You are planning on expanding in the US market, but how will you "fight" against already well established corporations like Ebates, etc... that have been here for years? Seems quite difficult to me.
I think if they offer a better cash back rate than established corporations like Ebates and offer faster payments through crypto then they will definitely disrupt this industry.

Offering faster payments via crypto is not really possible is it though? We know for a fact that crypto does not have the infrastructure for fast payment. It is literally one of the main downside at the moment, and a topic that divide the blockchain community, so I don't think they can rely on this for being competitive.
For the price, yes, they can try to offer better cash back, but a business model that works on the idea "I will be cheaper than my competitor" isn't really a valid business plan to me.
about the slow payment, i fear you may be bearing your mind based on bitcoin blockchain transactions which sucks of late but considering ethereum and litecoin speed i think fast payments is possible but i do like get a comprehensive feedback from the project team
