I am so mad at Trump I've already had 3 periods this month!!

None of the nuclear powers can be invaded. Intervening in Ukraine is one thing and invading Russia is another. If the UK and US send their troops to Ukraine, it will not necessarily start the WW3. On the other hand, if they send their troops to invade Russia, it will definitely signal the start of WW3 and MAD. Russia will definitely use some of its 10,000 nuclear war heads and half the world will turn to radio-active waste land.

My sister is a conscientious, fastidious nurse. She tells me that many of the other nurses don't seem to care much. Just there for the job. Often over $50 an hour. |

 Guns are made for one purpose, and that purpose is to kill. I believe that guns are not weapons, they are tools. How they are used is up to the person holding it. Guns are especially dangerous in the hands of people who don't know how to use them (i.e., kids and teenagers) as well as those who are mentally ill and/or have a temper problem. Gun control will not stop violence because a violent person doesn’t need a gun to be violent. After the Sandy Hook Elementary shooting in Newtown, Connecticut, support for gun control increased dramatically. Generally in America, the support for gun control has outweighed the support for gun rights. Are gun control laws constitutional? What would be your ideal set of laws regarding firearms? i think that guns are just carried by law-enforcement officers.. because gun possesion can be abused by evil minded people.. they can easily kill their enemies without any hesitation.. Let's say, hypothetically, that you could somehow prove the universe had a creator... Can you prove it was only 1 god, and not 3 or 50 gods working together? Can you prove it was not the Invisible Pink Unicorn, or the Flying Spaghetti Monster?   Can you prove the universe was created by the Christian God? Thank God that science and logic are proving things that I might not be able to prove. Why bother replying if you neither answer any of the questions, nor provide your "proof that god exists"? Did you even read it, or just pull a random response out of a hat? Are you a bot? Can you provide evidence that you are not a robot? "Me Moloch. Me want this and this and this." I feel like debating a brick wall would be more productive... Why are you here? Do you enjoy spending all day trolling like a 12 year old? Actually, I was once a committed atheist!
I guess you changed your ideas and concluded that your beliefs (by coincidence, of course, similar to the Samsara on religious Hinduism that probably you learned in your infancy) are scientifically proven based only on those "aware studies". I already wrote more than once that, at most, those studies are anecdotal cases (scientific evidence must respect reproducibility: it must be able to be replicable by others) "supporting" the conclusion that the brain can register a few basic sensations even after 40 seconds without blood. I also wrote that nothingness is simple being non-existent. If you think you have evidence you existed before being conceived, your science is very different than the one that is made by scientists. Regarding the question about if we existed before we existed... The Bible talks about God knowing us before we existed. But, it talks about it more or less like God was making plans. There is nowhere in the Bible that says that we existed before we existed. But there is nowhere that explicitly says we did not. And there are hints that we might have, in some strange way. God is powerful and full of understanding and knowledge way beyond anything we can conceive of. The fact of cause and effect in all the universe through all time that we are aware of, shows us that God firmly had the plan in mind for our existence. In the greatness that is the mind of God, we might essentially have existed even though we did not in any way that we understand it. This is a question that is essentially beyond our capability of finding the answer for. Regarding nothingness, there are several passages in the New Testament that say that nothing is impossible with God. These passages generally are understood to mean that God can do anything. My point is, in the presence of God, perhaps nothingness is something that does not exist. Again, we are talking about something that is beyond our understanding, and perhaps beyond the dimensions of this universe regarding understandability. |
