3101  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Segwit2x Cancel bitcoin go down, potential to buy altcoin? on: November 10, 2017, 05:48:50 PM
The cancellation of SegWit2x was misunderstood by many, and people saw it as a manipulation effort. It is certainly not a division that is wrong, but for now it was unnecessary. Maybe they can try again in the future.
3102  Bitcoin / Legal / Re: Do ICO's need licenses? on: November 10, 2017, 05:36:11 PM
I do not think ICOs need a license, but the license is not entirely unnecessary. China's prejudices may be resolved with a license. After all, every state wants to keep all things under their control.
3103  Bitcoin / Legal / Re: Russia will regulate cryptourrencies on: November 10, 2017, 05:33:37 PM
Putin used to keep everything under control. Russian even an opinion can not Express freely. You think he might allow free circulation of cryptocurrency? Lol. I'm sure he will ban all cryptocurrencies except the one which is created by Russian. I will never use it. I would not be surprised if along with the code of the wallet to the computer is installed some kind of spyware. I don't believe the Russians and their currency.
I have not heard from Russia about legalization of BTC, but I heard that you support etherum and etc. I think Etherum could lose this competition again.
3104  Bitcoin / Legal / Re: Legal to gamble with Bitcoin in the US? on: November 10, 2017, 05:30:29 PM
Is it legal to gamble with Bitcoin in the US? Oklahoma? Asking for a friend..... lol

Gambling especially online casinos and the popular eSports platforms are all legal in USA granted that the company has successfully applied for and got approval of all the required documents from the appropriate governmental agencies and let's not forget as long as the state you are in has no specific law banning that specific gambling activity.

Online gambling is now a very big and at the same time a very lucrative industry. With the help of the blockchain technology that is providing many new innovations to gambling, this industry is poised for more real growth and can really explode in the coming years. No wonder there are now many gambling projects introducing their own ICOs to entice the public to invest on their tokens.

We just have to careful not to get addicted and at the end lost everything we worked for!

OP does not mention online games, because the place has indicated the name. For this reason, it is currently impossible to bet with btc physically. At least I think of such a technology coming.
3105  Bitcoin / Legal / Re: ICO ban for the US citizens on: November 10, 2017, 05:26:05 PM
Some of the bigger cryptocurrency ICOs will ensure they hire lawyers who can create a more “workable” environment for interested parties. If they would not take these steps, their entire token sale would be liable to criminal charges in the US. That is, assuming the SEC would ever decide to investigate a particular crowdsale for those specific reasons. It is highly unlikely that will happen, even though the SEC is looking to regulate ICOs moving forward.
I think the government does not want to ban ICCs but just wants to take control, but in this case there can be monopolization, a balanced way.
3106  Bitcoin / Press / Re: [2017-11-09] Will bitcoin be the demise of gold? on: November 10, 2017, 05:13:32 PM
There is a natural process. Demand for bitcoin, and in general for the crypto currency is increasing. People, instead of investing in gold, as before, are investing in bitcoin and, following the fall in demand for gold, it starts to fall in price. However, this will happen until a certain point. Gold will still always be a classic repository of value. Crypto currency can not completely dislodge gold, it will always have a certain demand and will be used as a repository of value.

It is not technically possible to take the gold of Bitcoin because it is an element frequently used in gold space and electronic fields, for this reason it is among the gold precious metals.
3107  Economy / Economics / Re: Long term argument for bitcoin on: November 09, 2017, 08:07:34 AM
Yes it is an important factor since bitcoin is the first and leading crypto-currencies that is why a lot people are confident that bitcoin will get on a long term and can be alive in a long run, for sure it will have a good value for the future. Maybe litecoin needs to have more advertisement to do. But as of now bitcoin is recommended as many people are using it and they know how bitcoin they do a lot.
Crypto is the first example of money in terms of Bitcoin, but Litecoin silent silence gained much value, the number of users increased, there was a value between 3-4 dollars a night. If Litecoin's advertisement was made, it would be $ 300.
3108  Economy / Economics / Re: Tell me a secret: any way to earn 0.1 BTC per week? on: November 09, 2017, 08:03:51 AM
In gambling some people win only for once or for a couple of times. And some people make it a profession. I have real life experience. It is socially unhealthy while a person adopts gambling as a source of earning money. While trading is good source of income. If he wants to earn that much per week that I will suggest him to go to that way of earning money as in trade. He will earn more than 0.1 BTC per week. But Trading is not risk free, indeed too risky.
0.1 BTC equal to about 750 dollars, high amount for me, if I knew how to win, I would win. Yes trading is very dangerous now, and I'm losing a lot of money.
3109  Economy / Economics / Re: When is the right time to buy bitcoin ? on: November 09, 2017, 07:59:02 AM
If you would to buy bitcoin, i strongly recommend you buy now. no time to late, even prices bitcoins is 7500$, Bitcoins is our future. I believe 2018 prices bitcoin will be raised to $10K. I can predict them by a population bitcoins has big on side worlds. This is your take a big changes.

There is more to the year 2018, Bitcoin's $ 10,000 means that we will profit 43-48%, we do not know what to expect us in 2018, My guess is that Bitcoin will be at $ 8000 level, that is the same
3110  Economy / Economics / Re: Bitcoin vs Ethereum after 5 years? on: November 09, 2017, 07:54:51 AM
What is most profitable to invest for 5 years ?BT or ETH
I would say that Bitcoin is more profitable with that period of time. Bitcoin is known for its best at long term investment while altcoin are good at short term investments. Etherium is an altcoin so I think it won't be that much profitable as investing to Bitcoin for 5 years. So in my opinion, Butcoin will be more profitable since itd value is continuously increasing.
I think every crypto currency has a peak, there's no more price increase from that peak. For this reason Bitcoin has not approached the peak yet, but the Altcoins have more potential.
3111  Economy / Marketplace / Re: Paying with Btcoin on: November 09, 2017, 07:50:29 AM
You only can do that in few countries in which Bitcoin is legalized already. Beside in which countries Bitcoin is legalized already, you can use Bitcoin to pay or purchase anything you want but in other country where Bitcoin is not legalized yet, you will have to exchange it into local currency to pay or purchase and it's the same with my country.

It is not necessary to live in a country that has licensed Bitcoin to pay for it. States act slowly and sometimes these times last 10-20 years. And the states do research. There is no prohibition in this period.
3112  Economy / Marketplace / Re: Amazon accepting Bitcoin - What can go wrong? on: November 09, 2017, 07:40:29 AM
Amazon does not need Bitcoin, so there is no such improvement, one of the things I want the most is that Bitcoin is used as a payment method. If Amazon accepts Bitcoin as the payment method, we only know this from the price increase.
3113  Economy / Marketplace / Re: Give me advice pls! (Online shop) on: November 09, 2017, 07:37:51 AM
Hi there,

I want to launch my own online shop which will accept bitcoin as payment but I can't decide what to sell   Smiley

Please post here what would you buy for bitcoins? Watches, video games, food ?

Thanks!

Although Bitcoin is a payment method, it is not very useful for making payments at the moment, but users are hesitant to pay due to sudden price changes. Litecon is fixed to a more stable structure. Maybe it's Litecoin, which is suitable for shopping.
3114  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Cancellation of Segwit2x and it's effect on BTC value on: November 09, 2017, 07:28:27 AM
Who gives the division decision? In other words, it needs to be real people to get a consensus. Who makes this decision? I think it's wrong to manage an independent currency. If the decision makers are representatives of the mayor miners, I still have an objection.
3115  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Trading tips on: November 09, 2017, 07:24:40 AM
My tip is :
Nerver loan money to trade
Nerver all in
Nerver send private key to another
Never thinking like majority
Never with the Nerver comes the different meanings, the private key is your only security, if you share the private key with someone else. This will not be a return.
3116  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: 10k before or after fork on: November 09, 2017, 07:18:48 AM
Hey guys.. lurker here just posting for the first time. I’ve been slowly buying btc, etc and waves for toast two months or so with good returns. I have 10k in my hands to invest. Would you guys recommend waiting until after the fork???
Segwit was canceled, your $ 10,000 target was another year, if segwit was real, the price of Bitcoin would be very low.
3117  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Why you should buy Bitcoin now. on: November 09, 2017, 07:16:28 AM
Bitcoin prices reached the peak yesterday ($ 7900) due to Segwit's cancellation yesterday. I think this is an opportunity, Bitcoin could go up to $ 8,000 again.
3118  Bitcoin / Legal / Re: Crypto for EU on: November 09, 2017, 07:12:03 AM
I think every country of the EU will show it's position to crypto soon. I suppose in such loyal countries like Sweden and Nederlands bitcoin will be welcomed, but other countries probably will follow by the way of banning and/or regulation.
No ban or regulation has come from other european countries, yet the support given by Russia to Etherum is known by everyone.
3119  Other / Off-topic / Re: world without bitcoins......!!!1 on: November 09, 2017, 07:07:35 AM
Everything in this world is possible, Bitcoin rising to $6,000 was totally unexpected similarly it may happen that Bitcoin is eradicated from the world. It may be a situation in which every country dance Bitcoin due to which its popularity decreases and no one uses it anymore. But in such cases people may switch to another cryptocurrency or altcoin. Crypto users are wise enough to know where to invest at right point. So there is no need to panic thinking what will happen in a world without Bitcoin nothing going to change ww will see a substitute to Bitcoin nothing else.
The only thing that makes Bitcoin valuable is its unique technology. If the technology goes back one day, that is, if a better technology comes out, everyone will support the new technology. Champions always change.
3120  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Segwit2x cancellation discussion on: November 09, 2017, 06:59:26 AM
Hey guys, how about we create our voting here in the forum about the Segwit2x. Someone should create it for us to know if Bitcointalk forum agrees or not. This can shade light in our stand about this move. Anyone agrees with it? hehe. If someone create the voting, please post the link here for us to vote...

No need to voting, everybody writes what you think, I think about Segwit negatively, 1 Mb block volume is enough now, enough in future.
