3122  Other / Politics & Society / Re: Obama to ICE Agents: screw the Constitution__ follow my orders or else! on: March 02, 2015, 10:09:55 PM
What I find most amusing about all of this crap is how some Americans particularly the ones here who should know better genuinely believe that the Republicans will somehow be their salvation.
That's a very strange comment in these circumstances of late.

Given that not a single one of the abuses of executive orders by Obama would have been done by a Republican president (and likely not by any other Democrat) the cessation of the abuse of power consists of simply getting Obama out.

If you can find that amusing by looking at the practical impact that has, namely that Republicans hold office, I guess go off in the corner and laugh or something.

Increased powers were given in a previous administration, a Republican one.

Slow down there fella and increase the speed setting... to something like 1000.

Or maybe primedice is just lagging...Not that it matters it still makes the bets despite any such errors.

I tried up to 3500, it stills fails to make proper betting, but the website is experiencing some problems, even automatic better doesn't work properly.

I use linux since 2001 or so, I'm a big proponent of free open-source software.

You should start using GNU/linux not only because it's safer and better but because it's the right thing to do. Smiley

I decided to attach each node to a person. Everyone who wants to become a miner shall make a video of his or her face and take a photo. Validation includes comparison of photo and video in order to make sure that it’s the same face. Video is only required, because it is almost impossible to forge, unlike photo.

Democratic coin (Dcoin or DC) is a decentralized electronic currency introduced in April 2014. Dcoin doesn’t have any central servers to process transactions or store funds.
Dcoin is not a bitcoin fork, since the Dcoin engine was written from scratch and features unique solutions that weren’t used in any other e-currency.
Dcoin development began in May 2011 by the programmer from St. Petersburg.

I've read some of of the information available, it's confusing, maybe when I have more time I'll take another look.

3137  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: how to i figure out my own private key/public key? on: February 26, 2015, 03:27:05 AM
With Coinbase you do not have access to the private keys, they are the custodians of your coins.

With Blockchain.info go to Import/Export and there you can find your private keys.
3138  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Litecoin - adoption and extensibility on: February 26, 2015, 03:14:57 AM
OP_Return will be included in Litecoin core from version 0.9.

Quote
So Litecoin Core 0.9 will follow Bitcoin Core's OP_RETURN default mining policy that allows 40 bytes of data. If Bitcoin Core changes their default to a different quantity of bytes we will match it.

3140  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Why Bitcoin and Not a better improved crypto? on: February 25, 2015, 09:42:08 PM
New software, new bugs, new testing, weak infrastructure.

If an altcoin is going to pass bitcoin adoption it will take years, not just for public awareness of said coin but it also has to pass the test of time and prove to be secure and reliable.
