3121  Economy / Exchanges / Re: Binance decreased withdrawal limits for basic verified users. on: July 28, 2021, 06:23:20 PM
As much as I hate the decision, one can only respect the way they did it, because and unlike some other exchanges out there, they notified the users before applying the changes, and also gave them enough time to withdraw their funds.
To be honest, those who are using a centralized exchange for trading our crypto-assets should always be ready to submit personal documents. Otherwise once a time we will encounter the same issue everywhere. I can recall once Bittrex limit withdrawal for non-verified users. I can't recall exactly what was the minimum withdrawal limits but I can recall I withdrawn my funds 5/6 times which has lead to a waste of transactions fees. I hadn't enough time to verify but there was the urgency of funds. For that, yes, Binance gives enough time to withdraw funds if someone doesn't like to submit documents.

If you need any forum-related campaign like a social media campaign or signature campaign then most probably I would help you. Here is my portfolio.

But need to know more about your concept before work with you. I have a little question, as you said fund control will exist in the user's hands, which means non-custodial.
Quote
How it works
YieldWallet allows holders of various Cryptocurrency tokens to earn a Yield (or Interest) in a Non-custodial manner (you never lose control of your funds).
But it seems we need to register on your site. Can you please explain how non-custodial works on your site? And please explain why have you used cartoons for your team members?
3123  Economy / Exchanges / Binance decreased withdrawal limits for basic verified users. on: July 27, 2021, 04:08:33 PM
As the title says, Binance decreased withdrawal limits for basic verified users.

Here are the article: Updates to Daily Withdrawal Limits

Those users who have big funds in basic verified accounts should withdraw their funds before 2021-08-04 00:00 AM (UTC).  Because after that withdrawal limits will be 0.06BTC.

I post it here because most newbies likely do not visit the Exchange section.
3124  Other / Archival / Re: Amazon news is a banal market manipulation on: July 27, 2021, 08:18:00 AM
To be honest, I was expecting something like that news. It was hard to believe Amazon accepting Bitcoin this year. But I was stupid didn't take short even I noticed Bitcoin is trading above $40K. I thought perhaps Bitcoin would break $45K within one or two days. But in the morning when open a trading account seems Bitcoin dropped a lot. I wondered if the Amazon news becomes false then what would happen? It just happened at the end of the day. Most probably it was a manipulation IMO.
3125  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: [Warning] holdfi.io - HYIP/Ponzi scheme on: July 26, 2021, 07:49:25 PM
Supported flags. I am just still curious how a DeFi project offers a high return where other projects can't do it. I know there are some DeFi projects those are really working on something new and working as well. But most projects I think don't have any real concept. They are just taking advantage of HYIP. To be honest, even I don't try to do deep research about DeFi or NFT HYIP. All decentralized tokens are part of DeFi and I am not interested to know about NFT. I am just staying out of them.

Anyway, Good catch OP.
3126  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: BTC to FIAT Bank Account Exchange Recommendation Required on: July 26, 2021, 07:33:58 PM
Welcome to the forum. Good thing you shared the problem with this community. You are in right place. Since you are looking for privacy and don't want to use any personal documents so @Charles-Tim has given you the best advice. You may proceed with that.

Besides that, perhaps scammers will try to contact you via PM to exchange Bitcoin. Just be careful of them. Don't deal with anybody without escrow the funds either it's a forum member or not. Forum members don't mean all are trusted. Just avoid PM from scammers.
3127  Other / Meta / Re: Change name ? on: July 26, 2021, 07:23:30 PM
Change a name is possible but quite complicated. Recently I have changed username although not big differences except uppercase and lowercase. But as a general user, we can't change it at any time. You have to write theymos with reasonable reasons to change the username. If he thinks your request is reasonable then most likely he could consider it. But before that, you should be an established member of this forum.
3128  Economy / Speculation / Re: What have changed in BTC price on: July 26, 2021, 07:12:59 PM
2021 is indeed the most Bitcoin adaption year. And we have seen a new ATH this year as well. Most probably it's because of this adaption. But it doesn't mean the price wouldn't drop and always should up only. Bitcoin is the most volatile cryptocurrency and most probably that's the reason why it's most popular than other cryptocurrencies in the market. By the way, just now I have seen in Binance Bitcoin trading above $39K and trying hard to break the $40K zone. It's because most likely Amazon going to adopt Bitcoin.
3129  Economy / Reputation / Re: Mycelium Wallet Promoting Scam Bookies 1xbit.com on: July 25, 2021, 05:01:36 PM
I am not familiar with Mycelium wallet nor I am using that anyway. But I heard Mycelium is a well-reputed Bitcoin wallet. Actually, this advertising is a part of business, it's pretty sure they have a business partnership and that's why they are advertising a scam site like 1xbit. Perhaps Mycelium getting short-time benefits from 1xbit but for a long time, they are going to losing potential users. Because once Mycelium's users will join 1xbit and encounter scammy behaviors then definitely that users will leave Mycelium. Or they don't know about 1xbit scammy behaviors like theymos missed it at the beginning of running forum ads.
3130  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Direct Sending of Coins to another Coin Wallet. on: July 25, 2021, 03:46:55 PM
Still, you can do it from the instant exchange. Send them eth them and you will receive your desired coins. Isn't that? I mean you won't receive in ripple, but in exchange you have eth. If that exchange doesn't have ripple or you don't want to exchange from there then you may swap it from the instant exchange. If you are wondering to send cross-chain transactions then it's not possible or it will not possible in the future. Somehow coin should convert either by you or automatically by an exchange.
3131  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Need help with trading on: July 25, 2021, 03:12:56 PM
Losing funds is a part of trading. Doesn't necessarily have to be much panic. You can't win always in trading and you should accept it as a normal trading behavior. I admit at the beginning most newbies losing portfolios due to lack of knowledge and you have to spend more time to learn more. Pumping price sometimes doesn't mean this coin is a potential coin. You have to research more before choosing a coin for trading. First of all, you have to choose a few coins and add in your favorite. Perhaps you may select ten pairs this way. Then trade from there in real-time. You have to decide what is the suitable time for trading. Just keep watch coins from your favorite list with patience. And enter in trade when necessary and exit as well when you have profit.
3132  Other / Meta / Re: If Bitcoin crashes would this forum still exist? on: July 25, 2021, 06:23:52 AM
If you studied the forum histories then you wouldn't create this thread. Just see records what was the Bitcoin value once the forum was established and after that, how many times Bitcoin price crashed and what was the impact. If you can find the record simply you will get your answer yourself although many users already explained it. Just learn a little bit by research yourself, so many solutions will be in front of you.
3133  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: do you believe on signals? on: July 24, 2021, 07:02:33 PM
First of all, don't buy signals. I think most paid signals groups have free signals channels as well where they promote themselves. You might follow them there just to get updates, not for trading with their signals. Believe me, they just faking signals. Sometimes their signal works because they built a big group where they broadcast signals. But you wouldn't lucky enough to catch it. So don't follow them for trading. Just imagine, if anyone knows exactly what is going to happen with a coin then he would be a millionaire by investing that coin. It doesn't necessary to sell signals. I am talking about all paid and free signals, so just avoid that.
3134  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Do you accept hackers’ Bitcoin donations to charitable organizations? on: July 24, 2021, 06:56:01 PM
If a charity organization accept donations through Bitcoin and hacker want to donate then how will we know the funds came from where and who is donating? Definitely, a hacker will not send funds directly from his wallet, using a mixer means no way to determine who sent it. In this case, even charity organizations don't like hacking funds but they can't do anything since they don't know who sent it. But for me, I don't like or don't accept this kind of behavior. You want to help then earn yourself and donate that. Doesn't necessary to steal from others and donate to charity.
3135  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: CEO of Twitter has full control of the Bitcoin market by banning Elon Musk on: July 24, 2021, 06:45:29 PM
Your idea isn't going to happen practically and I don't see any reason why Twitter should ban Elon although I don't like manipulation. You know very well that Elon is enough technical person enough to create a stronger social media than Twitter. Both Elon and Jack is Bitcoin fan, shouldn't ban each other. A lot of persons or organizations Tweeting about Bitcoin and cryptocurrency, should ban all of them? It wouldn't be a solution by the way. Let's look for other possible solutions if you have.
3136  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: BIKI EXCHANGE - SCAM ACCOUNT FROZEN FOR ALLEGED "BATCH REGISTRATION" on: July 24, 2021, 08:14:34 AM
Please avoid coloring fonts, it's discouraging to read your thread. Any reasonable users would avoid reading and reply to your thread. On the other hand, please edit your post with correct scam accusation format to get appropriate suggestions from the community. First time heard about the BIKI exchange. So please add more details.
3137  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: I'm curious about our Trust Score! on: July 23, 2021, 06:15:29 PM
Just to clarify, you are seeing my trust score based on your trust list. Note that, all default trusted members are in your trust list automatically if your custom trust list is zero. The same goes for all members. If you customize your trust list then the trust score will visible to you based on that. So your friend has a customize trust list that is different than you. For example, in my profile, I am seeing 20 green trusts but it won't same for you. But as DdmrDdmr said, you may see the default trust score by adding ;dt after profile link. That score will visible same for everyone.
3138  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: What Happens To Your Crypto If You Sleep One Day and Don't Wake Up The Next Day? on: July 23, 2021, 06:04:25 PM
I have a question for you, do you manage any hard notebook to write you all the credentials related to crypto? If so, then simply write a trusted person's name on the notebook with a phone number who could help recover your funds and handover to your family after you pass away. Better if you tech one of your family members about how works cryptocurrency and how they could recover. For me, I have written one of my trusted friend name and mobile number as well. If I pass away my family member would call him to recover all the crypto since I write all the credentials I am connected with. I know it's hard to trust anyone else, but I don't have any other option. No one from my family member is enough educated to recover the funds. So you may do the same as me, I don't see any alternatives way.
3139  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Why newbies lose huge money in trading on: July 23, 2021, 05:07:03 PM
Trading isn't like gambling where you can depend on luck at all. There is a technical issue related to crypto-currency trading. We all know that "a little learn is a dangerous thing", that's happening with newbie traders and as a result, they are encountering loss a lot. I was thought the same, at the beginning, I thought I am ready for trading and start it, and of course, I lost almost my all portfolio which hasn't recovered yet. So day by day I consider learning more and I think I only learn a basic thing for trading. I am not a pro trader yet. To become a pro trader you have to learn all technical analysis. We trade with emotion, sometimes gain and sometimes loss. That's how we need to learn, losing means you will be more encouraged to learn. So try more as much as you can learn.
3140  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: Catch a thief on: July 23, 2021, 06:54:27 AM
First of all, communication with Binance support was useful, they were able to find a connection with a specific user and recommended further action through the police. They will be able to provide the personal data of the owner at the official request of the police. I'll try to go this way.
Good to hear you already reach Binance and are on the way to a solution. I know it would be hard to get back your funds, but at least you will know the culprit who stole your funds. As usual, Binance wouldn't disclose any personal identity to you due to privacy issues. But they would disclose it to the legal department. So if using Bitcoin is legal in your country then you may proceed with further action to claim police. Best of luck to you.

For security reasons you must reset your Ledger device, don't save it on any machine either online or offline. Write it on paper and save it in multiple places. Don't share with anybody about seeds. Don't trust anyone with funds.
