Bitwala has been pretty transparent, unfortunately that's really not enough, thankfully I only tried to withdraw 500 euros and not more otherwise I would have had thousands of dollars hostage for more than a month now. I'm personally not going to use the service again.

I was told on the system that my usd withdrawal with ID 5387865539 was SENT to my bank account (after waiting 10 days for preparation) and was asked to wait 20 days.
But now I see that the money is not sent, instead CEX deposited that money to my account and it shows in my balance!!!
Why did you tell me that my USD withdrawal was approved and even sent to the bank? Why did you keep my money on hold for 3 weeks?
And you claim you are not a scam?
They are practically a scam, they wont steal your money but they will hold it for weeks/months which leads to people losing money and time, they are totally unprofessional. Unfortunately, such situation happened as our payment processor for wire transfers faces a large queue of requests and the transactions were delayed. Now, you can withdraw your funds to card or in crypto. We are sorry for the caused inconvenience, but it was a forced step.
