3141  Economy / Gambling / Re: 1XBIT.COM ᐉ Bet online ᐉ BTC Betting ᐉ Online betting odds on: November 28, 2020, 12:44:19 PM
Win not paid? what a site unfair. does't give a good impression to users, many accusations that your reputation is getting worse! somehow if someone win it must be paid it's our right as gamblers. refunding deposit is clearly against player policy, what security policy! makes people believe that your site is bad !
I'm searching for good betting site and this one is not. I was reading the previous posts and I saw that people are complaining not being payed like you. I'm lucky I didn't bet here.
I guess in terms of finding a sportsbooks with a good reputation and in good standing with its majority of customers, we are left with few of them and to some extent will require you to complete KYC. Am afraid to say few will tick all your check boxes!
I played before on 1xbit but only a small amount around 7mbtc and they paid for it. I think the problem will only occur is when you withdraw a big amount, well I really find this website now really risky and dangerous and shouldn't be recommended to anyone.
If they will scam, they would not be on everyone, what they will do is just random scamming, and mostly on big wins so they will continue to be in profit. My statement is only based on what I read because personally I have not gambled with this site yet.
3142  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Are we gonna see a new ATH this year? on: November 28, 2020, 11:21:03 AM
No, there's no ATH this year, at least for ETH. Bitcoin will be the first one to achieved it's ATH then altcoins will just follow, but it seems like correction has already happen and bitcoin is not in bullish state anymore, so I don't think our expected ATH will come this year.

Here's the preseason scheduled of the NBA.

Quote
NEW YORK – The NBA today released its game schedule for the 2020 preseason, which will tip off on Friday, Dec. 11 and conclude on Saturday, Dec. 19.

That's only two weeks from now, the preseason seems to be a regular season to me since I can't wait to see the NBA to come back.
3144  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: 🥊[Boxing] Mike Tyson vs Roy Jones Junior [PPV on Nov. 28] on: November 28, 2020, 10:29:58 AM
2 days left!

Pay-per-view to watch Mike Tyson vs Roy Jones Junior live will be $49.99, and there are some strange rules surrounding this fight, and there will be no official judges for this fight.
Latest interview Mike Tyson did with Ariel Helwani for ESPN:
https://youtu.be/LuzGx3VLa4E

Will just wait for the free streaming of this match.  Tongue But excited to see how they will perform inside the ring. I've read an article why this fight could be the most boring fight ever. As this is just an exhibition fight only, we will not see the regular boxing rules applied on this event.

https://www.essentiallysports.com/boxing-news-mike-tyson-vs-roy-jones-jr-could-be-the-most-boring-fight-ever-heres-why/

1. no knockouts
2. 2-minute rounds not the regular 3-min rounds
3. wear 12-ounce gloves

How will the California State Athletic Commission enforce no knockouts? The referee certainly cannot predict the fighters moves.

Another rule to add. No biting hehehehe.

I think there has been a lot of changes in this match up,  IIRC, it was announce before that there will be no winner if there's no KO, so it means one should KO the other in order for him to win.  Roll Eyes Roll Eyes

Where and when was it announced?

In any case, if there is a no knockout rule, I reckon that Mike Tyson might find the knockout hehe. Sluggers who look intently for the knockout makes it harder to get the knockout. The slugger who does not look for the knockout will find it so easily hehehehe.

It was posted above on the post you quoted, here's the exact words for you.

Quote
The first thing that fans will focus on is the fact that there will be no knockouts. Yes, you read that right. The CSAC will not allow either fighter to go for the knockout since they are over 50 years old.

Congratulations for the Ginebra San Miguel for winning the semi Finals against the Meralco Bolts.
That was a cold blooded shot by Thompson, a winning shot by him, game could have gone to OT.

So this is it, Ginebra vs TNT in the All Filipino cup Finals.

Which team you are rooting here to win?
3146  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Will social mining replace bounties? on: November 27, 2020, 01:01:08 PM
Sounds new to me, I was out in bounty for a while now so I really have no idea what's going on in the bounty world.  I like the development, very interesting, but if that would be popular, what would it result, will it take the opportunity of the bounty hunters to earn or it will increase their income?
3147  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: 🥊[Boxing] Mike Tyson vs Roy Jones Junior [PPV on Nov. 28] on: November 27, 2020, 12:21:42 PM
Mike is in his repertoire  Cheesy https://www.tmz.com/2020/11/26/mike-tyson-thanksgiving-roy-jones-jr-fight-eat-cake/, the show is already starting ,I think that the fight itself will be the same, more just a good show than a sports match

I agree, they will put up a good show but it will not be a real boxing match. While I am curious to see it, 50$ is too much for me.
By the looks of it, it seems to be that Tyson is in a good shape, so maybe he will do some more of these exhibition matches. Seems like easy money  Grin.

Easy money for them, I think they are already guaranteed with a pay plus a share of the PPV if I'm not mistaken, but since this is just an exhibition fight, the real effort is only in the training camp but it's all show in the ring due to no KO rules.  Grin
3148  Economy / Economics / Re: Will Crypto live forever or die? on: November 26, 2020, 11:11:37 AM
Crypto would live, it's impossible to take down a decentralized system, crypto is successful because of us, so it's necessary that we will all be shut down in order for crypto to die. Crypto or bitcoin will stay as long as there are people using it, and that is regardless of its value because in the first place, crypto's real purpose is just a payment system which promotes a decentralized one.
3149  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: 2019 Philippine Basketball Association betting discussion on: November 26, 2020, 10:43:06 AM

Both series are now in a win or go home state. What's your bet guys? I'm hoping it will be Meralco vs Phoenix for a change.

I think Meralco will lose though they have the momentum now, I believe the Finals will be between the Ginebra Gin kings and the Phoenix Fuel Masters.
It's a good series IMO, Abueva will still be unstoppable and I like the Phoenix chances against the popular team Gin kings in the Finals.

Betting on the teams I've mentioned, Ginebra (favorites), Phoenix (underdog), I think I'll put a parlay too .

Good luck on that bud, it seems like the series was so unpredictable, we though Ginebra would end the series but Meralco became the better team in that game, and it's always a domination by them at the beginning. I don't know which team will win but sticking to Ginebra is the right thing to do because they "NEVER SAY DIE".
3150  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: 2021 NBA Season on: November 26, 2020, 10:18:18 AM
However, if he will get injured again (hope not), then the gamble of Houston are not going to paid off and probably it will be Cousins last hurray in the NBA.
They know that already, that's why it's called a gamble because they will either win or lose.  Smiley
If he get injured again, it's the 2nd time around that he can't play, then I don't think there's another team that will be interested for him.

But I could be wrong as well.
3151  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: 🥊[Boxing] Mike Tyson vs Roy Jones Junior [PPV on Nov. 28] on: November 25, 2020, 11:45:34 PM
Did anyone in this thread bet on this fight? What sportsbooks have this and how can they determine the winner? Only by knockout?
I think Betnomi have and there's only two options "Money line" and "Bout betting" if there's now winner announce then how they will determine the winner on the moneyline?

These are the type of betting methods, you can choose from these many options.

3152  Economy / Speculation / Re: BTC is getting ready for 20k again on: November 25, 2020, 11:31:27 PM
less $ 1000 more Bitcoin price reaches $ 20k,
but this is something tough considering the current situation the market is very volatile,
I do not hope the price of Bitcoin can last at $ 19k until this week.

So you are saying it will drop $19k and will not reach the $20K?
Please clear your statement, I'm a big confuse with it.

well for me, I'm not really sure if bitcoin will break out and reach a new ATH, at the current price, it's easy for bitcoin to reach $20,000
but it seems in the past few days it struggled breaking the wall.
3153  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin at $20,000 is it still a good price? on: November 25, 2020, 07:02:24 AM
Good price it is, but always observed the chart f you are gunning for short term profit, however for long term, even $30,000, it doesn't matter as bitcoin will continue to rise as its demand is obviously increasing, it will take time but that's the essence of HODL.
3154  Economy / Speculation / Re: BTC is getting ready for 20k again on: November 25, 2020, 06:45:31 AM
Users were into the discussion of price reaching $50k and so on. Though it seems an reachable price, we can't get to a conclusion that the price will reach it in a short.

The market behaves completely different from the other markets. This makes the price to be unpredictable, so it is good to think of $20k which is the near price. The growth is steady, upon which we can expect the price stay above $20k by the starting of December.

A steady growth is always better, I would never expect a $50k if the market will fall again and we will again experience a long bear market just like in the past, that was 2 years, more than 2 years to be exact and only this year we are given some hope that bitcoin will break its current ATH and the real bull run will start.
3155  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Bitcoin betting on the 2020 US Presidential Election | Trump vs Biden on: November 24, 2020, 10:44:51 AM
Guys, although I said earlier that Trump's chances were not zero, I would rather discourage you from offering those bets with 1.02 and 1.05 odds. The thing is that if Trump wins, Betfair and PredictIt pay out from the funds collected from Biden bettors, losing nothing themselves and even earning something with the house edge, while you are risking to lose your own money.

Yes, it's always profitable to be the house, but these are exchanges in which case the layers/backers are risking their money.

Same situation here. I'm laying Biden at 1.05 (Even though the Betfair bid dropped down to 1.04, and that's where it's currently at). The only tears I'll be experiencing is if
Trump somehow wins, so I have my personal reasons for laying.

Now I understand and support you in your decision. It is a known strategy called "betting against your favorite team". If Trump wins, at least you'll have some consolation in winning 20x of your bet. Smiley

I'm just curious, so this thing is not yet over in sportsbook? Does a sportsbook offer an odds of 20X if you bet on Trump?

What sportsbook was that if there's is, I like to take some chances.
3156  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: 2019 Philippine Basketball Association betting discussion on: November 24, 2020, 10:00:29 AM
Anything can happened, Bolts still have the series it's just a win away from BGSM they can chase this win and have the do or die game
series. They can use that frustration to be their inspiration to win the game.

Bolts will have to win to force a game 5 but I don't like their chances here, PBA now is better with Ginebra is playing as they have a lot of fans, so maybe that's the reason why Hugnatan was frustrated and said "luto"... They say Ginebra is the best team in the PBA, so peopel would watch the PBA because of Ginebra and I can tell in the viewers they are getting during live betting.

Those three, if consistent in their games mahirap na talunin ang Phoenix.

https://sportsbet.io/sports/basketball/matches/today

3159  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN] Ethereum: Welcome to the Beginning on: November 21, 2020, 01:17:34 PM
There is a nice twitter bot that shows how many ETHs are locked at the moment

https://twitter.com/depositeth

We are at 22.9% so probably there’s no chance we can see ETH2.0 going live by 1.Dec

These are the current stats. We are still not at the half way mark. It may take 2 or 3 more months for the launch of eth 2.0.

Thanks for this very vital info, it made us easily understood when is ETH 2.0 could possibly launch.

There's still a lot to fill, but considering that the market is bullish, it's not impossible that soon the minimum requirement will be completed.
3160  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Know what bankroll management is in sports betting? on: November 21, 2020, 12:42:29 PM
This is the kind of discipline we need, we have to be in command of stopping ourselves anytime we need to, regardless of what situation we are, may it be in winning or losing situation, consider treating it as you are in a mission and that strategy has to be properly put in place.
That is achieved once you have gone through enough roller coaster rides of emotions throughout your gambling journey such that the losses and wins do not impact you anymore financially and does not hurt your sentiments. I have seen even the biggest gamblers raging in chat after a loss and some even to such an extent that mods have to ban them for sometime.

I usually play at stake for sports betting and I remember someone lost around 3 Bitcoins on some betslip and he was so nice and raining around before losing but as he lost the bet he was furious and insulting to the fellow members. So even the experienced gamblers and the high rollers get raged and losses hurt their sentiments.

That's because we are just human, we can't controlled ourselves sometimes, people are even lucky that one gambler was sharing some blessings, but as a gambler, that's sometime we missed out, when we win, we think that it will stop there and we sometimes don't expect losing anymore that it made us surprise sometimes despite that fact that we have been constantly gambling.
