3121  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Is it too late to buy? on: September 26, 2021, 12:59:38 PM
The dip a couple of days ago was beautiful but unfortunately I didn't take advantage as much as I should have. Is right now I bad time to go in? Should I wait for another dip? Thinking of getting several coins. Goal is very short time investment.

Questions like that will just repeat if you always hesitate. The moment you anticipate or think that "it's the right time" just be brave enough to make a decision. It will be a never-ending question if there's a question after a question after a question and so on. Too much waiting for a price target sometimes doesn't work.

That applies to when to buy or to sell.
3122  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: 2020 Philippine Basketball Association betting discussion on: September 26, 2021, 09:26:06 AM
I'm wondering why there's no live streaming on this game, I am searching on facebook using the keywords "PBA live streaming smart", but no live streaming is displayed coming from the smart, most of the live streamss are from small-time streamers which the audio is different than the actual.

Livestream for San Miguel Beermen vs NorthPort @ SMART Sports: https://fb.watch/8fZmdvDJ21/

Halftime: SMB 44 Northport 43

Yes, there is no live stream for the first game between ROS and Magnolia on which the latter win, 81-70. But lots of small streamers out there. The only annoying thing on their stream is their own commercial. Their page, their rule after all.
3123  Economy / Exchanges / Re: Binance NonVerified Account? on: September 26, 2021, 06:38:24 AM
My question is... does that mean I could still trade on binance at the moment before that date?  Or could I only withdraw right now?  Thing is I don't plan to submit KYC so people say if you don't, then make sure you withdraw your balance.  I do have some altcoins in there so I was thinking about trading it for btc or stablecoin and then withdrawing.

But anyone else with a binance non verified account can answer this question?

There's no need for any document for 1st tier verification. Email, a Mobile numbers are necessary though. You can use Binance as an unverified account with a limit of BTC0.06 daily withdrawal which should not be a problem for you. You can use the service as much as you want there without undergoing KYC.

"Tried and tested". (unless there's a special email specifically at your account lol)

You Can’t withdraw from a biance account without KYC authentication, but u can sell it for cash.

That's not possible. Binance P2P requires KYC.
3124  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Is it good to invest on cheap promising coins? on: September 26, 2021, 06:20:01 AM
Anyone can advice if this could be good investment for the next 2 years ?

It depends on how you define the word "promising coin".

If you are following the coin for a long time now, you can somehow able to create your own criteria to consider if it's worth risking your money. Interact with its community and try to read other feedback and views about the coin as your reference. Much better to lurk there for long to see if there's an ongoing update or development about the coin. Active community support and representative of that coin is a must too so you need to take note of that.

No idea about that coin so trusts your DYOR. You can apply my advice not only on that coin but on other coins you wish to make an entry as well.
3125  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Worthy Airdrops on: September 26, 2021, 05:55:42 AM
Significant value airdrops did not ask for much info or tasks.
These projects stayed true to what 'airdrop' really is. Only asked for the address so they can send you token, tho sometimes there were requirements to prevent sybil entries.
No follow to tens of social links and other social media bs, didn't attach $ value, no sign up, no lucky winners, no referral shite, and oh, no KYC.

Regardless if it requires several tasks or just easy ones doesn't guarantee a worthy airdrop.

Back before, there's no need for social media hypes that's why not much task is needed and sometimes only an address is required to be eligible in an airdrop. But with the dropping value of most airdrop coins, as years pass by, projects need to hyped it that's why they are requiring some tasks to somehow create an awareness.

In most cases, airdrop from new projects doesn't seem to be worth spending time now. It now depends on the self-preferences of the users if they like to participate.
3126  Other / Off-topic / Re: GGG will have a fight this year! (BOXING) on: September 26, 2021, 05:37:46 AM
Many boxing fans are hoping that the match between Canelo and GG will push, many people feel it's an unfinished business, GGG should move up to challenge Canelo I don't think Canelo will go down to challenge GGG, Canelo is lording the Super middleweight while GGG only has the IBF version of the middleweight, he should unify all belts to show that he is still the best in the middleweight.
I expect Golovkin to beat Murata, I hope GGG will not suffer like what Joshua suffered on this fight.

There's no question about GGG's desire for a rematch to Canelo. It's just that Canelo already put an end to the discussion that he is not interested in the rematch. If that's the case then fans won't be seeing a trilogy match. I don't know what Canelo is thinking but for me, a final fight against GGG is necessary to close their chapter.

But some analyst says that it's possible to happen next year: https://www.boxingnews24.com/2021/09/golovkin-returns-in-december-loeffler-says-canelo-vs-ggg-3-possible-in-2022/

Back to topic, currently browsing some of Murata's highlights. No offense but I don't know how he can keep up with the fighting phase of GGG.
3127  Economy / Gambling / Re: 🎰 AllSlotsClub.com🎰 | Feel the All Slots Club Difference!🌟 on: September 26, 2021, 04:14:04 AM
Let's give time OP to respond. As far as the reviews made by @BestBitcoinCasino are concerned, the site is now in the process of getting the Curacao license. Maybe that will give a gateway for more countries to be accepted by the site. It should be an obvious concern for site developers that they need to work on that.

I do not think OP will give any response, it is 3rd day since he created the thread but he is not even coming back to visit this forum. If he is willing to advertise his casino in this forum, he should be active as much as possible. They claims that they have been in gambling business since 1999 but what they do here in this forum is not showing that they are experienced enough (at least on the marketing side).

Then ignore. Don't stress about OP not responding for 3 days. If it's inactive for let's say a week, then let's not bumped this thread. Simple as that.

Let their reputation be ruined at their inactivity opening a public thread. Like I said, one of the reviews is they are in process of getting the Curacao license. I don't know how long it will take to get a license there so I'm giving a week timeframe and expects someone from the site will update their thread here.
3128  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Another Vaccination Lottery on: September 26, 2021, 04:02:03 AM
Can it attract the other countries to follow what USA and Romania did? Is that be a good way to attract attention from people to have vaccination because that teach them to use lottery to make money which we know that lottery is part of gambling

It can attract other countries to follow but the question is, are people will really encourage especially with those strong stands that they don't want to be vaccinated.

The most effective way to force people to get a vaccine is to put restrictions on them. I consider it as "legit discrimination" in another form which I really don't like. Like here in our country, been in a Mall yesterday and all restaurants are asking for a Vaccination card with complete doses. They won't allow dine-in for not being fully vaccinated. Soon, all establishments will impose a restriction like that. People have no choice but to comply. Personally, I don't like to be vaccinated. It's just that all members of my family living in our household are already vaccinated and since we always travel, part of the requirements that needed to comply is a complete vaccine record replacing the requirement of negative results from the virus.
3129  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: 2022 NBA Season on: September 26, 2021, 03:46:37 AM
News breaking now that Kyrie Irving has been supposedly spreading rumors around the NBA that the vaccine is a plot to connect black people to some sort of supercomputer.

Where did you get this news? Found no one in the Google search. That news should not be taken seriously so better just ignore it or not shared it here. For example, there are Facebook groups posting fake news that seems legit if a person is not aware of fact checks.

But if that is true, the hell Irving is thinking. First, thinking the Earth is flat even backed by solid proof that it isn't and this one, connecting vaccine to supercomputer lol.

If NBA superstars refuse the vaccine, the Golden State Warriors may end up playing half teams at every home game.

Yes, that local restriction without exception imposed to the state of New York, Brooklyn and Golden State leave players that don't want to be vaccinated, with no choice. New York players already comply with the local rule leaving Brooklyn and GS with unvaccinated players. If Irving and Wiggins will keep their stand, it will impact their home games winning percentage. But regardless, Nets and GS can still stand strong without these players. I think soon, they will be undergoing vaccination. Just creating drama today.
3130  Economy / Gambling / Re: 🎰 AllSlotsClub.com🎰 | Feel the All Slots Club Difference!🌟 on: September 26, 2021, 03:20:37 AM
this can only be some kind of bad joke, since i'm on the forum whenever i clicked on a casino link i never had this problem, my country allows gambling so how is it possible that this site denies access to my country? what kind of license is it that prohibits access to my country? I'm shocked

In general, even your country allows gambling, it doesn't mean you can access all gambling websites around the world. It wasn't shocking at all.  It will depend on the game license and jurisdiction. For example, Pragmatic Plays (this is not a gaming license provider, just giving an example), wasn't available to some Asian countries like here in our country. The good thing and obviously, there are lots of game providers on certain websites.

Back to topic, this is also the first time I see a site that banned almost the majority of the regions. Let's give time OP to respond. As far as the reviews made by @BestBitcoinCasino are concerned, the site is now in the process of getting the Curacao license. Maybe that will give a gateway for more countries to be accepted by the site. It should be an obvious concern for site developers that they need to work on that.
3131  Economy / Exchanges / Re: Cryptopia Claims Portal Registration on: September 26, 2021, 01:52:56 AM
They might be trying to fool us again and I receive the email last December. No one will trust any words from them again and I'm sure they need something from us like personal documents or they might ask to deposit a little to withdraw your old funds just like other scam exchange do.

As much as I remember, only the deposit/withdrawals history is what they are asked for on the forms.

If it leads to submitting personal documents or sending an amount to withdrawal, obviously we should not entertain it. And the fact that it now takes 9 months since we got that email with no progress from there, just makes me think if there's really an ongoing development on the issue. I know it takes time but progress should at least be given within half a year.
3132  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: How did you get in early on certain alts? What's your source.. on: September 26, 2021, 01:42:37 AM
Hi all,   i was wondering,   what are the top sources i should be keeping an eye on, to spot future trends such as shib and cardano?
So what 3 sources should i keep in a pinned tab, and keep my eyes on daily, to catch early coins ?

Becoming really an earlier investor in a successful project is not an easy thing. in fact a lot of that information after the coin has gone up to success. and people will hesitate to join when altcoins are successful. and i think bitcointalk and coinmarketcap are still the best places to get that information.

It takes risk and guts. Since there's no way to predict what will happen in the future, obviously, an investor should rely on different factors as much as they can if somehow they think it is worth risking their money on that project. Still not an assurance though that an investor's effort following that project for long will be paid good later on as even how serious the team behind the project, without the hype and spending decent money to continue the development of the project, chances of failure is always possible.

That's how risky putting money on new projects aside from dealing with crypto volatility.
3133  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: [Boxing] Canelo Alvarez vs Caleb Plant on: September 26, 2021, 01:22:42 AM
Maybe he wants to feel the power of Canelo so he can adjust in the training. Smiley

That was a good show, everyone is talking about it and their fight is even more hype now, I don't know if it's scripted but if it is, then I would say that they did a great job and they should be rated with 10/10 on their acting skills, especially for Canelo.

I didn't see this are acting job for both parties, if this is the case then Caleb goes the short end of the deal with that scratch mark in his face due to Canelo's slapping (yes I consider it slapping because it is not a close fist).

In any case there's no stopping the hype now, boxing fans wanted to see the real action in the ring. There will be the weigh-in so for sure a lot of fans are going to flock and see what will happen next.

That was just my speculation because we all know that boxers want to hype their fight to make more money. Just like what happened with the Mayweather vs Logan Paul fight, I guess that one though looks real but it could also be an acting job too. But anyway, just don't mind it, we will see the fight soon, so we will see how Canelo would punish Caleb Plant in the ring.

It was different on Mayweather vs Paul because their fight has no bearing and really needed hype. Mayweather's reputation is not that good too even he is an undefeated boxer so they really need to do something to catch and attract the interest of the audiences and viewers.

It's hard for me to believe even just for speculation that the incident that happened at the Alvarez-Plant press conference is an acting job.

Regardless, I hope Caleb Plant is not just pure of talks. For Canelo, I hope that trash talk won't distract him. It's normal to get in emotion but it can affect a boxer's performance on the ring especially if heated one.
3134  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Taking loan to trade is a risky task on: September 26, 2021, 12:48:53 AM
I know someone who started how to trade about four months ago. He is a beginner in trading, I don't really know how good he is, but to him he may feel he can always make earnings. I think he was so confident in himself, he had to borrow money for trading which he could not make good profit. As a beginner borrowing money to trade is not the best. It is not even advisable to use all the money one has to trade or invest talk much of to borrow to trade.

I don't know what thinking do people new to trading consider taking a loan to start trades.

Since they are new, how can they able to understand the pressure of doing trades. They don't have the experience to deal with emotions and stress. How can they make profits if they didn't experience the worst yet? That was a risky move and instead of taking profits out from that loan, they are just adding the stress once they lose all the borrowed money.

Good luck to them and to those people who will attempt to do it.
3135  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Credit cards and gambling (tabcorp, Australia) on: September 26, 2021, 12:39:14 AM
Why even talk about credit cards when you have crypto currencies to gamble with? The banks were never friendly with fiat casinos. They take every opportunity to ban or block users access to their cards as soon as they see a transaction made to a casino. I know they do it to "protect" their customers, but this was a choice made by their customer. Why is the bank interfering? And this is one of the reason why centralized banks are being hated right now. Use crypto currencies and play in crypto casinos. They are much better and more fair than your traditional online casino.

Not all gamblers are into crypto-gambling. And you are wrong that banks are not friendly with fiat casinos. It's been ages already that banks are dealing with fraud-related activities with credit cards in fiat casinos but still, they are not totally banning the use of it since the purpose is "convenience" and banks are getting profits from it. It means they can handle the case and able to trace those moles.

They take every opportunity to ban or block users access to their cards as soon as they see a transaction made to a casino. I know they do it to "protect" their customers, but this was a choice made by their customer. Why is the bank interfering?

On what part does the bank interfering with that? Credit cards will not be blocked if transactions are smooth even it was on fiat casinos. Can you elaborate what's your point there or give an example much better.

And this is one of the reason why centralized banks are being hated right now.

Just because of gambling? lol .

Fiat casinos are supposed to be centralized and they are like that since the beginning. They are under regulatory. What do you expect on fiat casinos?
3136  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: ASA to host gambling advertising webinar on: September 26, 2021, 12:29:06 AM
I tend to agree with the regulator in protecting those people because it is easy to make people try something that makes them curious and let them stay for a long time.

So what is your opinion about this? If that webinar is not followed up, I am not sure if that discussion will work and will have a new rule to control the gambling ads.

Just want to point this;

"The regulator last year launched a public consultation on proposals to introduce new strengthened guidance to better protect those under the age of 18 - as well as vulnerable people - from potential gambling-advertising related harms. "

Do they really think that there's a solution for "gambling-advertising related harms" issue? People, at any age, have a different mindset. What's the difference between gambling ads to other sin tax advertisements such as cigarettes, liquors, etc.?

For me, just continue educating people there about the risk of gambling. They can even put it as part of a curriculum in schools. If they are really concern about the young age involves in gambling, then be strict at KYC to the point that operators will call those users who are submitting documents on their platform for verification.
3137  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Ultimate slot experience on: September 26, 2021, 12:07:01 AM
I have read so many things on slot games, how it is the most popular and easy to play a game which requires little to no skills in playing it. But again from personal experience and development, some players can still manage the way around the slot, can we share experiences?

Most popular because a casino is not complete, "obviously", without slot games on-board. Requires less skills because no actions or strategies are needed to win. You will just watch those spinning graphics, wait for that "boom" to happened or that free spins animation and wait if you win decently.

Yes, you are right. There are players who are managing well around playing the slot because of proper bankroll management. If you are in rush, expect that your session will be ended in a rush too no matter what's the RTP for that slot.
3138  Other / Off-topic / Re: GGG will have a fight this year! (BOXING) on: September 25, 2021, 11:57:25 PM

Not familiar with the Japanese guy but experienced-wise, GGG has the upper hand. Their age is not that gap so we should not take age as one of their disadvantages. They are now in their post-prime but still thinking they will give us action like playing on their prime especially Golovkin.

It's already confirmed that he will fight Murata I think the title should be changed now and put the name of the challenger which is Murata.

Yes, I agree with that as a proper format for any boxing match threads here.

Somehow a fair treatment for both parties and not just because GGG will return to the ring. Smiley
3139  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: 2022 NBA Season on: September 25, 2021, 11:43:24 PM
Ben Simmons rejected his teammates offer to fly to California and meet to discuss his desire to be traded to a different team.  They're saying he's "checked out" from the ball club and has no desire to have anything to do with the 76ers or his old teammates.  This seems like a last ditch effort to get him to come back, and I don't see them making any more efforts at this point.

Honestly,  that was good for me. At least, it's now clear and no drama involved after all. Both parties are just waiting for what will happen next.

Browsing any latest rumors and speculations about Ben Simmons looks like there is still no progress or even just a hint about what teams are interested in signing him. There should be at least a candidate but found nothing.

Hmm.. no teams are interested? (I found TWolves as a candidate but it's just on analyst view).
3140  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Before getting into trading on: September 25, 2021, 11:27:44 PM
When one first enters the trading game, it is most often challenging to know how to prepare for it. Even if it is an appealing approach to increase profit, it would not be as fruitful as one may imagine without a fundamental understanding of the basics and a few preparations.
How should one prepare before getting into trading?

Invest with knowledge. First, everyone needs to be serious to learn and not just they saw others getting profits from trading. Sometimes others just want to be involved because of pure money. With that mindset, they will never look at the risks and will rush everything to make profits.

Honestly, basic knowledge is enough to start. Lots of pointers to read before doing an actual trade will just make a new trader confuse. Let them experience the actual trade with only basic knowledge and allow them to learn things automatically while on the way.

Again, be serious and don't take that as a joke. It will take time to learn but it's worth your time.
