3081  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: New Government Rules Mean No More Gambling Sponsorship on: March 24, 2021, 11:59:21 PM
In my opinion of course this is the case of not right timing from the government as we are still reeling from the effects of an ongoing pandemic, not a finished pandemic, an ongoing one. Gambling in its purest form is a form of entertainment and government should put efforts to at least let the gamblers gamble and bettors bet. They could impose some rules on how the bets would go but not to the point that they too will be affected badly by the imposed rules. Even the gambling institutions has put barriers to curb addiction so that should already be a sign to the government that they too, are being responsible.
Dont really believe about those being responsible or minding out those players when we do talk about gambling businesses out there yet there are separate institutions who do focuses out more on gambling addiction.
There might be houses to be concerned of but they would really be just redirecting it.]
For sponsorship prohibitions or sudden change of minds then it isnt just right to be implemented as of this current condition where everything is indeed affected on the pandemic.
Government shouldnt at least be getting those sponsorship knowing that this isnt really that much of generating that big money and also clubs or management
does need some other sources. It shouldnt really be taken away.
3082  Economy / Speculation / Re: Exchanges Bitcoin Reserves on: March 24, 2021, 10:56:10 PM

What are your thoughts on the Bitcoin reserves of exchanges? Can this guarantee an indicator for Bitcoin price action?
Still needing for further observations for me but if it turns out to be that way then it isnt really a bad thing for you to consider it out to be included into your analysis when making decisions neither
entering or exiting the market.Im not really that much of concern nor serious on looking these outflow/inflow on exchangers but since you do mention it then i would try to make some
peak and lets see if it does really contribute with my own analysis when it comes to price actions.
3083  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin's 21 million limit on: March 24, 2021, 09:59:17 PM
One of Bitcoin's main strengths is it's historically unchanged and predictable supply schedule, as well as the max supply cap. You do realize though that changing the max supply totally invalidates this core characteristic, right? Not a single Bitcoiner in the right mind would support such change.
On point and these are the characteristics on why bitcoin had been supported that much by the masses because of those qualities which numbers could really be changed or simply its already been fixed.
21 supply is still an issue? Even adoption would go into that global scale, come to think that 1btc is 100 million satoshis and even if we do have that global scale of acceptance or usage
then those supply that is circulating would really be enough to accumulate the population and of course excluding those lost bitcoins in the void wouldnt really join up the circulation.
Limit? better not to stress out yourself on thinking with this.
3084  Economy / Gambling / Re: Roobet.com | Crypto’s Fastest Growing Casino 🦘 on: March 24, 2021, 08:46:57 PM
can someone from support please confirm when kyc documents are needed? it says when depositing or withdrawing cash but neither of those appear to be options to begin with. at what point are the documents needed? this is a big concern to me

I checked their AML policy and it looks like you always need to do KYC when withdrawing from Roobet for the first time (though it's just filling in name/date of birth/country), and then you have to do a stricter KYC each time you withdraw $2000 or deposit $2000, that involves your ID or passport/driver's license.

For depositing/withdrawing more than $5000, you need to give them your source of wealth.

Isn't it annoying to have to pass kyc every time you want to deposit or withdraw a little big amount? In this case, is it not enough to complete kyc once or twice a year? I didn't get any reason why you have to pass kyc each time you have made withdraw/deposit!
If that is the rules implied to them by the government then Who are they to ignore ?

We are only reacting as gambler and wanted to play an win , But them as gambling operator also wanted to Do Business without Hassle .

So implementation of whatever required to them is part of the system .

so better comply or find another place to play simple as that.

True but im aint seeing any complaints into this thread for a bit of a time about Kyc and basing off on how big those players been earning on this site and those big hits then they do make out withdrawals
without any problems or complaints which would really be putting up the question if they do really implement out that $2000 deposit/withdrawal kyc or not?
When it comes to regulations and since these businesses are regulated then theres nothing you can do as a user.If you do find out hassle or not appealing at all
then you can always opt out to find for another one but i doubt that it is really becoming a standard.
3085  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Trade + study = great combination on: March 24, 2021, 07:51:52 PM
I never heard of that what you are saying here in the forum. However, copying others trade for me is not a good thing, because you have no originality. It is still better to learn trade and earn with your experience in the actual exchange platform. But not in copying others trade style.
Why worry about the originality when you are guaranteed to profit, it is a known tactic and I do think that it is a good thing because it is convenient for you because you don't have to put in the additional effort of analysis because you are just copying what that successful trader does. In the world of finances, originality is laughed at because it is risky and it doesn't guarantee a profit and people love to get profit so what works is what they are going to do.
this is the only industry where someone will share their hardwork to others but i guess they can make comissions for doing that if that strategy is guaranteed sure win  but for other industry  ( arts and music for ex. ) they dont want to share their works because it was copyrighted by the artists .
its fine to copy trade but if you think that this thing makes you a weak trader because your depending on other traders skill  you can quit doing that and learn to trade by your own.
Copying isnt bad but it will vary on how far you've been depending on it which wont really be giving out some advantages  on you when we do talk about long term but if you are
a person who do keep learning while you do follow someones trade by making up some review or some test up then i dont see for it to be an issue. Its just on how you do handle
out yourself when it comes to self learning yet this is the main reason on why we do say that following someones trade is really not giving significance at all when it comes to learning.
Trade+study+perseverance+emotion handling = success trading career.
3086  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Gamblers - How do you use your signature campaign earnings? on: March 24, 2021, 06:59:08 PM
Those who gample with signature rewards, have you ever managed to multiply several times your weekly reward or win huge?
Tried and lost for two weeks, you know, it really hurts me  Cry
And those who have chosen “gamble”, do you gamble on same platform you promote or transfer rewards to a different site? My signature offer only plinko game, but I’m more “mines”/betting guy, and lazy to transfer rewards  Grin That is why I hold.
Usually many people will play in favor of the casino they promote, but others will only play on their familiar casino. I am the third type, I give up gambling  Cheesy
For some who dont mind much about their signature earnings where they do commonly use it up on their gambling activity but i believe that majority of those earners would basically
be withdrawing of those earnings into their own wallet and same as yours im a third type which does really not looking that much with gambling. Its better to cherish up those amounts
to be saved up instead rather than on spending it on a blink of an eye.
3087  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: All hope is lost?? on: March 23, 2021, 11:38:19 PM
I hope you learned from your mistake, the mistake almost all newbies make.
1. All in on new project or the project which hyped and still no working product or blockchain.
2. Does not do deep research about the project so you fall in to pump and dump project and the project die.

If the token you bought have potential in the future you have a chance to recover, look at ethlend, swissborg and couple of project, they doing good performance after the network is up, but the token was dumped to the lowest price.
Making up suggestions like these were common and really easy to say butt when you are already on the actual situation then things turns out to be hard as you thought.
Finding the best projects as of todays would always be a challenge considering on how many projects do launch out in the market then finding the best will be the
toughest challenge this is why investing with crypto is somewhat really needing some mix of luck.

Losing is part of investment this is why you do need to learn up for those mistakes for you to make yourself better and wiser on next trade or investment you would make.
Dont give up easily because this had been always a part.

3088  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: WARNING Do Not use GMAIL for Exchange email on: March 23, 2021, 10:44:26 PM
When using up Gmail then you would really be needing to remember on what day you have created such account. The contact details you had inputted and

the alternate email when it  comes to recovery and there's no other way to retrieve it back once you had lost access or some sort.So far in using up gmail
i havent experience the similar scenario.Im not really that much off confident on using other email providers other than Gmail itself.
3089  Economy / Speculation / Re: 1 Millioin Bitcoin Strategy on: March 23, 2021, 08:32:41 PM
Add up to the post above.  Grin

Hey op, what you do mean about 1 million bitcoin strategy. Is this accumulation of profits in trading or simply accumulation until getting 1 million in profits on simply hold?
3090  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Have anyone tried to stop gamblers from losing while they keep on wagering. on: March 23, 2021, 07:43:00 PM
Won't interfering with someone even if they are losing so much a bit rude and could cause altercations or commotion? I mean I know that it sounds like you are helping them but sometimes there are things that aren't worth intervening especially if you don't know that person or you are not an authority. If it isn't rude to do that then a lot of people should have done it a long time ago.
I would have acted the same even though you do really like to advise a particular gambler but it is really not our right to intervene knowing that its not our money that he had been spending
on his gambling activity.Just let him be and i do understand that some people do really have just concern because of some past experiences or whatsoever but its better to leave them
alone because we dont really know on whats inside up into their minds. We dont even know if they are rich enough to afford on losing those money that he had spent.
So better to mind your own gameplays or actions before someone else.
3091  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Day trading, is it worth? on: March 22, 2021, 10:52:07 PM
Day trading is worth it if you have a lot of time or full time in trading like trading for a living. Consider too the size of your portfolio because you need a good amount of capital for it since you are dealing with a consistent trading fee per arbitrage so it's important that you consider the size of your portfolio is huge to cover the trading fee.

I do day trading before and gain profit but when I compared when I just hold it, I have more profit when I just hold.
Day trading requires constant check. So instead, you could buy and hold for the long term as in today's bull market if you choose the right coin you can't be spoked by small market volatility. There are still a few alts out there that are far from their potential=, so plenty of room to grow. Be wise when choosing and don't get too hang up on feelings.
Common target that everyone is trying to achieve on on where to select the most or potential ones that could really give us out some nasty profits once it had been pumped or been considered to be increased in the market.
Day trading does involved sufficient time on dealing with the market but if youve decided to held up for long term then these things wont really be that much off needed. Day trading is worth of but
depending on someones time and the effort that they can give. This thing isnt something that can be achieved in a short span of time and still lots of people been trying
to get such skill.
3092  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Best strategy on: March 22, 2021, 09:45:50 PM
I wonder how it is possible to think that money management is a strategic factor in gambling. Knowing how to manage money can be a way to lose it more slowly!  Grin In the end, there is no money management and no strategy that stand still because only luck turn our bets into winning or losing ones.

Nevertheless, money management isn't just about money. It's about managing our time, energy, emotions and relationships with others. People don't see that the reason why we gamble is because we are our own worst enemies. We trade our time, energy and money for pleasure and distraction; a quick win on the roulette wheel. Why would anyone want to do that? It's foolish.

When you understand the role that money plays in your life, and when you develop the right mindset around money, you will not be a reckless gambler. You will make smart financial decisions based on your real needs, wants and dreams. You'll feel confident and empowered about your decisions, because you can afford to.

Well said, I agree with every single word here. Thinking about gambling in these terms puts everything into a wider perspective which I never considered before. I also believe that what you wrote can be easily applied into other important aspects of our lives. Thanks
When you do know that you do have money in your pocket then decisions like these are commonly happening because not all would really be having the same mindset when it comes to to things.
We might aware on spending up our money but due to some factors and our own decisions will really reflect out and which would result into those unfortunate events.
Dont force out yourself that there is a working strategy because those are just simply coincidence that you have won and saying to yourself that it did work
but the truth is that you are just really lucky on that time.
3093  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Why new projects/ coins do not have ANN on bitcointalk ? on: March 22, 2021, 08:40:38 PM
There was a time when every crypto project had their ANN on bitcointalk. But recently times have changed. I see majority of new projects listed on coinmarketcap but they do not their ANN listed here.
Most of the projects are happy have their community on facebook, twitter, telegram but ignore this platform. What could be the reason for this ?
It would neither of the two which they might not know about this forum existence or simply just their decision or preference on not to touch up this place but if we do really
think up that sensibly then how a project owner would really able to end up on deciding not to make an ANN thread on the best crypto forum that had been existing?
It doesnt really make any sense if you do have that kind of mindset or thinking. You are missing out for more exposure which you cant really get from those
social media advertisement or marketing and if you do find one then better ignore, they do just missed out something important.
3094  Economy / Speculation / Re: I have a relatives who ask advise to invest, what should I do? on: March 22, 2021, 07:35:28 PM
Just tell him about "Bitcoin" and just tagging some reminders that profits arent guaranteed so there's a possibility of money.

<<>>

There are so many instances in which real people have lost money in crypto let alone by investing in Bitcoin, then trading it at spot and in futures becomes a big thing for them. Nobody can predict a top for btc and holding it for long time can only guarantee profits if this 'bull run' does not end like it did in 2018 because the crash then was quick like a falling brick, and the recovery took place at the speed of a snail. Even we make a fool of ourselves by saying that we have only made profits through btc, but hell no it isn't true because nobody here is perfect to hold this long except the real heroes of btc who held it till now and have not sold anything out of their stake.
Nothing could really be perfect because losses would really be there even if you do stick out with Bitcoin but it wont really make out an assurance and also profitability
will really vary on someones decision making towards his trades neither he do able to sell on the right time or just simply missed it out. When there's someone who do
ask out some tips then simply tell them about the risk and if they dont care or wont matter then explain the basics and as hamphser said that i wont really like
to be blamed thats why its always good to play safe so that there would be no possible argumentation later on.
3095  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Fake bets on: March 19, 2021, 10:09:36 PM
However, this kind of advertisement will attract more players to deposit to their webaite if they see they are able to win huge like that of stremear. The only question that I am confused with is that, what if the streamer won huge using that lent bank roll? Will they give him additional payment?
No they wont really be giving out some compensations or add ups unless if the management would decide to give out some free amounts out of those big amounts but i doubt
that the advertiser itself wont really be expecting that much because he knows that those are just fake money that had been lent to him to use and no matter how big
or small or he lost it all then he wouldnt really care at all.He might really be boosted up into those time when he's winning big but those are just good into that sole particular time.
Dont expect that you would be getting paid for that even more. The contract or agreement had been final and dont expect for some changes.
3096  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Data suggesting more than 95% traders are losing on: March 19, 2021, 08:54:30 PM
I can't argue with this data because it's certain that 95% of traders end up losing because of a lack of training...
the exercises that I mean are patience exercises and analytical exercises. I personally still continuing to practice strengthen my analysis and also my patience. Trading is not easy, difficult to master but can be learned.
I think about most 95% of losers in trading are newbies. They are lack of proper orientation and not to establish the right way to trade. Some of them not follow the risk management that they need to follow and they already gamble their money rather than trade it properly but I'm sure that 95% of the data said, some traders already learned about their mistakes and realized the right way to trade. I'm one of those people that follow the trading plans and set the right entry and exits.
So you say that 95% of people in trading world are newbies? I highly disagree with that because even veterans or professionals on this trading market do commit out mistake.
You cant call yourself to be on the profiting group if you wont able to sustain yourself on ending up on gains when you do deal with the market.Lossing is inevitable but
it isnt enough for people to be driven down to quit totally with trading but instead they are pursuing to acheive their targets or goals even though it would really be giving
out such no guarantees. Data's show or given isnt something surprising and due to unpredictability then you can expect these percentage.
3097  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Have anyone tried to stop gamblers from losing while they keep on wagering. on: March 19, 2021, 07:43:09 PM
The main problem with online gambling is that you don't really have a chance to interact with your fellow gamblers. It is more of a thing you do alone and from friends I tend to only hear after while if they win big. As for losses my friends don't tell me too much, so it's hard to know if they are up or down a lot. I remember the good old times when casinos were still open. Whenever I saw a friend win big in roulette or black jack I told him to save some money and not keep gambling with all of it.

That's human nature. People look for somebody to share their success story when they win and they tend to live like nothing has happened when they lose bigly. Nobody wants to share the news on their unsuccessful investments. It is like not telling your mom your bad exam scores. The less she knows about it, the better it is.  Cool
Common human behavior which is actually the truth and who would be tending to share out their failure stories? None right? It wont really be appealing to anybody and of course into yourself.
In the topic talking on stopping gamblers while keeping on making wagers? Sounds a bit fake concern to me or just simply you are trying to convince them out because you had
already experienced the unfortunate events on taking too much or playing much with gambling. It isnt bad though but its really contradicting. If you do give out advices or suggestion
then making yourself as an example would be much better but i doubt that it wouldnt really be that much of different because people will still play.
3098  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Discussion (Altcoins) / Re: A forgotten story of bounty hunter on: March 19, 2021, 06:40:50 PM
Last night I received a reward from Ubex. it has been more than two years but the ubex team was very generous in giving the reward. I believe UBEX will get great success now and in the future, because it has a good Kindly and professional team. I'm waiting for UBEX to be listed on the Binance exchange. Thanks UBEX

Currently still making claims on Verasity , MetaHash and more
because I have a lot of coins that I haven't received. ( may be a little difficult to get)

Until now I never sold coins that I received in the 2018 bounty campaign,  because I believe with a little patience it will make I'm Rich.
Dont hope too much because not all of those hopes or wishes could really come true.Imagine 2 years time before they pay isnt really something that you should brag on but at least
they do really pay at the end up of the line but waiting for 2 years? I would consider it to be dead or had been forgotten and consider yourself lucky to receive those which is really
vary unusual but not impossible. If i were you then if you do find out that those coins does have value then better to sell off those coins while its still early because you might
really be missing out that particular chance since not all would  really have that situation on pumping out just like into those good projects but if you can risk up on
holding it than on selling it right away then its your choice.
3099  Economy / Speculation / Re: We are going to lose 20% today on: March 18, 2021, 11:45:02 PM
BTC is at around 55k right now but by the end of the day we will see a 20% drop. It will settle around $45k today.

The hype for the week is over.

What do you mean hype for the week?
Bitcoin has been hyped up since the very beginning of the bullrun. If you're trying to say Bitcoin will drop 20% within the same day, it's not called the hype is over, instead it's a price correction.
Just a piece of advice, It could be more interesting If you have supported your claims with your technical analysis or whatever market analysis you have.
Its clear that these are presumptions without any supporting technicals or analysis on why he do call out some 20% correction. This kind of calls are flooding anywhere into this market
which it isnt surprising. This is a free market where anyone could shout out their analysis without any basis or to those someone who do have some overapplication of TA's. lol
Why would really be that too scared or afraid when it comes to price correction or dips? Instead seeing these events would really be an opportunity for you to
buy cheap coins and you might not see those prices again. 20% down isnt something that we can see on day to day basis.
3100  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Do I need to pay Tax on my Crypto Gambling Winnings? A guide on: March 18, 2021, 10:41:40 PM
If you inform the government about your winnings you'll probably always have to pay taxes.

Not exactly. It's not how it works. What if you got that winnings on a regulated company? The government won't bother with your winnings. Taxes are paid by the companies and site owners if regulated and not to their users.

For crypto, they also won't bother as it out of their jurisdiction especially when there are no clear regulations about crypto in that country. It's now with the crypto exchange how they will put terms regarding receiving money from a gambling site.
Correct. This would matter always on the rules or laws that had been set and also varying on the situation because as mentioned about regulated company where those winning tax had already been paid
which simply shows that there are exclusions just because it had been already done by the operator or handler of such service neither if its talking about gambling or any other out there.
Also, why you would really be needing to declare and go to the government and do tell that you do need to pay up tax just because you do win in crypto. It would really be
just ending up into their own pockets.
