completely different situation if Royse777 was permanently banned. Even if that happened, you would still expect him to finish the obligations he had with payouts or escrows, for example, wouldn't you?
3084  Economy / Reputation / Re: 'Bitcointalk forum is going downhill because of dkbit98' - CoinPayCard.net on: January 06, 2023, 12:24:55 PM
A self-moderated topic, very transparent of you. Are you scared that other users will be honest to you?
Says the person who created a self-moderated services thread after they were unsatisfied with the comments and questions in the first one that wasn't self-moderated. Are you afraid of somebody asking you something you can't or won't answer?

...like you are a 10 year old baby...
Great customer relations skills. You should call him a dick or a cunt. That really proves a point and wins you the argument.

There have been many occasions and there probably will be many in the future where dkbit98 and me won't see eye to eye. He knows it and I know it. He is often impulsive and allows his subjective opinions to dominate over objectivity and neutrality. That's my opinion. But that's the way he is. What he is not is a threat or negative factor on the forum.

He kept saying I am a supporter of your service in our local board because I made a few welcoming posts in your initial (non self-moderated thread) and it took me several posts to convince him otherwise. Actually, I don't know if I did, but it doesn't matter. Accusing him of being the reason for the forum going downhill is crazy and an attempt to divert attention to other matters and away from the questions and doubts people have about your services. His questions were valid, and I understood what he wanted to achieve asking them.

In a world and forum filled with scams, did you just expect praises and trust just because you say you are a good guy? It takes a lot of work to get people to trust you with their money. And centralized services depend on others trusting them. You started off on the wrong foot here. Instead of trying to correct and improve what you did wrong, you made things even worse by trying to have people focus on the 10-year old dkbit98 baby who knows nothing in comparison to you.

If dkbit98 was wrong or messed up with his line of questioning, I would have no problems pointing it out. I have done it before. And when he is right, I have no problems supporting, agreeing, or praising him.

Hopefully you will learn one day...

Opreza naravno nikad nije dosta.

3086  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: SCAM rollbit $737.00 on: January 06, 2023, 07:59:06 AM
As suggested by other replies, this is one we're very sure about. Multiple links to other accounts previously permanently banned for sportsbook abuse, back circumventing account limits.

We've invested significant resources into technology to ensure prolific abusers like this are detected and actioned.
For the sake of transparency, what can you bring to the table that proves that what you are saying is correct? It's your word against the player's. Why would it be enough for you to say he is an abuser if it isn't enough for the player to say I am not? I understand you can't share specifics about the systems you are using because that would give cheaters insights about how they work. From that point on, they can change tactics knowing what you look for when investigating abusers. But there has to be something more than we are right and the player is wrong. What can you show without revealing your methods?

@fayzalichiqd
If you are so sure of your innocence, have you considered contacting a 3rd-party like AskGamblers or Casino Guru to look at your case?
3087  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: Trustdice.win , UPD: TRUSTDICE SCAM, 2138$ USDT confiscated. (SOLVED) on: January 06, 2023, 07:44:45 AM
@Pmalek and you have left negative feedback with the reference of this solved accusation. OP has added 'solved' in this thread title. TrustDice team behavior was obviously wrong, but negative feedback doesn't fit with a solved accusation. Neutral feedback with a proper comment will work as a warning as well.
If you think about the feedback that I left (The casino locked a customer account accusing the player of doing "late betting". Not a single example of a late bet has been shown to date to warrant such an action.), it's still valid even today. They unfroze the player's betting account in the meantime, but the point is that they initially closed it for a non-valid reason trying to trick the community into believing the player was involved in late betting. And after all that time, there is still no example of a late bet.

I haven't looked at Poika5's case, but my gut feeling is there won't be ay proof there either. Since I am not familiar with that incident, it's wrong to leave ratings about it. I am sure these two incidents aren't isolated cases. Deleting one feedback only to add the exact same or a similar one mentioning a different link doesn't change anything. Changing the 1st to neutral and adding a new one does. It adds a new "point" in their overall score. Although I consider them and their PR person/manager/whatever he is a disgusting individual who secretly edits posts thinking that will get rid of the false information shared previously, I am not going to punish them with an additional feedback for something I haven't investigated in detail.

Veliki klubovi imaju muzeje i obilaske stadiona.

3091  Economy / Gambling / Re: 🎁POLYGON - 1000 coins for registration (Roulette, dice, slots, crash and more) on: January 05, 2023, 01:45:46 PM
Interesting approach to gambling, but I have to ask, does the casino accept any cryptocurrencies for betting and do you have plans to support Bitcoin in the future?

I noticed something while looking at the roulette rounds. When a new round starts, we can see the new betting history on screen as the wagers are made. If you scroll down to the bottom of the page where you can see links to FAQs, TOS, the Blog, etc., that part keeps disappearing if a lot of bets are placed, requiring that you keep scrolling down over and over again. I hope you will understand what I am talking about. It isn't too big of a problem, just a little irritating pointing your mouse on one of the links only to see it disappear from the screen and forcing you to keep chasing it. Maybe that is something that can easily be fixed?

Since you haven't had any luck with Antillephone, have you tried to make contact through the official Cucarao eGaming website to complain both about Stake and Antillephone for not responding to you? Take a look at https://www.curacao-egaming.com/public-and-players/#section-file-a-complaint. Maybe they can offer guidance on how to proceed.

I don't trust them, so the negative feedback will remain. You can see a screenshot in Poika5's thread where they mentioned they will try to investigate the reason why the player got banned and had their money confiscated. Imagine the unprofessionalism of this casino? They ban you, take your money, and stay silent hoping you won't say anything. And then if you complain and make some noise, they will start "investigating" to see what led to the ban. I have never seen anything like that. Maybe he should be put in prison and then the judicial system can investigate to see if he did anything wrong to land in prison Roll Eyes.

Only after their so-called "investigation", they started playing the multi-accounting card and again using late betting as an excuse. Laki21000's case has shown they have no idea what late betting even is and that it can't be done the way they presented it. Take a random match from their sportsbook and watch what happens in the last minutes. All betting markets are closed.

They can play their little games with someone else, but not with me. They are a dangerous and malicious subject in the crypto gambling industry, and players should know about that.
3094  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: SCAM rollbit $737.00 on: January 05, 2023, 10:31:21 AM
What I don't understand is why you are not supposed to have multiple accounts.
holydarkness already mentioned a few good things. Another thing you can do with multiple accounts is try to abuse betting limits. If the casino has a max bet of let's say $500 for a particular game/league, that's the maximum amount of money you are supposed to wager there. There is a reason they placed those restrictions. Abusers could try to cheat the system and create more accounts to bet above those limits.

Some sportsbooks, for example, offer bet boosters (the names of the platforms aren't important). These boosts are limited to 1-2 sports events per day. You can easily get more than you should by using multiple accounts.
3095  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: Stake.com - Account suspended and withdrawal blocked on: January 04, 2023, 03:13:33 PM
Ask Gamblers doesn't want to get involved, and Casino Guru has rejected your complaint stating there is some evidence that shows a connection to other Stake accounts. At the same time, they have no reasons to believe the submitted KYC data is fake.

You have already spoken with their licensing authority and gotten no response from them either. Have you tried reaching out to the Crypto Gambling Foundation to see their opinion? You can find a link to their website at the bottom of Stake.com or simple go to https://cryptogambling.org/contact/ and check it out.

One scenario is there is another in your household that used your computer to create another account and you don't know it, because every login from all their members, their IP, their location sometimes the device that they are using are recorded with date and time...
That is, of course, is a possibility. Do you have brothers, sisters, parents or relatives who live with you who might be into gambling as well? Are you sharing the same internet access with another household, or is anyone in your neighborhood accessing your home network through WIFI? Maybe you are accessing someone else's network on your end.

Have you ever accessed your Rollbit account from outside of your home? An internet café, a friend's house, a public network somewhere, etc.?

I PMed Stunna asking him to take a look at this case on 14 December but he has still not been online on Bitcointalk for almost a month.

@genji87
Has there been any updates or anything new to report?

I tried to send you PM for more info, but it wasn't accepted.
Perhaps you could message me.
You aren't a member of their support team, are you? Judging by your post history and the fact you post all over the place, I would say no.
3098  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: 26 BTC Stolen on: January 04, 2023, 08:40:24 AM
minerjones telegram is "minerjones" the problem with telegram is that there can be many accounts where the display name is "minerjones" you have to look at the profile to see if it is actually the "@minerjones" username.
The Telegram usernames are unique and scammers can't copy and use the same usernames as someone else. That's why they will attempt to use a similar username that the victim won't notice and use the person's real username in the BIO field. Those who aren't familiar with Telegram won't know the difference and will misinterpret the BIO for a username.

Can the admins recover and find the content of deleted PMs? I know they get the PM's content if a PM is reported, but I wonder if theymos can see something more... If something like that was possible, it would be easy to prove if a PM was sent, from, and to which account.
3099  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: [BEWARE SCAM] Rollbit STOLE MY EARNINGS claiming market manipulation on: January 04, 2023, 08:09:44 AM
I'd guess the video call was to "double verify" OP's KYC documents. If OP --to put us into their shoes-- did found a vulnerability and exploited it, there's a chance they submitted fake KYC too as a failsafe and to hide their real identity.
It's possible. But if the player is suspected/found guilty of taking advantage of a vulnerability in their trading platform, it doesn't matter what the KYC data shows, they are not getting their money (winnings) back. But I agree that they might want to know if the player is who he says he is.

You have a point bro but it's not every day we see word manipulation coming from casino support and the support also mentioned the word trader, two words that apply to trading activity.
Most cryptocurrency casinos don't have crypto trading features on their site. Rollbit is different and has a Crypto Futures type of game that simulates read trading. That's why the support was talking about trading manipulation etc.

I know, I am aware of it. Thing is, I am not able to post pictures because I have a newb account. Otherwise I would have done the same as everyone else...
Don't worry about the pictures and your newbie account. If you want to write a review explaining a little bit about your setup, then go ahead. Make a new post, write what you want, upload the images to Imgur and place the links in your post where you would like to have those pictures visible. I will quote it for visibility, so the pictures can be seen on the forum.

Then when you rank up to Jr. Member, you can post images without restrictions. You can already place them in img quotes, and when you get promoted to a higher rank they will pop up.
