3141  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Premier League Prediction Thread 2021/2022 on: June 06, 2022, 10:15:54 PM

Arsenal need a player who can be a target up front. Because this season their problem is that, they don't have players who are really central to creating chances and scoring goals. If they don't realize this quickly I'm afraid they will be in the same shape, which means they will be quite difficult to compete in the Premier League next season.
I agree with you, because it will really help Arsenal to demonstrate well in next season than this season that they were lacking in the areas of goals. I think, it will be favourable to Arsenal, if they can employed new strikers that know how to achieve early goals from any match, it will really help them to perform well in premier league in next season. Arsenal manager has a lot of things to do to help Arsenal to embrace next season title, because many Arsenal fans are not happy about their players performance in this season which the manager need to do everything possible to win next season trophy to make the fans happy again.
If they could actually get Gabriel Jesus, which City doesn't need any more since they got Haaland and could use that transfer fee to cover some part of that, then Arsenal would be a lot better. I never truly understood why they let Aubameyang go, sure he may not have looked as great as he used to be, but not like he was a bad player neither, he would have helped them with the scoring.

Now that they are considering the Jesus deal (don't know if it is fully confirmed yet) then they could get someone scoring and that person would be very young as well, so he could play for many years. I definitely believe they could fight for UCL next year.
3142  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: How do you feel when the market is downtrend? on: June 06, 2022, 08:28:05 PM
Well, this one is obvious. Of course if the prices of most cryptos are down by a major percent and then it stays there for a month or two. That is my definition on a downtrend or a bear market. I admit it that I hate the bear because I always want the price to go up but not in an extreme way.

I mean I know that this was just part of the game and I can also use this to buy more coins or this will be a way for someone to start investing. It brings some benefits somehow. It was nice to know that someone can get a valuable lesson here in cryptos (specifically when it bears) other than the profit or the loss that they can get.
3143  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: is using 2fa safe in every way on: June 06, 2022, 06:23:48 PM
I am wondering which wallet you’re making use of, but I can guess that whatever wallet it is that you’re using would be an online wallet or possibly an exchange, which is not fully safe.

As for making use of 2FA, I believe that two factor authentication can really be helpful in securing your account, as it wouldn’t be as easy to penetrate as someone who has only activated just a password for their account; having PIN and 2FA activated would create a double layer of security for your wallet. But I would recommend that you switch to making use of a trusted wallet, and more likely an offline wallet.

BSC is still a target for new projects to use because of its low cost and consistent speed, which is very much needed for a new project. The BSC will continue to be used if there are no other competitors who cannot provide the same thing and other conveniences. Until now, there are many alternatives, but BSC is still an idol, although maybe even if the ERC20 has a low cost, the BSC will still be used and other competitors may be eroded.
You mean those developers are targeting the small investors because small investors are currently avoiding eth based projects due to its gas fees problems. Usually those devs have a hidden plan like they will pull the rug once they reached their quota but honest devs won't care really care about small investors and they still released their projects under the eth networks.

What important is they can deliver a quality project. A true investors won't also care if it's in eth and if the fees are high because they know that what they are spending is worth it and can give them a much better returns in the future. We will see if bsc will still be relevant once eth returns to normal but pretty sure all people will transfer back to eth.
3145  Economy / Gambling / Re: Blackjack.fun | 0.28% House edge | Live tables | Baccarat |Slots| InstantWithraw on: June 06, 2022, 09:44:46 AM
The paying tournament could be offered at a small participation fee if it accepts few dozens of people and if it is advertising through mailing to the Blackjack.fun members and through the signature of the campaign participants.
With 35 participants  it would represent 0.057mbtc by player to reach a pool of 2mbtc. And this fee could be lowered if Blackjack.fun give some funds to the pool. A blackjack tournament with entry fee under 0.05mbtc could interest many players IMO.
I agree, removing the tourney is not the idea to do, but replacing it could be great. I mean if they disliked the results and found that there were trouble, then they could remove it and add something else that would be great for the future of blackjack.fun and if they do that then we might like it as well.

As long as there is a marketing going on, that usually means the gambler will be benefiting from it and we will make money from it. Hell even this wagering thing where you reach certain stuff like 1 bitcoin coin_trader said he reached, is a marketing ploy to make you wanna gamble more, and they give you something for it, so tourney could be replaced with something else.
3146  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Is BTC really safe from being hijacked? on: June 06, 2022, 06:49:51 AM
If you are a really an old hodler then you already answered your own question. How can you safely got this far if btc isn't safe from being hijacked? Because, if it did then it was being hijacked long time ago. They have a better chance doing it since the network that time is much weaker and the prices are less expensive than compared to today yet they still didn't do it. That simply means that btc is truly strong and cant be hijacked.

What the governments are only doing is they create their own kind of bitcoin/crypto which is centralized that they can fully control but no one is going to buy that. There is only one literal hijack that can happen you, that is if when you are not careful on securing your bitcoins.
3147  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: 2022 FIFA World Cup in Qatar - UEFA Qualifiers on: June 05, 2022, 10:10:05 PM
Weird that we still had some sort of world cup elimination games during this period, we have nations league and teams playing games there. That is a new thing that tries to replicate the world cup or whatever but in a bit more lengthy process and never really gives fun.

Most teams do not even bring their A teams there neither, we keep on seeing the future stars of those nations, and that is not a bad thing because players that are 18-25 are good for these type of showcase stuff, to provide their talent to the world so that everyone would be watching, better than the domestic league games of course. But, it is still not an amazing one at all, quite boring to watch unless you are a scout.
3148  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Goldman Sachs Group lends money to Coinbase backed by bitcoins on: June 05, 2022, 06:51:41 PM
This isn't some brand new amazing idea, this is a company (coinbase) getting a loan from a bank basically. I mean Goldman Sachs is not a "bank" in the regular sense of the word but they are sort of one, investment bank is the correct wording of it. This doesn't really change anything, if Goldman Sachs believes that they could lend money to ANY business and make money from it then they will do it.

Just because they did it to crypto doesn't mean amazing things for us, I mean banks do lend money to druglords, or even hide their money and launder them for them as well. So at the end of the day, there is nothing shocking here, just a bank trying to profit.
3149  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: At what age did you start learning about bitcoin? on: June 05, 2022, 07:24:53 AM
I can still remember vividly in the year 2010 when I scarcely heard about Bitcoin, but just like any new trend, I just felt it was one of those things that come and go, so I paid little or no attention to it. I was not very advanced in technology as at the time to even begin with. When it really got my attention was in 2013, when I heard someone complain of losing money, said Bitcoin actually dropped from $266 to $100.

I was 22 years old at the time, I was a bit inclined technologically - so I had to ask for more clarification on how this online stuff gives them money, I actually had disbelief in the possibility of the whole system to be honest. I just wanted to hear what he wanted to tell me about Bitcoin. Sooner than later, I did research and so on, about it and later went to him for mentorship. Ever since then, I have had no regrets in the decision I made then, I only wish I knew earlier - would have invested enough.
3150  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Motosport General discussion tread --- Formula1, MotoGP, WTCC, ETCC, DTM..... on: June 04, 2022, 10:09:00 PM
Next week is Baku, as we all know the races in Baku are quite entertaining ones and I am guessing that it is one of the few city tracks that are left which is fun. Last year was insane for example, Max suddenly going out of the race without anything happening just because his tire blew up out of nowhere, and Lewis having such a horrible break situation and "magic button" incident and him being out of top 10 which was the first time in many years.

This is what I am expecting from this race too, not exactly the same thing, but something unexpected happening. That is what Baku is known for (and that tight corner) and if unexpected stuff happens, it will be fun again.

There have been some months that it was "quite easy" to predict the bitcoin price as the price seemed relative stable and even when you would bet on multiple ranges, you could still have some profit. These last weeks, the price is too volatile to me so I am avoiding betting on the BTC price.
I understand that there could be some times and there are some situations where it was easy to predict the price of bitcoin but at the same time I feel like there are most months that would be quite difficult to actually calculate what would be the bitcoin price and I understand that some people could find it easier but at the same time it wasn't that simple for many other people as well.

For me, every month is hard to hit the right price for example, the only times I won would be the months when I wagered on a multiple bet and still won like you said, but at the same time the times when I had to pick just one, because it wouldn't be profitable to pick multiple, I always end up losing.
3152  Economy / Economics / Re: Should we embrace a cashless policy?? on: June 04, 2022, 03:36:27 PM
Quote
I think we really need to implement this because it could lessen the spread of pandemic viruses. Dollar notes and coins has a lot of viruses passed from one hand to another.
Exactly, because it will really help many countries that pandemic has reduced their economy to use cashless policy system to recover all their losses they have experienced during the pandemic season. Those that adopted decentralized currency some years ago in their land, will not find it difficult to make use of cashless policy to improve their businesses and other things in their country. It will reduce inflation in the country and improve deflation which is the heart desires of humanity.
Blockchain is not really used in many nations, but a "cashless society" is not really a dream. I mean we are living in a world where we pay with our cards everywhere we go, I pay such a huge credit card debt every single month that I turn crazy sometimes when I see it, however I was the one that made it Cheesy.

Thankfully I have no debt right now, because I pay it in full each month, but I dream that I find enough money somewhere without a plan, like I wake up and find an old wallet type of deal, just enough to pay the credit card, then all of my salary is mine Cheesy That would be sweet. Hence, what I was trying to say was the fact that we already do not use cash that much anyway.
3153  Economy / Speculation / Re: Holding my horses for now on: June 04, 2022, 04:59:36 AM
DCA would be the key but only to those people who do have money to invest on but for those who dont have then the thing they would only do is to see their investment on a stable manner or something that they couldnt do something because of lack of funds which means that they would be holding their assets until the market would really make out some significant rise or make some reversal.
Myself had already accumulate when bitcoin drops less 30k level point which i can say a good entry or buy point but it would be still risk since we dont know if this one turns out to be a
dead cat bounce.
The point of "people who do not have money" doesn't make sense to me. I mean if you have 1 million dollars, you could do DCA by dividing that into 50k each. If you have 100k, then divide to 5k, if you have 10k then 500 dollars if you have 1k then 50 dollars, if you have even 100 bucks, just do like 10-20 dollars each (even though it would be wise to deposit it all at once but invest in intervals).

If you have less than 100 bucks, then do not invest at all. This is what I think, maybe I am wrong, but even the minimum of 100 dollars could be used for DCA, and anything under would be useless. So it doesn't matter if you have millions or just few hundred, DCA works for all people.
3154  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: How to Effectively Maximize Profits from Online Crypto Casinos on: June 03, 2022, 09:08:49 PM
The points in OP may or may not be good depending on how you see it. I don't think you can make profits from casinos but those are some decent points in general. The moment you start thinking how do I make money from a casino, you are getting into the danger zone of gambling addiction because now gambling is no more a fun activity but a means of earning money.

Let's be honest, if there was ever a method so easy to follow and make money from casinos, all the casinos would be closed by now. You either have to cheat the house somehow by finding a bug or glitch or you have to be super lucky to beat the house, the latter happens once in a while and the former lead you into problems.

The house has an edge against you and you are going to lose money no matter what. Yes following the advice in OP may help you in damage control but can't help you make money from gambling.
3155  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Bitcoin is available on NO KYC Crypton Exchange on: June 03, 2022, 08:12:36 PM
I Visited Crypton Exchange from the link provided in OP and here are my first impressions of the website

1- The landing page is very simple, should have some stats or check out other exchanges for inspiration.
2- The domain is good since it's 3 letter domain
3- I saw live chat which is good but the chat wasn't moving so either no one talks or there ain't many members yet.

Anyways will keep a track of the exchange and see how it does in the coming time. Also a small suggestion of you are the owner or part of the team, add a favicon to your exchange Wink.
3156  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Computer Scientists say Crypto Industry is Misleading??? on: June 03, 2022, 03:04:48 PM
I agree with them that some regulation is needed. It's not okay that crypto exchanges buy ads and tell people that they can become rich today if they register and start trading crypto (same goes for stocks and forex). Then those people lose their savings in the process, while exchanges can rich regardless of happens with crypto, because they get fees. In a gold rush, sell the shovels. Crypto shouldn't be banned, and government shouldn't interfere with innovation and open source software development, but regulating exchanges more tightly would be a good thing. And right now exchanges are lobbying to keep things as they are - letting them list whatever coin they want, create their own coins, offer extremely high leverage and so on. This doesn't create economic growth, it's just a transfer of money from the masses into the pockets of crypto elite.
Cryptocurrency is totally new, and it is the first of its kind to ever be made.  It is volatile, and anyone who is getting to know about it for the first time will always doubt it, and they will always think it is something that isn’t legit because of its volatile nature.

I believe that majority of us when we got to know about cryptocurrency the first time, we felt this doubt where we couldn’t trust it as to whether to invest our money in it or not. So, it should be a decision you make for yourself, if you feel that the risk is what you can afford to take, you can go ahead and do it, nobody is really forcing you to do it.

Moreover, no exchanges are advertising that you are going to get rich from trading cryptocurrency on their platform, majority of them would always state it even on their website that there are risks involved in trading cryptocurrency or any assets at all. So you all have to be careful.
3157  Economy / Gambling / Re: FORTUNEJACK.COM |Deposit 777 play with 1777 mBTC |Live Casino, Slots, Betting on: June 03, 2022, 01:32:56 PM
I believe there are many gamblers who like to gamble on International competitions because they know how to maximize the chance from the matches. Some people may think that predicting international matches is easier than domestic league but some other may say the opposite.
The complexity of predicting winners depends on how well the bettor knows about the team composition.  I think there is no difference between domestic and international betting difficulty as long as we know the skills of all the players involved.
There is a slight difference, and that is the type of competition. I feel like UCL versus World cup could be a good example, they are closer to each other, but if we are talking about the league, then there is a big difference. When it is a tournament format, there are teams who loses and goes home, but when it is a league format then even City lost games and still became champions, hence losing is guaranteed almost all the time.

So, you just have to suck up and try to bet better, plus there is no ties in tournament format and one has to move to next stage, whereas in the leagues there are tons of tie games. These are very important distinctions.
3158  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Will LUNA's downfall scare away investors from the crypto market? on: June 03, 2022, 10:58:23 AM
The LUNA team committed a big scam. The airdrop must be for all UST token holders both before and after the attack. Luna tokens were distributed only to owners of UST tokens before the attack, who used their tokens in Anchor Protocol. Holders of UST tokens before the attack did not receive compensation for losses.
Interestingly, I disagree with this. I do not think that they scammed anyone, I do not think that they are bad people, I just believe that they are morons who couldn't protect the money they were given and they just did stupid things.

Maybe I am wrong, and they actually did scammed people, maybe Do Kwon is a bad person who stole your money, but to me it looks like they tried something and did it legit and ended up losing a ton of money while doing it and other people scammed them out of your money. It is like a bank getting a bank robber, the bank is not the responsible party there, the robber is, but the bank lost your money, so you would be angry at the bank of course.
3159  Economy / Economics / Re: Stop buying from automated producers / businesses, it's making you poor on: June 03, 2022, 09:20:00 AM
I understand that technology and specially automated tech, is something that feels wrong for so many people. However, you need to realize that this is the next step towards capitalism and how it will rule out. Why do you think the world is in so much financial trouble right now when we have so many people?

We are at our peak population, we have enough people to produce anything we want, we could literally produce enough lambos for everyone, we have the resources for that and the people for that, or tesla for everyone and solar panels to cover all the energy needs we would ever have. These are all there, why not have it? Because that won't be profitable for the elite, that is the only reason.
3160  Economy / Gambling / Re: BitLucy.com 🎰 100% Deposit Match ⚽🏏🥊🏀 UP TO €5000! 🔥 on: June 03, 2022, 05:26:43 AM
Working this hard to build the website back up is certainly a big deal. It will make sure that you are doing much better, however you need to do a bigger marketing situation in order to get a lot more attention. Look at here, it is not getting the attention it deserves and the attention you should get based on your hard work.

You have worked hard to make this website much better, even the fact that you are not ready made template anymore should be known by more people than just come in here. I highly suggest a signature campaign, if not then at least a high amount of money spent on social media ads could work out well for you as well if you can, influencers are also another way to go.
