Its simple they know everyone wants to earn money without doing practically anything so they promised that to you that you won't do anything then they move further to promise you mouthwatering returns which in most cases even if you work for it you likely might not earn that. So this two put together is a sign of scam and nothing more.,.
But I believe these are only applicable to the new sites and especially which are investments based like HYIP programs or pyramid kind of schemes. But, I feel it would be too hard to identify a well running business which may turn into scam by their business collapse or due to change in policy. Even if we are unable to identify a potential scam, we must always act responsible by not risking big like withdrawing partial amounts time to time. That is what i feel too, because it is obviously detectable when a site comes newly to the market having big payrates and great returns as all hyips and ponzi schemes of past did or are already doing, but some websites does not offer such great returns but still they turn scam after some time, so identifying a scam like that is a great challenge really. It is very very funny... I'm not new on the market (till over 20 years) I do promise low payrates(and only if I have them already) I have never scammed And above all I am taken for a scammer. This shows us that scam has till nice days before it...because people know nothing... So long people can not see who is honnestNNNthey can not see who is scammer.
