3101  Bitcoin / Project Development / Re: Bitcoin Unit Converter:🔁Convert satoshi, mBTC,Finney, bit to 43 fiat currencies on: December 11, 2020, 12:04:24 AM
I will probably add support to all known  170 currencies soon. I though that would be bad to usability and interface (as the dropdown list woudl be too big), but I keep receiving requests to add more currencies.

Instead of a drop down menu, perhaps just type the three letter code for the coin/token which would narrow down the selection (i.e. type "S" and all codes with "S" appear, type second letter "X" and just those with "SX" appear).

Just a side question are you open to a suggestion for something else on a fresh page?  I have an idea but I don't code/have the resources to do it.
3102  Economy / Reputation / Re: Known Alts of any-one - A User Generated List Mk III (2020 Q4) on: December 10, 2020, 09:47:54 PM
You have any proof you are a crypto buyer. When you make any deal about buy crypto any proof like Telegram massage, Massenger or mail

It's not up to @Tnt1971 to prove there is no connection, it's up to _you_ @BTC_Mouse to prove there is a connection and so far you haven't done so.
3103  Economy / Gambling / Re: Casinople.com - Casino software as a service on: December 10, 2020, 03:51:47 PM
If you can't help me - please don't flood.

Newbies are so cute when it's obvious they are just sock puppets...  Why wouldn't you just start a new thread asking your question instead of necro-bumping other threads?
3104  Economy / Reputation / Re: ~OgNasty's self scratching on: December 10, 2020, 03:48:41 PM
You're actually the first to mention this. You're right, theoretically I could edit my Trust list viewer.

Technically both LoyceV and ( @suchmoon and/or @ibminer ) have altered the entries on their reciprocal sites - with good intentions I'm sure.

In LoyceV's case just recently there was the weekly trust list which was a duplicate of the previous week owing to the weekly run being done *before* theymos had run the list.  LoyceV then deleted the entire week's results and re-ran the sweep hours later (thus giving different results)

In the case of BPIP I'm not sure if it was suchmoon or ibminer on the edit button, but entries have occurred then been removed such as has occurred over the last (about two months) in the Trust Log page whenever a user removes their DT trust list - it is shown (I might be paraphrasing here) "the user has lost the ability to vote for DT2..." and then a long list of "X" no longer trusts/distrust this/that user" (again, another paraphrase)...  Those entries are then removed manually, or at least they were done manually at one point...
3105  Economy / Gambling / Re: Casinos Withdrawal Fees Rise (!?)|| November 2020 on: December 10, 2020, 03:31:48 PM
It isn't the price of fees that is increasing but rather the price of Bitcoin which is actually normal. I think the best strategy is just to use altcoins instead of Bitcoin since the price of Bitcoin right now is still high. They're not increasing the rate but it's the value of Bitcoin that is getting highs so we shouldn't blame the gambling sites instead.

There are actually two things happening in conjunction with each-other which infulences the price of withdrawing (cashing out) from any casino:

  • The price of bitcoin is rising
  • unconfirmed transactions have from time to time recently pushed the TX price sky high.

The problem with the latter is users who do not engage coin control, or, worse still, are unable to utilise coin-control due to their choice of wallet program.
3106  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Bitcoin betting on the 2020 US Presidential Election | Trump vs Biden on: December 10, 2020, 03:28:05 PM
It's no skin off of my nose when the bookies payout on the POTUS wager, but I'm wondering if there was any disclaimers made by any of the gambling sites to say they wouldn't payout until the 20th of January which is when it looks like some sites are wait for to ensure they get their payouts right.

(and do these sites assert they have funds on hand to actually pay out the wagers one way or the other?)??

I am a online buyer . So I frequently buy a very simple amounts of bounty rewards from hunters. Now a days many bounty projects with low budgets that not worth to require withdraw/ transfer fees . I buy / sell those rewards from bounty hunters.
A few days ago I already bought P2P cash from hunters. Hence eth transactions shows same.
Please justfiy my condition .

@Tnt1971 - please modify your post so that it looks like the above with three dots as there is no need to quote the entire post we have already seen.

As you can see by this post:

<snip>
Provide more firm evidence rather connecting accounts from crypto transactions it's vague even if you ask other users here that bust alt accounts. e.g. social media accounts, wallet address/es they both used.

Doubts were raised at the time and the poster, @BTC_Mouse has not come back to this thread to clarify their assertion (which I find to be flimsy at best).

I will PM @BTC_Mouse to come back to this thread to respond to this.
3108  Economy / Gambling / Re: Casinople.com - Casino software as a service on: December 10, 2020, 12:41:56 AM
Make sure to check the dates of the topics because chances are your necrobumping a topic that has been dated way back 2017. You probably search topics and ended to click this without realizing it's an old one the OP was inactive two years ago.

All five of their posts since they registered two days ago is to bump similar services, so it's *possible* they are bumping their own services using a new UID (and if they are nuked/banned by an over zealous admin/mod, then their main UID isn't affected)
3109  Economy / Service Announcements / Re: Cryptopia Cryptocurrency Platform Services and Development on: December 09, 2020, 03:36:19 PM
Does anyone know when the trial for that guy (who has name suppression) (who is a former employee of Cryptopia) who was arrested for stealing crypto from Cryptopia more than a year ago is going?

I'm surprised no one in this thread has picked up on it as yet.
3110  Economy / Gambling / Re: FreeBitco.in-$200 FreeBTC⭐Win Lambo🔥0.2BTC DailyJackpot🏆$32,500 Wager Contest on: December 07, 2020, 07:38:04 AM
I hope the stakes are well stacked, the type that is arranged in order, ascending or descending so that it is not a bit complicated to look or find options, just a suggestion.

From what I can tell it appears as though the various wagers for one topic are from shortest to longest odds and adjust accordingly.  I've got two bets that'd payout nicely if BTC gets that high.

You're actually the first to spot it.
...
If it results in there being no winning outcome listed then all bets get refunded.

Thanks - I can't imagine what 2021's price range might look like...  (merits won't go astray either  Grin )

$ 30k - $ 35k at the end of 2021 ??
3111  Economy / Reputation / Re: ~OgNasty's self scratching on: December 07, 2020, 12:11:02 AM
You don't need to be a mod to do that.  If I've posted in the wrong section, I move without a link.  If a post already has replies, I leave I link.

But you wouldn't do it hundreds of times though.  Or, to threads that haven't been posted in for months if not years ??

And just like that @Rainbowsky has been banned after-all.

I wonder how long it will be before there are alts CH style echo-chambering each-other concerning Rainbowsky??
3113  Economy / Reputation / Re: ~OgNasty's self scratching on: December 06, 2020, 11:04:10 PM
This is going to betray some serious stupidity on my part, but I didn't realize you could do something like that to your advantage, i.e., making DT2 members out of those who've left you positive trust, thereby boosting your trust score.

Has the method of counting trust scores changed?  I'm certain I've seen where a user has two or more trust feedback from the same user and the reciepient appears to have 20, 30 whatever scores reflecting (instead of counting just one from each person) - (and I'm talking about on the Forum pages, not the BPIP site)

Another example of how you can boost your personal score is to become and admin or mod and then start moving threads backwards and forth leaving "this thread has been moved to <name> section." posts.

An example of that is Lauda's early posts (into the hundreds, if not thousands) are like that. e.g. LINK Archive [1a], [1b]

Something for the BPIP team to factor in when counting such scores.

Sorry if this has been asked previously, but in the bitcoin price for the end of 2020, there doesn't seem to be a $25,001 to $25,500 band to place bets on:

As you can see, there's a $24,001 to $25,000 and a $25,501 to $27,500 bands, but none for that sweet spot $25,001 to $25,500 (I can't sort the wagers on their ascending or descending prices, but have scrolled back and forth a few times and can't see it anywhere)

You really need to take a chill pill, have a nice walk in the park and feel refreshed.

Here's an image from bing.com which is today's image.  Imagine a tranquil place such as this.

Have a nice day.

I'm surprised I didn't noticed this lol but my explanation for me is this simple, I copied his application post since he was the last post on that thread and forgot to update my segwit btc address coz I wasn't approved on that Signature campaign and didn't bother myself to check. Try to investigate about our accounts if this is any connected, I'm open for any  Wink

It was my mistake lol not a big deal for me

That's a very lame excuse (and a very old one at that) - try coming up with something a little more original next time.

Round 39 Payments have been sent out!

Thank you all for yet another great week! Keep it up Smiley

No new positions have opened up.

Hi and thank you for this week's payment.  I was wondering if I can change my wallet address for payments to the following:

Code:
bc1qj0v4ayku5fphen4ykgfqm36x874cma8jw0drzc

as I've upgraded to core version 20

Thanks again,
3118  Economy / Gambling / Re: Casinos Withdrawal Fees Rise (!?)|| November 2020 on: December 05, 2020, 10:06:44 PM
Well you can always gor for gambling casinos where they have an exchange function capable of you exchanging your BTC to another altcoin that has lower transaction fee and then later on just converting it back to BTC. I know some gambling sites have this made becahse of the high withdrawal fees but actually some crypto gambling sites just removed it entirely because some people are abusing it and literally using it just to trade crypto.

I can see that being left open to abuse with users simply using the site to exchange their crypto to another coin without actually engaging in any game plays (or very little to give the illusion of gaming) - tracking IP's should go a little way to keeping tabs on punters who are just swapping crypto4crypto
3119  Economy / Reputation / Re: DT1 and DT2 members who have negative feedback (or are banned) on: December 05, 2020, 09:05:00 PM

No, you don't, but you dare talking ridiculous (and false) things about me. If you don't remember, read the feedback you gave me. And look for what you gave me that feedback!

You're crying because of NEUTRAL trust feedback that I left some ten months ago?

Week 56 I distrust you.

Week 58 you create a trust list of ten UID's

Week 86 after nine users have distrusted you in the proceeding thirty weeks, you in one week add sixteen UID's to your distrust list, of the nine who distrust you, you in turn distrust eight (a fraction over 90%)  -  I doubt you could claim you didn't know about the DT system and "just happened to pick the eight at random".

3120  Other / Meta / Re: Why aren't AUTO-BANNED user's threads deleted (or at least locked)? on: December 05, 2020, 08:45:46 PM
Yeah, that's just stupid.  It's unfortunate that there isn't a good way to keep banned members from creating new profiles.  We all know they do it, even hilarousandco and the other moderators.  Unless someone comes up with a way to stop that, all of this BS is going to keep happening, which it most certainly will, since I doubt Theymos gives a shit.

KYC might slow things down a little.  (OR 2FA at the very least)

One "main" account plus one "mobile" account for account recovery/ban appeal etc.  Any other accounts for a specific purpose such as alt coin [ANN], ICO or similar should carry an entry on the profile page of which UID is behind the curtain pulling the strings.

Officially outlawing the sale of UID's (not just turning a blind eye because it's gone off site for the most part) would go a long way to restoring order and accountability.

Banned should be just that.  Temporary suspensions should have a different name to avoid confusion and successful ban appeals should be documented in their own thread.
