So I was on PrimeDice the other day and thought of this question.
If I gave you 0.001BTC and asked you to double that, which one would give better odds?
A) Using martingale aka. betting 1 satoshi until you lose and then you double that amount
OR
B) Betting at 98%?
Both are risky .Mathematically, if you keep betting 0.001 , 50 times at 98% , and after 50 wins, you will double your money. Since its 98% , you are also supposed to lose 1 out of 50 , but that 1 might happen anytime, it might not even happen in the 50 rolls. Might happen in 200. It might also happen twice ,thrice or more number of times in the 50 rolls. + house edge |

It's better if i choose first option because second option is too long
But, personally i better use my own technique
and What's your technique? all in on 49.5% 2x doesn't make any difference if you martingale or yolo it on 98% cause eventually you will bust . It's all luck Every roll is individual so there wont be any connection with the previous bets . Read up gamblers fallacy |

For now it looks like an obvious scam. Even that email isn't making things any better. If you're legit with full proposal , go to btcjam
I would go to btcjam but loan with over 60BTC is too much when I can`t pay back in the first 6 months.
and please don`t say that this is a scam, because it is not.
if it would be scam I would rather say that 1 share is 0.25btc and not have people with max 25.
it`s just easier to make bigger things in a group and not alone and with lower risks. But that's what scammers always say too  You should get a bank to fund this with fiat if it's really 'legit'. With bitcoins it really doesn't make much sense as its very volatile. Either A) lock your thread and ask a mod to remove it B) move it to the right section , Lending - long term and prepared to be flamed again. Either way, you wont be able to secure a single penny without any collateral so my choice would be A). |

Hello ! I`m doing a little searching and try to find some people who are interested in construction, building and financing. I invested in Pbmining about 42BTC and never get this back and don`t know if Pbmining will sink or not and that`s why I`m starting to make my own projects. My plan is to find a total amount of 60 BTC to start the first project here in Brazil (and max. 25 persons). -profits will come from selling the houses and from mining -this is a long term investment not a (money today project) -profits will start in 6months (because I will do construction project first and with these profits will be bought some mining hardware to get monthly payments. -Total of 25 shares and 1 share is 2.5BTC total amount of 62.BTC For now it looks like an obvious scam. Based on feedback I have updated the hints to show the answer format. Eg if answer is denzel washington then hint will show as if answer is d washington then hint will show as if answer is d.washington* then hint will show as Hope this will help people who know the correct answer but miss out due to answer format. that's a nice update : ) |

Thanks for that thread. It gives a good reference to invest in sites. Also can you update the ? for win88. Its unclear right now. It doesn't show if any amount is invested in the win88 site and shows a ? instead. also if im not mistaken , the minimum amount to invest in win88 is 10btc .. i'd rather change my coins to Clams and invest in JD. It's the most reputable site around oh 10btc damn i dont even know about 10 btc  |
