3081  Economy / Reputation / Re: Betking Scamming Campaign on: August 07, 2021, 07:28:26 PM
You or we can't prevent them from running a signature campaign from the forum. Because those don't have dear of red tags and flags then how can we prevent them? The forum doesn't moderate scams and any action from the forum against campaign participants wouldn't happen. But I am pretty sure any reputed user will not join this campaign. So let them do it if the campaign manager wants to accept all red-tagged users. I think the red flags are already enough to warn participants.
3082  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: How to keep Bitcoin while getting benefits on: August 07, 2021, 07:17:17 PM
Is anyone preventing you from selling your Bitcoin either you are in profit or loss? Since you are a Bitcoin holder means you know very well when you are in profit. Then definitely you can/should sell if you need cash. Bitcoin would pump or dump at any time. So hold for life, don't hold for a lifetime. You are buying Bitcoin with cash for the first time, so if you need profits then you have to sell it for cash as well.

Regarding lending, it depends on the lender. If collateral price dump then the lender would sell it in case you do not return the initial lent amount. But most likely he wouldn't increase the loan amount either price double. Because it would fall at any time and I don't think the lender will take such as risk. At least I won't take the risk if I were a lender.
3083  Other / Beginners & Help / Signal trap, a self-conscious scam on: August 07, 2021, 06:51:48 PM
I think every one of us knows about the trading signal group. But are we aware of the trap of signal groups? How do they scam us? Although they aren't scamming you directly like a Ponzi scheme. But self-consciously we are handover our funds to them. Let's explain it shortly.

First of all, each paid signals group has a free signal group where they will share a few free signals and post a few news updates. Most paid signals channels are just a group of candidates. Before they share a free signal on the free signal group they post it in the paid signal group. As a result, the signaled coin pump for a few minutes. Once they share that signal in the free group the free subscriber thinks they could gain if they join in paid signal groups. Actually due to sharing the same signal in many paid groups a coin pump for a few minutes since they are a group of candidates. That's how signal providers always motivate their free subscribers to buy paid signals. But eventually, the signal buyer realizes that they just scammed.

So guys don't fall into the trading signal trap. I would like just to encourage you to get updates from their free signal groups. Don't trade just based on their signals. I know a few signals sometimes gain, but you wouldn't be lucky enough to enter at the right time. Don't lose your fund with the signal trap.
3084  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: do you believe on signals? on: August 07, 2021, 06:24:33 PM
if you are new to the cryptocurrency field then signals can help you to gain some money and also to protect your capital if you follow the rules in every signal but never think about buying those signals because for me its not worth it , they share successful signals with their followers in the bull run which is the easy thing to do but they despair in the bearmarket so its a money stealing for me ..
Your reply is conflicting with each other. You are telling new traders could gain some money and could protect portfolio and on the other hand, you think buying signals are worst. So which signals are better? Free signal? Isn't it worst more? Paid signal groups just share a few signals in the free group and when you see that coin already pumped. Now it will consider as gambling if you buy that coin from the free signal. It would pump a little more or could dump hard. So free subscribers think their paid signals are more potential and that's how they join there. I will just encourage you to get updates from the free signals group. Don't trade based on their signals.
3085  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Crypto market adds over $140 billion in a one day on: August 07, 2021, 06:03:43 PM
As we can see a few positive news came up almost at the same time. As a result, investors entering into Bitcoin. Either they are existing investors who have taken advantage of ATH or new investors. So the market value definitely will increase. But I don't think Bitcoin would break the $50K zone so quickly. It's taking time to get investment from potential Big investors. At least I am unaware of any recent big investment, especially from institutions. This pumps just because of a few positives news of Bitcoin adaption.
3086  Economy / Gambling / Re: TwiceDice Casino 🌟| 110% Bonus 🎰| Accepts: BTS, ETH, USDT, DOGE, XRP, BCH, LTC on: August 06, 2021, 08:27:37 PM
Welcome to the forum and gambling world as well. The well-designed site and announcement thread also. Since you are new on the forum we are unaware of your services. Many gambling sites on the forum mean you have many competitors here. As much as your service is good you will get gamblers from the forum. Please explain why gamblers will choose your platform since many existing trusted sites here. I mean how your site is different from the others and how gamblers will get more benefits from here. So that you may be able to get attraction from forum gamblers.
3087  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: big scam website (1xbit) close account. not giving back deposited money! on: August 06, 2021, 07:30:26 PM
So you just create an account to post an accusation here? I am quite curious how did you found this forum and how exactly know where to create scam accusations? Have you seen any other accusations against 1xbit? I am asking you many questions because everyone just make accusation after getting scam and discover this forum. 1xbit is a well-known scam, a ton of scam accusations opened against them. How did you miss all of them? Before putting your money should research very well. Otherwise, the result in front of you. There is no hope of getting your fund back. Just it's a lesson for you. No one could help you here since 1xbit even doesn't care red tag.
3088  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Newbies ! A wrong (Altcoin) selection would destroy your dream on: August 06, 2021, 03:30:17 PM
All selections of altcoins are wrong, there's no good altcoins that will bring reliable profits. Go to coinmarketcap, pick as much altcoins as you want, look at their price and switch to displaying price in BTC - in pretty much every case the price goes down over time. If it didn't, it means it's still a very young shitcoin that will eventually, and likely sooner than later, go down. Altcoins exist for short-lived pump and dumps, and you can't outtrade manipulators who orchestrate them, so better just stay away, don't be greedy and enjoy the massive gains of Bitcoin.
I pretty much agree with you, well said. But the situation will be more worst if we choose shit of shitcoin. I am not saying all are shitcoin like Ethereum isn't shit coin at all. I am not a big fan of any altcoin though and the major part of my portfolio is in Bitcoin. Sometimes just shorting Bitcoin and hold USDT. I know comparing price in Bitcoin of altcoins are just dumping as you said. The altcoin is just to increase your portfolio by trading or short time holding. It's not much useful holing for a long time.
3089  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Be careful of low marketcap coins on: August 06, 2021, 08:24:00 AM
That's how I lost my funds between 2017-2018. Those coins I had chosen that volume has dropped significantly and lost everything. During choosing a coin for hold or trade we must need to know the overall market cap of that coin. Otherwise, funds will go like me. Usually, newbies don't know even about the market cap and how it works. It's because of lack of knowledge and eventually become a loser in the trading or holding. So, first, we should research as much as possible especially about overall volume in the market cap.
3090  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: Platform Bitcdeal.com legit? on: August 06, 2021, 08:12:09 AM
I have tried to find an Archived version, even I was failed to discover Google cache. However, the domain name looks scammy. Search in Google and found that scam detector site and found very poor review. I am not sure how trustworthy this scam detector site is since I wasn't familiar with that. If you invested there means your funds are already gone. At least you should search for a few reviews from Google or the forum. I know every review online could manipulate. But at least you would get some ideas of how popular that site is.
3091  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Is margin trading good for beginners ? on: August 05, 2021, 07:03:36 PM
I don't know either it's good or bad since I am not much familiar with margin trading nor I am interested in it. Someone asked me a few months back that he want to do margin trade. But I had tried to prevent him from margin trading, but he ignores my suggestion. Then he tried with a small amount and lost it eventually. So for a beginner, it's quite dangerous to participate in margin trade IMO. It's better to understand market sentiment before doing margin trade.
3092  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Losing in trading needs questioning on: August 05, 2021, 06:57:58 PM
Just keep in mind, when you are selling, then someone else buying on the other hand. Same as when you are selling. That means you should be clever than the opposite party to gain in the trading. Due to much volatility sometimes we lost too much if we can't take a real-time decision at that time. We can reduce loss even suddenly start bear market after bought the coin. But for that definitely, you should have trading skills and experience as well. One or two trade losses don't mean you are a loser. But losing continuously isn't a good sign. That means you have to learn more lots of things. There is no end to learning.
3093  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: The American Bankers Association (ABA) with cryptocurrency companies. on: August 05, 2021, 06:20:56 PM
It's not surprising from developed countries. Because they realize the potential value of cryptocurrency. Definitely, this is positive initiative from a bank association like the US. Sadly a few developing countries still can't realize the potentiality of Bitcoin. A few days back my central bank published a notice where they stated clearly any cryptocurrency trading is illegal. Actually, they should learn from developed countries, but instead, they wondering to ban strongly.
3094  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Google starts accepting Bitcoin ads on: August 05, 2021, 06:12:30 PM
I have created a thread regarding that news, https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=5352623.msg57609971#msg57609971
But I was unable to find any strong news links. However, seems the source is fine that you have mentioned in the OP. Google has taken the right decision about advertising Bitcoin-related sites. Since Google advertise many scam site, so I believe they should allow advertising all crypto-related ads. Because all crypto projects aren't scamming at all.

3096  Other / Meta / Re: Free-Spin giveaway campaign is eligible in this forum? on: August 04, 2021, 07:03:39 PM
Here is what admin said,
Most giveaway threads are no longer allowed in the Alternate cryptocurrencies sections. From now on, posting or replying to such threads could result in being banned. Existing threads will be locked.

Specifically, you are not allowed to give people any incentive to post insubstantial posts in your threads. You can't offer to pay people who post their addresses, usernames, etc. You can do giveaways off-site and link to the giveaway page in a thread, but you can't give people any bonus for replying to your thread.

Similar threads are already restricted to Games and Rounds in the non-altcoin sections, but the giveaway-related post volume is so high in the altcoin sections that I've decided to just ban them entirely here.
Read the bold area, your answer is there. If the giveaway doesn't require any reply and comment on the main thread and payout through Bitcoin then you are allowed to run a giveaway. As usual, users can participate in discussions on the main thread, but it shouldn't be a condition to getting rewards.

3098  Economy / Scam Accusations / Stay away from greedy free Bitcoin offer through spam mail. on: August 03, 2021, 07:20:58 PM
This isn't a scam accusation, but this is an immediate red warning for cryptocurrency users. I received spam mail from noreply@vdab.be with the title "Monica wants to send you 0.001 BTC". I have received 2 similar mail from the same email with a different link. Links are below, I don't bother to click there, and please don't try to check by clicking these links.
Code:
https://sendyoubit.tumblr.com/?8wsB
Code:
https://donateyou.tumblr.com/?bxd4
I am pretty sure both addresses included malware that would hack your device. I can't see any reason why they would like to send BTC to me. I am not familiar with them nor with their links. And I am not too greedy for their BTC offer. Please guys don't be greedy and don't click the links in case you receive such as spam mail.
3099  Economy / Exchanges / Re: Binance decreased withdrawal limits for basic verified users. on: August 02, 2021, 07:14:32 PM
Now which exchange account can i open to store powerledger?  I do have a hardware wallet and they support powerledger but i need to use it together with myetherwallet?
Which hardware wallet you have been using? And why you should connect it with myetherwallet? Hardware doesn't itself have management software? Like if you use Ledger hardware wallet then they have Ledger Live to operate Ledger nano. I am not saying myetherwallet is un-secure, but it's always better to use official software.

By the way, if you are using the noncustodial wallet, then you should have a balance for the network fees that network you have been using to make transactions. Doesn't matter it's hardware or a hot wallet. It's only for a token, not for the coin. For example, if you are going to make transactions USDT in the Ethereum network then you should have a balance in ETH on your non-custodial wallet. If you are sending it through the Tron network then you should have TRX in your wallet.
3100  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Newbies ! A wrong (Altcoin) selection would destroy your dream on: August 02, 2021, 06:05:03 PM
The price of Bitcoin is now 40,000 usdt. You can imagine how difficult it is for Bitcoin to double to 80,000 usdt. But many newly released tokens will easily double.
Honestly, I don't want to discourage anyone from trading or holding altcoin. As I said in the title, a wrong selection. This means if your selection is right and bought the potential best altcoin by researching yourself then it would multiply your portfolio. If that altcoin eats your portfolio means your selection was wrong. That's the concept of my post. The newly released token would double within an hour, and it has been happening. But what is the percentage? Have you seen a few newly released tokens dumped 4x? Hope that is a lesson for you. Best of luck.
