I don't quite understand the behavior every gambler has towards kyc because when they visit to a real world casino, they are revealing their identity themselves as they cannot gamble without going there. So if an online service asks them for kyc, what is so big an issue here about anonymity? If after completing kyc, they are going to continue to have their favorite games played on the same casino they are used to, then why not go for kyc? I know about data sales, but all gambling sites cannot be the same type.

Because for physical establishments, there's a sense of security since their names are household compared to online counterparts that can simply go poof.

Surprise surprise, Elon has shook the market once again with his comment on Bitcoin and Tesla. Too bad I was asleep when the dip happened, else I'd scooped up extra Grin
3143  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: What are apps you used when it comes to see the value for BTC and others? on: May 12, 2021, 11:30:44 AM
I used to go for Crypto Market Cap app, until I tried the CoinGecko and found it to be more "rewarding".

And by rewarding, you get candies for checking in daily which could be used to redeem some stuffs. A neat feature I'd say.
3144  Other / Meta / Re: Why are "Likes" turned off in this forum? on: May 12, 2021, 11:24:41 AM
SMF forum software doesn't have support for like buttons, especially the older version that's used on this forum (not sure about the newer SMF version, I believe those have reactions).

Yup, the newer SMF versions support the Like/ Unlike posts function as shown through a plugin below:

https://custom.simplemachines.org/mods/index.php?mod=3708

But that's why a like button would be helpful. It's common courtesy to thank someone for help and a like button would at least curb people just littering threads with pleasantries. Sometimes a thanks is all some people require but it's a bit of a stretch for people to go suggesting people merit a post because they don't have any. A simple like button would do the job there.

It's akin to earning brownie points, but I can see a use case for such. For those that can't always afford to donate Merits could like. Smiley

It seems Betfury is more focused on their NFT battles at the moment and had no plans to add more events. It's also been over a week (almost 2) since the last addition of new tokens. It's fine to host a new event using the same tokens that's already been listed. I still have unharvested CAKEs Grin

Oh, do you plan to stake your CAKE elsewhere? Can get quite decent returns rather than leaving them alone, with over 100% APY Smiley

- Better ETH withdraws

We decided against implementing TRX for the time being.

Don't forget that a couple of months ago, the dividend only contained BTC, TRX, BTT and USDT. Since the addition of ETH and BNB, the dividends are more spread out over the 6 coins.
The total amount of the dividend pool has stayed the same but as the number of BFG tokens that gets mined increases every day, your dividend drops.

So now everything is diluted.

Welp, time to source from referrals time time around.

3149  Economy / Gambling / Re: Very immoral marketing strategy. on: May 11, 2021, 12:08:52 PM
I don't think that the problem is with promoting any shady sites per se.

Most people who promote gambling sites on Youtube generally do so as an affiliate of some pretty well known sites (Duelbits, Roobet etc. where legitimacy is not really an issue).

What is really important is that they are concealing the fact that they are not playing with their own money, and they are able to pick and choose at what pieces of footage they want to keep (obviously the ones where they win) and which ones to discard.

That's the real danger here.

It's been an ongoing thing. Despite getting called out, those operators are either ignoring or not bother to address the concerns. So far no repercussions as long as players continue to flock to the site.

One of the advertisers here is known to offer the "Howie deal".

Lol screw $52k, let it drop to $10,000 if possible. The lower the price drop, the better the opportunity, and the more price increase I can have for the long-term. Also, we probably need another shake-off to get the weak hands out. People are getting too cocky investing in animal coins.

Imagine the founders laughing to the bank at any ideas they could pull out of their asses. If a rugpull happens, then I guess that's when we can start scooping more from them Grin
3151  Economy / Micro Earnings / Re: [Unofficial] Coinpot.co - new microwallet on: May 11, 2021, 10:34:02 AM
What will happen to our BTC amount that was there in the system?

I had from lots of faucets and games but now I am not able to access that?

Did you send them an email? From the latest response as posted above, you can still claim pending balance by emailing coinpotwithdrawals@gmx.com stating the coin, amount, wallet address and date requested (if applicable).

Dividends are getting lower not because of the merging but because more and more BFG tokens are getting mined. and the distribution pool stays the same.
You can see a small increase after the monthly burn of BFG tokens.

Makes sense, thanks for the explanation!

Yay will bankrupt CSGO500  Grin

MinhOG even gave up trying to chase after him

Imagine rolling 2 CTs in just 3 rolls!

What's up with this user yay? I just saw a tweet that he won big again on Crazy Time. That's worth more than $60K if I got the conversion correctly. He'll drain the pot if the streak continues Grin I hope it's all legit and he's not exploiting something.

Beats me, but everyone's eyes is on this HR for sure!

Maybe it's some lucky streak but what matters most is that we can still afford to pay our players
3155  Economy / Gambling / Re: 🎲BetFury.io|⚡️Free BTC+BNB|⚡️$3.5mln Staking pool|⚡️New coins every week on: May 10, 2021, 12:51:27 PM
The staking payouts are really getting lower. So if you are a regular player, just play on this site and earn BFG if you want more tokens in staking.
You can still get BFG token even if you play small but you can always get something here.
And I very well agree, just let your BFG tokens stake and not use it for gambling.

I thought I was the only one. Indeed the rewards have been diluted since the merging.

Now it takes like close to a month to churn out $1 in Bitcoin when I have around 745 BFG tokens.
3156  Economy / Gambling / Re: Resorts World Las Vegas Announces Partnership With Gemini on: May 10, 2021, 12:41:44 PM
While that's indeed a good news, ironically the country where it originates from (Genting Group Malaysia) is unable to follow suit because of the amount of red tapes imposed by the SEC.
3157  Economy / Gambling / Re: Very immoral marketing strategy. on: May 10, 2021, 12:04:36 PM
It's still on the players discretion to play on that site if everything was already seen by them. The thing is if you want to play on a site you're not familiar with then better to DYOR, that's the best thing every player/gambler can do.

Recently there was a case whereby a player was accusing a site I frequent on being a scam and rigged, despite them giving away tons of vouchers and having implemented provably fair.

It's just those special breed that think casinos are charities and all bets made must be won.
3158  Economy / Exchanges / Re: Coinbase price difference while buying BTC.. on: May 10, 2021, 10:11:10 AM
I think that buying and selling bitcoin is the same for everyone, in my country some apps that I use have mark up price when buying and lower price when selling, I think that it is what it reallly is. I think what you have OP is a normal thing.

On certain exchanges like Luno, there's an express service which generally charges higher for the sake of convenience. Newbies usually pay more before later realizing that the exchange rips them off.

But now, even P2P rates are pretty crappy in my country too. 3-4% markup.
3159  Other / Meta / Re: Maaan, I'd PAY for there to be a mobile version of this site! on: May 10, 2021, 08:01:02 AM
The thought of having mobile app for this forum is good but have you ever think of many account that might got hack by hacker via mobile app?
Mate I advice such shouldn't be raise here because it wouldn't work

An app is not necessary at all. Now we're in the modern era, a responsive site is the norm instead of having to download something in addition. Lots of themes make that mandatory.
3160  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: What's your bitcoin pizza moment? on: May 10, 2021, 06:32:41 AM
While I had no pizza moment, I spent my earnings on some CSGO skins which costed several hundred dollars back then in 2017.

No regrets though, since many of us would have cashed in or sold our holdings Smiley
