3081  Economy / Gambling / Re: What dice sites do you use? on: April 18, 2015, 12:21:18 PM
Primedice mostly. DaDice too, sometimes.
I also use moneypot (now bustabit), but rarely. never mind, not a dice site
3082  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: 5 Surprising Facts from CoinDesk's State of Bitcoin Report on: April 18, 2015, 12:12:55 PM

3083  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Let's say satoshi is cashing out 1million BTC on: April 18, 2015, 11:52:05 AM
Satoshi selling any amount of btc for fiat will be like him saying bitcoin has failed and thats never going to happen

so you're saying he's never going to sell them? what if he found himself in a desperate need of money?
there's only 3 possible reason why Satoshi haven't sold his bitcoins yet
1. he lost access to his own wallet
2. he doesn't need money yet
3. he's dead. (or if my assumption on a certain thread are correct, deleted/selfdestructed)

btw, he = he/they/it. whichever is correct
3084  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Why do we assume that Satoshi cashing out his coins would be noticeable? on: April 18, 2015, 11:45:12 AM
If he was cashing out in small amount but on frequent basis would we have known it's him that's doing it? There's always different ways and option on how to do it but still keeping his identity concealed. All these claims are just based on assumptions.

You can trace coins back to there original owner

you mean to the original address, right?
I think satoshi (or anyone) can make himself untraceable with some work.
3085  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Are you fools pathetic - or what? on: April 18, 2015, 11:40:07 AM

...Moreover he scammed someone on here for a large amount.   So he does not need/deserve sympathy or donations.

Donating to the victim is a much better idea, as someone suggested.

I'm curious as to why Shrem would do this. He was an early adopter who ran BitInstant right? What use would he have for 60 BTC?

60 btc is still a lot of money to be gained for free.

3087  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: A new Founded Country plans for an official cryptocurrency system !! on: April 18, 2015, 11:20:34 AM
3 square miles? lol that's pretty damn small for a country.  Tongue

I dunno if that will have an impact on bitcoin
3088  Other / Meta / Re: Define spam. on: April 18, 2015, 11:13:20 AM
generally, spam = sending the same message over and over again.
nonconstructive and short posts are not spamming, they're just worthless. much like spams.

though if I was managing a campaign, I'd disqualify the "thanks for this and that", "denied", "repaid", "bid" posts too.
basically, everything that's not going to do any good to the conversation shouldn't count.

P.S.
I hate it when 5 replies were posted while I was typing.  Embarrassed
3089  Economy / Services / Re: Avatar campaign - sell your avatar and earn some bitcoin. on: April 16, 2015, 03:10:35 PM
My avatar is also available for 0,05BTC/month,
please contact me by PM

I just read somewhere that any members of bitx sig campaign isnt allowed to advertise other sites in their avatar.

correct. and it's on the bit-x campaign thread, btw.
I would have missed that if I didn't check for an update.
marco should use the pm bot and notify the campaigners.
3090  Economy / Gambling / Re: Primedice.com | Most Popular & Trusted Bitcoin Game | Huge Community | Free BTC on: April 16, 2015, 07:00:37 AM

Seriously saying, yes there isn't any good chance to make btc on prime dice and that's the only reason stunna is running is running this site, if you really did have goood chances to win then the site would have been shut down.

Betting 40btc on 1.1x gives you pretty good change of earning 4btc, the only thing that makes it hard to make money on fair gambling sites is human greed.

but who will take risk of 40 btc at 99.99% chance of lose at 1.1x we have have 0.001 chance of winning,
i think that is not a good advice to make money with high risk of lose.

Umm. That's actually 89.5% chance of winning.

there is 11.5% chance of losing that high amount of 40 btc if you decided to bet with that and will be much hard to rocver if odds goes against you. Wink

the point is 89.5% percent is a good chance as long as you're willing to take the risk. I was pointing that out to thebitcoinquiz because he seem to think that "there isn't a good chance to make btc on primedice". which I disagreed

That depends on my programing. duh.
3094  Other / New forum software / Re: Check IP Location -> Advise sections/sub-sections/threads on: April 16, 2015, 05:42:36 AM
I mean we don't need this whole "check your IP and throw a localized rules" thing. half of the people here doesn't even use their actual IP.
3095  Economy / Gambling / Re: Want to make risk free money? on: April 16, 2015, 03:28:44 AM
My gosh, I can't believe you people are giving a thought to this scam. I've seen dozens of these things and none of them are legit.
3096  Other / New forum software / Re: Check IP Location -> Advise sections/sub-sections/threads on: April 16, 2015, 03:09:05 AM
that's a little too much trouble for assisting newbies, don't you think? Advising them to read legal and rules threads should be enough. no need for the IP check or anything.
3097  Other / Meta / Re: Removed from Default Trust on: April 16, 2015, 03:03:15 AM
I don't understand. You still have a lot of people having you on their trust list, how could a single trust change your weight? you can still bust scammers with that kind of trust rating.
3098  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: An open letter to April 14th, 2018. on: April 16, 2015, 02:49:17 AM
I'm going to hop in too.

How's it going, me? did you finally bought that certain ASIC that you wanted so much?
if by April 2018 bitcoin has raised to $2000 and you still haven't bought it, f*uck you and me. stop spending your money on worthless things ffs.

I'm bookmarking this post, don't you dare delete it, me.
