I'm so surprised that Aston Villa were able to draw the match with Manchester United. Wow, that's awesome, good performance Aston villa. All my mind was that Manchester United would have shined with that match.
Since the kick off of the 2nd half, Aston Villa played better than the 1st half. They dominated the game, created so many goal attempts in the early 15 minutes but De Gea did his job well with his saves. I thought it was the end when Bruno scored the 2nd goal but I was wrong, Aston Villa did not give up and they forced themselves to fight till the end of the match. A well deserved point for Aston Villa, but looking at how both team play, I think Aston Villa is better than United. I agree with you it's not luck Aston Villa did it with every effort even I think if the game had more time then Aston Villa could have scored the 3rd goal I saw how Aston Villa were overconfident since scoring the first goal until it continues in the 2nd goal at the same time the mentality of the Man United players is starting to down sadly Aston Villa doesn't have more time time must end. In fact, it is the misfortune of Austin Villa and the poor performance of Manchester United. They are lead by 2-0 till 77 minutes, still they drew this match. My gosh, I can't believe the Warriors had a huge blowout win against the Bulls. I'm thinking that the Bulls are really a strong team but they lose to the Nets, now the Warriors. It was a nice bounce back by the Warriors, they only took out Thompson to stop their losing streak, and now they are back.
Curry wasn't so impressive but the contribution of all is pretty evident in this game, and that's the reason why they dominated the Bulls.
This is the big difference between the Lakers and the Warriors right now. In the Warriors, even their star player Stephen Curry doesn't have a big night there is somebody who can step up, contribute and even carry the whole team to victory and that is why they are one of the most dominating teams right now. In the Lakers, even Lebron is having an off night it isn't enough for the team to win "sometimes". I mean there is no second or third contributor to the team when it comes to offense. Stepping up is what they need but as the trade deadline is coming, I think the best for the team is to trade some players and get younger ones. No offense and Lebron is a great leader of the team. Its just that the players around him doesn't contributing much for them to dominate the league. Overall, its nice to see that the Warriors have players who can just take over whenever Steph is having a bad night. @Sanitough, Yeah... As Stephen Curry was struggling, you know, Kuminga really showed his game perfectly. His shouting, rebounding was a spectacular scene, wasn't it? Messi was a great player for Barcelona, prolly the best to ever come out of camp nou, but I'd not say that he singlehandedly carried Barcelona to glory, I know he was their most important and influential player, But Barcelona is a great club and they had a lot of quality players, Messi made them absolutely complete, but he wasn't everything, he also needed other players to function as well, what I mean is, Barca and Messi had a seamless relationship. Just take a look at how things are panning out in PSG for Messi, he isn't at his best cause he does not seem to have the sort of connection he had at Barcelona. Having said that, I still don't think PSG are somewhat ready to win the CL, they have the individual talents, but as a team, they are not the best and it could still take them a while before they are CL champions.
Messi wasn't singlehandedly carrying but he had the most impact on the pitch for Barcelona. We also cannot deny the impact players like Xavi, Iniesta or Neymar had but Messi had the most impact. Before Neymar and Suarez joined, he had the duty of scoring goals and he did that very well. Even scoring 91 goals in a calendar year. (I dunno how he did that) After Neymar and Suarez joined, he moved to the right flank and assisted them with tons of goals also while he scored lots by himself. @Coyster, yes agreed, not singlehandedly but he was the most important player in my eyes. I'm not saying that Iniesta or Xavi didn't do anything for Barcelona but if we look at the larger timeline, with Xavi/Iniesta and after the Xavi/Iniesta era, Messi is the most important one. Even before he left, Barcelona were in a good state. Their attacks were good,, the build-up was good. But after he left, it seemed like Barcelona forgot to build up to the attack. |

I think even in the Jarrett Allen and DeAngelo Russell days they played better than this. I think the rule changes and covid rules have something to do with it, but you'd think Durant would be able to carry his team better than this. Maybe they're trying to play it safe and avoid injuries or are waiting until after the all star break to turn it on... We'll see...
Confused Brooklyn Nets. Losing against a team without their stars Dame, CJ, and Powell. Yes, that's disappointing. Blake Griffin only played 11 minutes, I don't know what happened but Irving and KD played 40+ minutes and now I am starting to think they are doing load management thing that had been a disgust to most critics back then. Being safe in the 2nd spot give credits to do this strategies and more teams will be doing the same while they are not on check because of Covid issues. And it's really hard for us bettors who thinks that Brooklyn can win this game and not to go ease with Portland since they don't have their stars. Unfortunately, for us, the Nets losses this game by a good margin. However, I don't think they are doing load management, they used to be on the top spot in the Eastern conference and if they won't win they the Sixers and the Bucks are going to take their position in the second spot so no need to play safe right now. I think that KD is playing his best game. Yes, he can do better, but though he is giving his 100%. What's missing is the support from his teammates. If you look at the stats, only 3 players from the Nets were able to score double digits. But 5 players from Trail Blazers were able to hit double digits and among them, 3 hit the 20 point mark. I thought that after Kyrie's return, the Nets will be able to bring in better results but even his return doesn't seem like has made any difference whatsoever. |

Roma vs Juventus is currently the match of the year, what an interesting match, Roma was carried away thinking that they cannot loose with the fact that they are leading by two goals, Pellegrini could have leveled it up, a poor penalty from him cost them, Juventus really fought hard, can't believe that they can score good three goals in just 11min.
This is the most exciting match I've ever seen this year. The first half ended in a 1-1 draw. Both teams played well in the first half. But the second half became more enjoyable. Roma took a 3-1 lead in the 53rd minute. It seemed at the time that Juventus might not be able to return to the truck. However, in 70 to 77 minutes Juventus scored 3 goals and took the lead in the match again. Roma then had a chance to score from the penalty spot but they missed. It's great to see that F1 is always looking for new things to engage fans more and win new ones too. Happy to know that the São Paulo GP is one of those chosen to host this news. There will definitely be more action on the track, drivers and teams will be better rewarded based on their merit and it also gives others the chance to bounce back over the weekend in order to increase their chances of doing well on Sunday. I'm already looking forward to the restart of F1. This is some great news for the fans and I also think that this will be a better decision for the future of F1 in general. Having varieties of races will get the fans more engaged and maybe we'll get to see different cars excelling at different types of races? Also, this will test the drivers to the limits and also the organization itself. Do you guys think that the organizations will change the cars for different races or will use the same one for all? |

Thunder vs Nuggets was a close fight but as expected Nikola Jokic and Austin Rivers have kept the pace to a Nuggets win, the Oklahoma Thunders really giving the Nuggets a hard time in the 2nd and 3rd quarters of the game,
A well-deserved win for Oklahoma City. Although was a close game, they came on top of the Nuggets. It was a match well-played by Jokic and Rivers as both scored 22 points but seems like every player in the Thunder squad had a run at the basket  . While the Mavericks VS Bulls at the last moment Luka Doncic is playing I say to myself it will be a hard game for the Chicago Bulls and the combined efforts of DeMar DeRozan and Zach LaVine is not enough to Luka Doncic, Maxi Kleber, and Josh Green's combination, it was a great game and losing my bet was still OK,
And the Mavs won by a big margin of 14 points against the Bulls. DeRozan disappointed me in this game. He could've played far better than scoring only 20 points in the minutes he was given. Though he's aging and that's a factor as well. sorry for your loss. And this game makes me really cry, the return of Klay Thomson was really spectacular, that dunk he made getting away on Cavalier's 4 defenders was the highlight I think everyone love and the Otto Porter Jr. Moments when he made a shot then got a foul a 3 point play, then when getting his free throw I really think he intentionally misses that shot to rebound and make a 2 point score, that was really a great play, in my opinion, it was a fun game to watch even though Draymond Green really is playing this game but suddenly came out after the tip-off, and it said to the news that it is because he was suffering from a left calf tightness,
And the GSW win again . They are having a big winning streak right now and now they look better than ever with the addition of Klay. |

Both Osasuna and Sevilla did impressed my eyes yesterday fixtures. I don't understand why Sevilla and Osasuna fascinated you. Both the matches were one-sided. Sevilla are a much stronger team than Getafe. Osasuna, on the other hand, is a better team than Cadiz. Cadiz is now in the relegation zone. I won the bet in both the matches. The result of the match was easily predicted. Athletico Madrid are nowhere ready to defend the la Liga...they have no motivation since Suarez got injured.
The problem is that after winning the title the previous season, we expected a good performance from Atletico Madrid this season. We thought they would fight for the title this season. But we have seen their poor performance since the beginning of the season. They are now more weaker due to Suarez's injury. They are performing very irregularly. |
