3121  Economy / Economics / Re: Should we embrace a cashless policy?? on: June 04, 2022, 03:36:27 PM
Quote
I think we really need to implement this because it could lessen the spread of pandemic viruses. Dollar notes and coins has a lot of viruses passed from one hand to another.
Exactly, because it will really help many countries that pandemic has reduced their economy to use cashless policy system to recover all their losses they have experienced during the pandemic season. Those that adopted decentralized currency some years ago in their land, will not find it difficult to make use of cashless policy to improve their businesses and other things in their country. It will reduce inflation in the country and improve deflation which is the heart desires of humanity.
Blockchain is not really used in many nations, but a "cashless society" is not really a dream. I mean we are living in a world where we pay with our cards everywhere we go, I pay such a huge credit card debt every single month that I turn crazy sometimes when I see it, however I was the one that made it Cheesy.

Thankfully I have no debt right now, because I pay it in full each month, but I dream that I find enough money somewhere without a plan, like I wake up and find an old wallet type of deal, just enough to pay the credit card, then all of my salary is mine Cheesy That would be sweet. Hence, what I was trying to say was the fact that we already do not use cash that much anyway.
3122  Economy / Speculation / Re: Holding my horses for now on: June 04, 2022, 04:59:36 AM
DCA would be the key but only to those people who do have money to invest on but for those who dont have then the thing they would only do is to see their investment on a stable manner or something that they couldnt do something because of lack of funds which means that they would be holding their assets until the market would really make out some significant rise or make some reversal.
Myself had already accumulate when bitcoin drops less 30k level point which i can say a good entry or buy point but it would be still risk since we dont know if this one turns out to be a
dead cat bounce.
The point of "people who do not have money" doesn't make sense to me. I mean if you have 1 million dollars, you could do DCA by dividing that into 50k each. If you have 100k, then divide to 5k, if you have 10k then 500 dollars if you have 1k then 50 dollars, if you have even 100 bucks, just do like 10-20 dollars each (even though it would be wise to deposit it all at once but invest in intervals).

If you have less than 100 bucks, then do not invest at all. This is what I think, maybe I am wrong, but even the minimum of 100 dollars could be used for DCA, and anything under would be useless. So it doesn't matter if you have millions or just few hundred, DCA works for all people.
3123  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: How to Effectively Maximize Profits from Online Crypto Casinos on: June 03, 2022, 09:08:49 PM
The points in OP may or may not be good depending on how you see it. I don't think you can make profits from casinos but those are some decent points in general. The moment you start thinking how do I make money from a casino, you are getting into the danger zone of gambling addiction because now gambling is no more a fun activity but a means of earning money.

Let's be honest, if there was ever a method so easy to follow and make money from casinos, all the casinos would be closed by now. You either have to cheat the house somehow by finding a bug or glitch or you have to be super lucky to beat the house, the latter happens once in a while and the former lead you into problems.

The house has an edge against you and you are going to lose money no matter what. Yes following the advice in OP may help you in damage control but can't help you make money from gambling.
3124  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Bitcoin is available on NO KYC Crypton Exchange on: June 03, 2022, 08:12:36 PM
I Visited Crypton Exchange from the link provided in OP and here are my first impressions of the website

1- The landing page is very simple, should have some stats or check out other exchanges for inspiration.
2- The domain is good since it's 3 letter domain
3- I saw live chat which is good but the chat wasn't moving so either no one talks or there ain't many members yet.

Anyways will keep a track of the exchange and see how it does in the coming time. Also a small suggestion of you are the owner or part of the team, add a favicon to your exchange Wink.
3125  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Computer Scientists say Crypto Industry is Misleading??? on: June 03, 2022, 03:04:48 PM
I agree with them that some regulation is needed. It's not okay that crypto exchanges buy ads and tell people that they can become rich today if they register and start trading crypto (same goes for stocks and forex). Then those people lose their savings in the process, while exchanges can rich regardless of happens with crypto, because they get fees. In a gold rush, sell the shovels. Crypto shouldn't be banned, and government shouldn't interfere with innovation and open source software development, but regulating exchanges more tightly would be a good thing. And right now exchanges are lobbying to keep things as they are - letting them list whatever coin they want, create their own coins, offer extremely high leverage and so on. This doesn't create economic growth, it's just a transfer of money from the masses into the pockets of crypto elite.
Cryptocurrency is totally new, and it is the first of its kind to ever be made.  It is volatile, and anyone who is getting to know about it for the first time will always doubt it, and they will always think it is something that isn’t legit because of its volatile nature.

I believe that majority of us when we got to know about cryptocurrency the first time, we felt this doubt where we couldn’t trust it as to whether to invest our money in it or not. So, it should be a decision you make for yourself, if you feel that the risk is what you can afford to take, you can go ahead and do it, nobody is really forcing you to do it.

Moreover, no exchanges are advertising that you are going to get rich from trading cryptocurrency on their platform, majority of them would always state it even on their website that there are risks involved in trading cryptocurrency or any assets at all. So you all have to be careful.
3126  Economy / Gambling / Re: FORTUNEJACK.COM |Deposit 777 play with 1777 mBTC |Live Casino, Slots, Betting on: June 03, 2022, 01:32:56 PM
I believe there are many gamblers who like to gamble on International competitions because they know how to maximize the chance from the matches. Some people may think that predicting international matches is easier than domestic league but some other may say the opposite.
The complexity of predicting winners depends on how well the bettor knows about the team composition.  I think there is no difference between domestic and international betting difficulty as long as we know the skills of all the players involved.
There is a slight difference, and that is the type of competition. I feel like UCL versus World cup could be a good example, they are closer to each other, but if we are talking about the league, then there is a big difference. When it is a tournament format, there are teams who loses and goes home, but when it is a league format then even City lost games and still became champions, hence losing is guaranteed almost all the time.

So, you just have to suck up and try to bet better, plus there is no ties in tournament format and one has to move to next stage, whereas in the leagues there are tons of tie games. These are very important distinctions.
3127  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Will LUNA's downfall scare away investors from the crypto market? on: June 03, 2022, 10:58:23 AM
The LUNA team committed a big scam. The airdrop must be for all UST token holders both before and after the attack. Luna tokens were distributed only to owners of UST tokens before the attack, who used their tokens in Anchor Protocol. Holders of UST tokens before the attack did not receive compensation for losses.
Interestingly, I disagree with this. I do not think that they scammed anyone, I do not think that they are bad people, I just believe that they are morons who couldn't protect the money they were given and they just did stupid things.

Maybe I am wrong, and they actually did scammed people, maybe Do Kwon is a bad person who stole your money, but to me it looks like they tried something and did it legit and ended up losing a ton of money while doing it and other people scammed them out of your money. It is like a bank getting a bank robber, the bank is not the responsible party there, the robber is, but the bank lost your money, so you would be angry at the bank of course.
3128  Economy / Economics / Re: Stop buying from automated producers / businesses, it's making you poor on: June 03, 2022, 09:20:00 AM
I understand that technology and specially automated tech, is something that feels wrong for so many people. However, you need to realize that this is the next step towards capitalism and how it will rule out. Why do you think the world is in so much financial trouble right now when we have so many people?

We are at our peak population, we have enough people to produce anything we want, we could literally produce enough lambos for everyone, we have the resources for that and the people for that, or tesla for everyone and solar panels to cover all the energy needs we would ever have. These are all there, why not have it? Because that won't be profitable for the elite, that is the only reason.
3129  Economy / Gambling / Re: BitLucy.com 🎰 100% Deposit Match ⚽🏏🥊🏀 UP TO €5000! 🔥 on: June 03, 2022, 05:26:43 AM
Working this hard to build the website back up is certainly a big deal. It will make sure that you are doing much better, however you need to do a bigger marketing situation in order to get a lot more attention. Look at here, it is not getting the attention it deserves and the attention you should get based on your hard work.

You have worked hard to make this website much better, even the fact that you are not ready made template anymore should be known by more people than just come in here. I highly suggest a signature campaign, if not then at least a high amount of money spent on social media ads could work out well for you as well if you can, influencers are also another way to go.
3130  Economy / Gambling / Re: FreeBitco.in-$200 FreeBTC⭐Win Lambo🔥0.2BTC DailyJackpot🏆$32,500 Wager Contest on: June 02, 2022, 09:48:20 PM
I am happy for the people that won but the amount they won I believe is not that great if they didn't bet a lot of money because that price target was the most natural for the May period and the odds weren't that great.
We can get a little extra if we bet early because it will get a higher TWM, but this is more risky because the price of BTC is difficult to predict, and I think all betting are difficult to predict the outcome, just as I believe Djokovic will be able to win the French Open this year but it turns out he lost and I only chose one bet on men's and one on women, hopefully on women's section it goes as expected, Swiatek won the French Open this year.
Earlier is definitely good when you are gambling on a sport, you know the teams and you wager accordingly, but when we are talking about bitcoin price prediction that is a different beast. We should be able to bet based on what we can see and the closer you are to bet closing the better and that is what I usually do.

Just an hour before it closes and you will get less reward if you are right compared to someone who wagered earlier, but at least you will have a better understanding of the market. It is still not quite possible to wager easily because 10 days could mean a lot in crypto world, even a single day means a lot, but at the same time it is better to wait 10 days than 25 days.
3131  Economy / Gambling / Re: Duelbits.com | Casino & Sportsbook |250k$ Easter giveaway | VIP | on: June 02, 2022, 06:52:54 PM
DDos attack on a casino makes no sense to me. If your aim is to bother people that gamble here, then they will see this as an attack to their beloved place and they will hang on to it even further, if your aim is to somehow hack it, then most of the money will be in cold wallet and during a hacking attempt they will put even more to cold and less to hot wallet as well and double check each withdrawal. So, I do not think that it would work that well for anyone to do this.

It could be something that hackers try to think they are smarter and will do, but they will achieve absolutely nothing and it makes no sense. Hopefully they will learn that quite quickly and stop.
3132  Economy / Gambling / Re: Roobet.com | Crypto’s Fastest Growing Casino 🦘 on: June 02, 2022, 01:41:23 PM
The members have made it debatable topic but the Roobet team has implemented this and we can't do anything about it so arguing about it doesn't matter.I think the small gamblers community is strong and the level 1 KYC is minimal so they should be fine with it as not much documents needs to be submitted while whales have to face this issue. They have said about personal details not being shared with any third party so you can give it shot but if not feel comfortable you can try other sites that don't ask for it.
I agree that Roobet adding it means that there is nothing we could do to overturn this. But at the same time, it doesn't mean that we should just stay silent about it and not talk about it at all. I understand the fear and the anger people have about this subject and I understand that they want to talk about it. I feel like freedom of speech works here and people who think that this was a bad mistake should be able to voice their concerns about it.

This may not be liked by the roobet team, but they have all the right to be criticized just like any other business. KYC has been a thing I disliked and forced into as well, and I dislike it and wish it never happened as well.
3133  Economy / Economics / Re: Should we embrace a cashless policy?? on: June 02, 2022, 10:44:43 AM
I don't think turning in to cashless can solve the problems in inflation but as long as you are using a digitalized version of fiats then there are still inflation because their supply are backed by a real fiat. I will only agree on this idea if we are talking about decentralized currencies like bitcoin because they have a fixed supply.

Most of the con's you listed are I think won't matter much to the people that doesn't know about cryptos and only enjoys using fiats. About the pro's some of them are incorrect. Like on the number 1, there might be no physical money to steal but there are many hackers and cybercriminals that doesn't stop only to steal the people's money.
3134  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: LUNA vs LUNA 2.0 on: June 01, 2022, 06:55:33 PM
I don't have much hope from either LUNC or LUNA 2 but at least the new token has a much lower total supply and most of the tokens will be locked for 2 years which means there should be some value for these new tokens airdropped to the LUNC and UST holders

I am not going to buy any of the two tokens with my money but yes the tokens I have received for being a LUNC holder, I will hold those tokens for months and not going to sell them for under $50 or even $100. People who dumped for $5-10 are just wasting their last chance to probably make some money because let's be honest it's not that you can make up for the loss in LUNC with the small number of LUNA 2 tokens you have.
3135  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: could TERRA LUNA go back to $1 dollar? on: May 31, 2022, 09:45:05 PM
I don't think anybody is serious about continuing the "classic" Luna now. The devs started the "new" Luna, which is basically a rollback. Unfortunately they can't rollback the recent events, so they will have to come up with a new, more stable system. They will also need a re-branding, I doubt that any investor will touch projects with this name and history in the next time.
The sad thing is, there is no logical argument about what they will change in order to make the new one not face the same situation. Like let's assume they did a new UST, what makes us or them to think that the same thing can't happen to that one?

We all know very well that the very same thing could happen to it as well, and in return happen to "new" Luna as well. They are just trying to milk the cash cow right now and nothing more, they lost a lot of money because of what happened and trying to recover it, and they are just hoping that they could get back to being rich, and they are using our money to get there as well and giving us false hope for it.
3136  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Short term investment suggestion on: May 31, 2022, 08:13:00 PM
I genuinely feel bad for people asking for tips and suggestions like this because buyers like this are easily fooled and manipulated by the influencers on social media and almost all those influencers are paid.

I understand people want to see what others are feeling but these days it's impossible to differentiate between legit opinions and paid shilling. You have to either do your own research or you may end up buying a worthless hyped up token being promoted and shilled around.

Guys no matter what one says, always DYOR!

On which driver have you finally bet swogerino? Because you were right, anything can happen at Monaco, and anything has happened this time again since Sergio Perez has won! Congratulations to the (few) 584 winners! I'm sad to have been so shy with him because I only placed 0.5 mbtc on him while betting 1.2mbtc on Leclerc and Verstappen.
Oh yes, it was a surprise (finally!). Me personally I placed a small bet on Sainz, so it was close! Congratulations to all who bet on Perez. He does not win very often, but when he does, it is in a great style.
Russell makes a very good results recently, seems to be a rally promising driver.
Yes Carlos Sainz has made a very good result too, he ended at the 2nd place, 1.15s behind Sergio Perez, he was my 4th choice for this race actually.
Anyway I've received my winnings this morning and they confirm it was a good idea to bet on him since I've won almost 0.01BTC with this bet.

As someone who wagered on Charles knowing that he would have a great place, and would race ahead of everyone else, I was shocked by the Ferraris decision to box him right away. In any case, I just feel like it is not going to be much of a make or break for the whole season, but it was enough for me to lose my wager. Didn't put too much in anyway. I never saw someone who wagered on multiple options, does that eventually turn out to be profitable?

Maybe I should try that, it would allow me to make smaller profit but at least a profit in the end. Monaco is indeed "anything" could happen, but not like this, not by just a pit call mistake, that was too cheap of a call.
3138  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: What do you think we should do with our investments in times of uncertainty? on: May 31, 2022, 12:35:36 PM
Hodling is a great option in case of market uncertainty. When it is about bitcoin, I am kind of sure that the market will recover, no matter what. But I can’t say the same thing in case of other cryptocurrencies too. But still, it’s better than short selling.
Yes you are correct but is not everybody that have the mind set of holding currency for long time, people who holding for long time is for people who have extra money why some people panic and sell is because they have no money to survive and they rush and sell their coin and get money, people who get money and rich for bitcoins is people who large amount of money for the industry, selling with pressure alway push people for wrong side
Honestly, I never had too much money, I am not a poor person that barely lives, I have enough to survive but I can't even buy a car for example, so it is obvious that I am not rich at all. But at the end of the day, I still invested and holding and not worried about these price drops. From the peak, the drop is bigger than 50% and I am still fine, why and how?

Well, simply because I have seen crypto drop all the time and I have seen it recover time and time again and this is why I never got worried about it. That could be the biggest reason and this is why I do not think that it will ever matter to me. This is just my idea though, not everyone has to be like me.
3139  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: ⚽ Football Transfers Speculation, Odds and Predictions on: May 30, 2022, 09:55:56 PM
Rumors circulating that Paris Saint-Germain are ready to release Angel Di Maria to Juventus if the Turin club are serious about getting Di Maria's services next season, because PSG have refused to offer Di Maria a new contract and between the two parties a transfer agreement from Paris is already underway. to Turin.
Maybe this option can be a mainstay for Juventus to get an experienced striker in the face of Serie A next season.
All in all I believe that PSG definitely doesn't want Di Maria, and they are looking for a new team and possibly even a new manager, that will win UCL eventually. That has been the case for many years, and I fear that it is getting to the head of the owner, he looks quite pissed and definitely working towards spending whatever is needed to get that cup.

Di Maria will not be the key for it, and they spent 400 million just on Mbappe so they definitely could have paid Di Maria as well, they just don't want him. I am guessing that they are looking for another big name signing, probably on the midfield levels so that they could support the offensive trio of mbappe-neymar-messi.

Hey guys, very sad & desperately disappointed but it’s football I guess. Feels especially bad as Real had literally 1 shot on target. They were there for the taking but Courtois had the game of his life. Congrats to Real but we will be back.

It was very dangerous getting into the stadium. We were getting crushed, they closed 4 out of 5 gates in block A. Police were tear gassing kids & old people, I had my jumper over my face & had to look after my girl. Disgraceful by French authorities, stadium staff & UEFA. I have been to many big games across Europe (including the finals in 2018 & 2019) & I’ve never seen people treated like this.

The police seemed to want trouble, they blocked off the metro station after the game & there were no taxis. We had to walk for a long way.

French gangs were mugging people, stealing tickets & beating people. I will not be going back to Paris ever, shit hole. Congrats to Real again but I am glad to be safe, I fly home tomorrow.
Oh wow, that is why the game started late I suppose? I am glad that you and your girl is fine. It is really a shame that this happened in Paris as well, an Englishman in France is always a problem but didn't expected such scenes would happen in Paris, which is a city known by me as a beautiful and modern and people to be nice, which turns out to be not so much looking at what you wrote.

From what I read, I will never go there neither, had the idea to go there next summer, but I will not be doing that based on this at all, disgusting scenes. I know for a fact that Liverpool will stay a better team than Real and City longer thanks to young stars and amazing manager you guys have, next time you won't fail, I support you!
