I cant prediction in this bad market situation. But last year this quarter i saw has same market condition. Some times also end of this year will be up altcoins and btc market like last year. Agree, specially those ICO that are based on ERC20. Most of them are theft , they jsut want to take and run the money of every investors, I hope this kind of problem will be lessen, because most of the victims on that case are the newbies, those people who are just starting in crypto. How sad is that.
