If I were you, I would. Have use it to invest what will bring more profit to my extra income. If buying of bonds will profit you then you go for it. And that was why I said, you are man of your own decisions. By right you do have to create thread for it but for discussion sake. You know the most valuable asset among the two. Since you said, you want to diversify your investment then that is a good plan. And one thing I will say, remember you got the money from the purchase of the bonds. So don't rush to invest on bitcoin but still try the bonds.

No self-meriting is not possible here in the forum. If it was, so many users would have been abusing it and that would also defeat the reason why the merit system was introduced in the first place.
That's what I was about to write--it's never been possible, and I'm pretty sure Theymos thought of what kinds of abuse would be tried by idiots trying to rank themselves up, and being able to give your own posts merit would be the prime way to do that. Can you imagine if that were possible? It's bad enough that there have been so many members caught sending merits to alt accounts or friends or for some sort of remuneration; if self-meriting were possible, we might as well not even have the system as it'd be too broken to be effective. OP, if you've got your question answered you might want to consider locking this thread. When I see the thread, I laughed. I don't know what op was thinking to create this thread or was he or she planning to merit her or his posts?. If self meriting was allowed merit sources would have been the highest merited users in the forum. Since when I came to the forum I have not seen a users merited him or herself. According to The Sceptical Chymist the abused would something else. I believed answers have been given. Martyns would have say something the matter. The discussion became cumbersome because the accused remove to say some even after the numerous PMs were sent to him by lovesmayfamilis. Judging a case without the accuser's input on the matter is just like a car without accuser. The accuser would have say something to douse the tension of the matter.
We can not just say Martyns is an Indonesian or a Nigerian but one thing I know from my Elementary School Education, there is a dual citizen of a person. Exactly. Everyone has their mental thinking of bitcoin. Mostly for those who supposed promote bitcoin to the highest level see Bitcoin from the contrary viewpoint. And one thing in Bitcoin is that you can view it from and give a judgment, you must come close to it before can give comprehensive judgment to know if or bad or good. But if one stay for far, the person might give a wrong judgment. Some people do not even trust the fiat currency which has been launched to be use online. They did not trust it because their believe is that their money will disappear for the system. And that is a mentality mindset. |

War is within us. War can not be removed from us. And if bitcoin price will reduce because of war in the world then the price will never go up again. As Russian and Ukrain war is subsiding, Sudan has started and evacuation of other countries citizens as started.
Whenever war starts in any part of the world it affects other parts directly or indirect and also all sphere of life and the economics institutions are more affected than other parts. In the contemporary age, the technological area is much more affected in the war zones. And if the technology is badly affected then it has affected the bitcoin blockchain in the war zones. War is not good but we can not afford it because it within us. One thing I know that affected bitcoin price is not necessarily war but the demand of buying and selling.

The last tweet was from April 25. What should those who are required by campaign rules to retweet do? Use old tweets? Or will there still be links to specific tweets? There shouldn't be any penalties for not re-tweeting since no new tweets were published. On the other side, as a sign of good faith, it won't hurt to re-tweet an old tweet until icopress comes up with some clarification here (probably he also has to discuss that with UniJoin). The issue for retweet is given the participants problem. My twitter account too has issues. So retweeting is a problem now. Twitter is an external body so their operation is different from the forum. They suspend account without no course. Therefore, we are begging the management to review the retweet. |

Cryptocurrency is just a new invention so if anyone is saying that he or she regret of not starting early is wrong. Crypto is just decade old so why some would saying that he regreted foe not join on time. Then that person is more than 90 years. If the person is still on his or her 60s, it is not too late to join the blockchain and start investing. According to some educationist "we should not blame anyone of our down fall, because our destinies in our hands, the way we want it to be is the way it will come out". So why the regret. Sit up and start something. It is not too late. The journey is still far to regret at this early age.

Op I will advice you not to quit your civil servant work because of trading, remember bitcoin did not come or was not created to come take over fiat currency but it was created to assist the fiat currency online. That is the same thing with you civil servant work and trading. Trading should not take you government work either the trading should be a supporting pillar to your work.
Both of them are preferable, because all the two support one another for the progressive of the other. It was the civ servant salary was used for the trading and the same thing the trading now is making the civil servant salary to be saved. So all are good.

UniJoin and YoMix have very similar UI, wizard, the whole process is almost identical. Are both services/companies related or do they use the same source code?
BTW, question not really related to the one particular service - why we cannot see the source code of the service? I guess to run the service like that the main problem is not to have an algorithm or sth like that, as I do not thing there are some complicated patents behind, but to have enough coins to be able to run process fluently.
Since there are all mixers there would be some areas of similarities just like casinos but that doesn't mean are are one or operating by one managerial team. There are some programmers or developers that create things similar when given them work to do. When developers attended the same school and take the same course and lectured the same. And there are other ways that will make some websites look alike. From the website designs which I have visited the two mixing companies, they are not the same. UniJoin and YoMix have different features. |

Whether bitcoin price is going down or up people are always happy. Because when it comes down, people that want join the blockchain will be happy to join it easily without the fear of spend high money again. And when it goes up, those how have saved enough will be happy to sell at that time so the price is good at all time. Like today being the 2nd of May, the Mempool is full and I have not seen such fee in any of my transactions before.  The few is very high that I canceled the transaction. |

I have seen this movie once when 10 or 12 there are about. I am not a fan of that movie so I can not tell what the movie says about Bitcoin in particular or cryptocurrency in general. As it is said somewhere else again, individual can not predict the price of bitcoin though the guess work is always there to do.
The movie characters prediction of bitcoin can not tally with the physical price of bitcoin because the time of the production of the movie is not the same month of the release therefore the price can never be of the same. Assuming the movie predicted $80k and the time of the releasing the movie bitcoin price becomes drastically down. And that would become opposite. The hovering of 28$k -30$k might be a short or long term. And all depend on the demand.

I thought such thread has been created but that not withstanding. Bitcoin was not meant to be physical but to be digital so there was no assumption for that. Satoshi had given the possible analysis for the both side of the coin before implementing the digit asset.
If the asset was created as physical, I don't think you OP would have participated because there would been a central control system which would restrict people from it. And the rich people would have gotten allot themselves and leaving the poor to continue their suffer. But with the decentralized system on the digital world, bitcoin carry along everyone to itself.

Coin has different meaning. Coin can origin or brought out. As franky1 put it. Op is trying to coin it from crypto which is also contradicting it original meaning. In cryptocurrency "coin" means money, currency which can be used to buy and sell goods and services on online and it is not what OP put it as "Common Information". I don't even know where that is coming from. In crypto coin always maintain it original meaning as currency.

So one can not set a particular amount for bitcoin to reach. So the hodling of bitcoin is continues. At that stage of the $70k or $80k you are saying is not the scope of Bitcoin it will be more than that. We need to talk more about the benefit of Biticion in other to attract more youth because the majority do not know how this coin works.
