First of all, which exchange are they? I don’t think they are Binance/Kucoin/houbi as their listing fees are high most of the times. And if they are not such big exchange, I don’t think you should waste such amount. Instead, wait for the presale end and get listed any of three above. This exchanges are game changing 
Dex are not that popular yet although in long term, dex have good future I think.

But before that, for worldwide adoption, it’s important to have local board for all the nation. In our local single thread, it’s not even possible to discuss things perfectly because it’s too hard to be on topic in a single thread. Theymos isn’t even considering adding a local board for Bengali.
I have seen people time to time post in the thread but due to lack of having perfect discussion, they lost interest posting there.

This also is another worldwide adoption. If you don’t have resources in local language, you can't make people understand why bitcoin is better monetary system, better store of value.

This is one of the strategy I have tried to apply but I was not able to maintain this too. I have my phone in hand and I have to check what's happening. But this seems easy than other strategy.

In this bull run, I have got few good deals which helped me to gain a good amount however, I was not able to keep all of them most of the times.
For example, today when conbase announced listing Shib, I was able to get in very fast and luckily I was able to make a 10% profit within very short time. That was a good deal for me. But, after watching the market few times, I again invested and lost the profit. I sold because it was falling.
What I can't follow is how can I stay away from the market when I got a good profit? The same happened with me few times. If I wouldn’t invest 2nd time, I would probably had at least 3x of what I have now.

This is greed I think. How can I practice to limit my greed here. Anyone tried to develop this and any success?

That sounds like a deflationary token model like the BOMB token if I'm correct, can't remember the name. I don't think it's going to make ETH very much higher. There are some deflationary tokens in the market already. They are not in a good position. If such a model would have a great effect, the deflationary token would have pumped a lot.
EIP may have negative effect on ETH miners. Miners will be harmed most when EIP1559 gets implemented.

You can use their wallet service because their wallet service is non-custodial but their exchange service is allowed in limited countries. True indeed. I have been offered for a bounty campaign management which were offering me $200 a week for all the social media campaign along with signature. I haven’t managed a bounty campaign yet (only 2 signature campaign managed), but I'm pretty sure even $500 per week for such a campaign is pretty low if you are doing your job perfectly. Result, I had to deny the offer. And they picked a random guy to manage the campaign lol.

That would be good idea but you have to keep some standard for accepting campaign. Otherwise, bounty campaign manager will be using the service but never think of donating  If someone got a handsome amount from campaign management (in fact if the campaign is bigger), they would be interested in your service. But the truth is, there's no such big campaign I have seen in my existence here, only yobit had a huge amount of participants.

Spam isn’t only done by newbie. Most campaigns require x amount of posts which indirectly are responsible for the spam.
I think current system is good but being a little more harsh on moderating or increasing the stuff would be good idea to prevent the spam.

We were in a bull for almost 6 months and more. Why would the bearish market end soon? If we take a look in the 2018 bull run, you will see that the bearish season after the 2018 bull, it took a huge time to get back to the uptrend. We can expect 2023 to more to get the market high as previous.

I really don't see the rule to be applied now a days as activity alone can't make someone higher rank. Nack in the day, when merit wasn’t introduced, the rule was applied so that people stop spamming to rank up their id.
