Looks neat and I know I have a couple entries in for the coin.   Grin

What does the hologram side of the coin look like when toned and is it heat or electrical toning?

How much to have the Cold Steel GI Tanto NIB shipped to Holland?

Holland, PA or Holland, Amsterdam?

Sorry Grin, Holland as in The Netherlands.

Thanks, quotes for Holland in the Netherlands are quite high for a regular USPS priority mail package and via priority mail international flat rate medium box (size that would fit this item).

The package weight for the GI Tanto NIB would be ~2-1/2 lbs and the dimensions would be greater than 13" x 2-3/4" x 1-3/4".  The priority mail international flat rate medium box to Netherlands came out to be $62 which was insane I thought.  For a regular package (rated by weight) shipment via priority mail it would be approximately $34.

Unfortunately since the item is so large it must be shipped outside of the First Class International shipping service.   Smiley

Agreed it could be fixed if they weren't stamped like scam bars but I'm not sure defcon has the machinery to be able to add "plated" to the already produced bars.

I would also recommend renaming your thread as you are portraying it as bullion which it is not.   Wink

You can say it is bullion, but it doesn't change the fact that it is not true bullion.

Quote
Bullion traditionally stands for gold bars, silver bars, other precious metals bars or ingots. The word bullion comes from the old French word bouillon, which meant "boiling" and was the term for a mint or melting house.

Quote
A precious metal is a rare, naturally occurring metallic chemical element of high economic value. Chemically, the precious metals tend to be less reactive than most elements (see noble metal). They are usually ductile and have a high lustre. Historically, precious metals were important as currency but are now regarded mainly as investment and industrial commodities. Gold, silver, platinum, and palladium each have an ISO 4217 currency code.

Quite intriguing, I was wondering why the original thread was closed but I can see there is a mishap going on.
