Well OP thanks for the long explanation although anyone of us knew this already. But this is funny as it reminds me of a funny story. The university of Canada (don't remember which one) did a test to check if males watched porn. They took 7000 persons to take this tests and it turned out they all did watch porn. My comment to them was, do we really need a test to know if all males watch porn ? Same with dice sites Smiley
3142  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Europa League/Champions League Lounge on: July 29, 2016, 08:23:06 AM
Not only in Europa League but also on Champions League as that was the case with Olimpiacos which was a heavy favorite but ended up drawing the game in a goalless one. In fac Hapoel Beer Sheva had the better chances during the game and they could have also won it with odd 12. I tried many times to bet live on olimpiacos after 66 minute when odd was 2.5 but I was scared because Hapoel Beer Sheva was playing better.
Also in Europa League yesterday Austria Wien with an odd 1.3 lost the game to a team with 11 odd. International club competitions in Euro are getting more and more unpredictable so I only bet when I have high confidence like yesterday for Hertha Berlin.
3143  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: HASHNEST Discussion and Support Thread on: July 29, 2016, 08:17:21 AM
I just checked the Hashnest app in my phone and is working like it should although I don't see any orders to buy or sell my GHS for example. Since this thing also happened last year I think they should replace their webmaster with someone more experienced but this is nothing to worry as the website will up and running in no time. Its the only legit cloud mining website out there.
3144  Bitcoin / Mining / Re: Cheap electricity on: July 29, 2016, 07:51:34 AM
Sorry guys i never looked at this thread Cheesy

İ would like to start this project in Turkmenistan. Actually it is even cheaper then 0.01/kwh. İ have many connections there and i try to solve the goverment sided things right now. My friends are looking for a solution.
The thing is if i do it there i need to place many miners otherwise it would not be enough profitable for all that effort.

Edit:  GPU rigs or ASİC miners what would you say ?

With that cheap electricity it depends only on what you want to mine. If you go for GPU it means you will mine Ethereum as that is one of the most profitable coin to mine with GPU nowadays and with the new GPU R9 480X and make some good profit. I personally would mine with ASIC and the bitcoin because in the long run it can make you huge profit with that kind of price which is almost free electricity.
3145  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Technical Support / Re: you guys need to do something. anything. on: July 29, 2016, 07:25:09 AM
I'm actually trying to use bitcoin now and I've been waiting an hour for zero confirmations.

Whatever solution you think is more viable than raising the block limit, I suggest you implement immediately because bitcoin is becoming unusable.

Well it never happened to me to wait for an hour for a single confirmation. I use Electrum latest version and it uses dynamic fees which means it auto chooses the best fee for the transaction I am sending (actually they are a bit high compared to other wallets, had a 0.0022 btc fee for just a 0.12 btc transaction) and it works every time. I suggest you start using such kind of wallets and this problem will almost never happen to you again.
3146  Economy / Currency exchange / Re: I have $14 paypal I need btc on: July 29, 2016, 07:17:49 AM
Hello guys I have $14 pp and i need btc.
I need around 12$ btc

Thanks

I think you need to find some other way to exchange your Paypal as people here will give you negative trust for being a newbie and asking to exchange Paypal to BTC. That is because we all know that Paypal is highly reversible for 180 days. I suggest you add up to your balance and when you reach 25 USD, you can go to coinimal.com and exchange there the Paypal to bitcoin. I say add up to 25 USD as that is the minimum amount to trade there. Just a friendly suggestion before your account gets - rep and red trust.
3147  Other / Archival / Re: Where you get Bitcoin ? on: July 29, 2016, 07:10:22 AM
Faucet ? Cloud Mining ? Mining ? HYIP ? Any more ?
I get my bitcoins from faucets and the rest of the things that you said are all for stealing your money or have very high ROI periods.

So what faucets do you use cause even if you use like 200-300 of them from a faucet rotator the maximum amount you can get by working at least 8-10 hours non stop would be like 200-350k satoshi which is like getting 2.5 usd for 10 hours work. That doesn't add up much but its good for starters. The best is always to work for bitcoin or to save some part of your salary to buy bitcoin and to hold it as a long investment for the long run.
3148  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: FREE TIPS WITH STATISTICS---W16--L11 (Profit +436mBTC so far) on: July 29, 2016, 06:51:08 AM
Today few matches but one which is definitely looking good is from Tippeligaen Norway.

Norway Eliteserien
Sarpsborg 08 vs Start  1 @ 1.45 (FIAT Sportsbook)
Base bet  86 mBTC (playing only yesterday profit and keeping a low profile bet)

I choose this game because Sarpsborg is in a phenomenal modality of play. They are undefeated in their last 10 home matches and more over they only have concede 1 goal in their last 5 games. Beside that they are playing against the worst team of the league which has only 7 point in 23 games. Anything except a big victory for Sarpsborg here is a really big surprise but in gambling anything can happen. Although I think should be a win today.
3149  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: FREE TIPS WITH STATISTICS---W15--L11 (Profit +350mBTC so far) on: July 28, 2016, 08:11:00 PM
Today we are back at the europa league games. I am choosing the easiest game on paper today too. I am betting 200 mBTC as the level of confidence is high for this game.

Europa League
Hertha Berlin vs Brondby IF   1  @1.43  (FIAT Sportsbook)
Base bet  200 mBTC

The two teams have played before in 2009 and Hertha won back then 3-1. Now Hertha Berlin looking very strong as they have shown in the majority of their friendlies including a 0-10 win. They have Kalou ,former Chelsea player and a really good form team overall. Brondby no matter in a very good form in their last 4 games will show they are limited against a team from one of the best leagues in Europe like Hertha Berlin.
Let's hope in a win tonight.
I dropped a decent amount on this one because odds are going higher than before,
earlier it was @1.42(here's the betslip) and thanks for that donetsk shakhtar pick made me a nice chunk of profit.

I usually check directbet.eu and nitrogensports.eu's listings on these kind of bets. Both bookies offer almost the same high odds (compared to other bitcoin bookies out there) most of the time. The difference though is that the latter doesn't offer live bets at the moment. May I ask what sports book are you using right now?
I don't like directbet because their odds are so bad compare to most bitcoin sportsbook and I mostly use nitrogensports in most of my bets and sportsbet.io for live betting.

Congrats on a great win today although I didn't expect this win to be so difficult. Any game with just 1 goal difference can ruin our bet anytime. Still Hertha Berlin much better team than Brondby so I think they will win in Denmark too. Our profit goes again up to 436 mBTC in total. We are rocking it and let's try to keep going this way with tomorrow game too. I hope to find one which should be an easy bet. Check tomorrow.

How good is to invest at your site in the form of casino bankroll ? I only have heard good words about your site from other user but I would prefer to receive a very straight and honest answer from DogecoinMachine (cause I guess you are the owner). And what it would be a good amount to invest and what would be approximate returns? Note that I know you can't give me an exact answer to my last question but just roughly.
3151  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Is bitcoin better or paypal? on: July 28, 2016, 11:18:24 AM
I have been told that don't accept payments via paypal, is that right?
Because when buyer will have his bitcoins then he can claim back money from paypal by saying that i haven't received desired product.

PayPal is full of surprises. Negative ones. Bitcoin is awesome and will remain like that.

Couldn't agree more with that. I can easily sell my Bitcoins for Skrill and once I receive I can withdraw them to my card instantly. Different from Paypal which has the 21 days wait bullshit even after you have verified the account with documents. Bitcoin is surely better, much better.
3152  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: My bitcoins are gone, can you help me? on: July 28, 2016, 07:35:20 AM
If the coins like you say in your first post OP have been transferred from that weird wallet you were using (first time I hear about bcoiner wallet) there is absolutely nothing you can do even if you go to the police. The traces of your coins can easily be removed by mixing the coins and getting them from an address from the mixing service which doesn't leave any trace (in fact it needs a lot of money from FBI to have some chances to find it to whom they belong). The coins therefore go to a new address which has nothing to do with the transferred funds from your wallet and it will look like 1 normal transaction.

What you need to do is to take merelcoin advice and immediately install Electrum or Multibit HD, which are wallets that contains a seed and with that seed you can use them in as many computers as you like. Also you are holding your private keys in your computer with these wallets so you really need a very clean PC before installing any of them. Sorry for your loss and hope this helps you start a new and more secure journey on the bitcoin.
3153  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: What Bitcoin wallets are best to use? on: July 28, 2016, 07:28:16 AM
for me blockchain.info is the best i think

Wow! That is a lot of votes for blockchain. It is undoubtedly the most used wallet in the bitcoin world.  Smiley

Unfortunately I would say. Because if you have your coins stored on blockchain you are relying on third party (in this case blockchain s.a luxembourg) to hold your coins and in order to use them you need to access the blockchain.info website. I can understand that newbies will go directly to these kind of wallets but my advice is to  use Electrum, it can hold up to 2000 bitcoin addresses and its very easy as you can just install it on your desktop (must be a clean OS, preferably Linux OS) and you can do whatever you like with your coins since you are not relying on third party to hold the coins for you but you are holding the coins yourself.
It just needs to take the first step to migrate to a desktop wallet and trust me you will never look back and totally forget about blockchain and alike wallets.
3154  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin worst decision you will ever make? on: July 28, 2016, 06:11:22 AM
No worst decision yet except a few times when I rushed and the game emotions got me so I bet on some events without studying them first and lost a decent amount of bitcoin. I haven't make a worst decision regarding selling or trading my bitcoin as mainly I try to store them. But gambling is becoming something addictive to me , I guess I should stop betting on more than 1 soccer game per day. I should just focus on my tipping thread and bet on only that event I choose for the day.
3155  Economy / Marketplace / Re: where can i invest my 1btc? on: July 28, 2016, 06:08:11 AM
I agree that you should hold your bitcoin to your wallet and not look for investments. I have learned the hard way yesterday as I lost a lot of money by betting on Olimpiacos to win and their odd was 1.3 , I bet 0.30 btc order to get some easy 0.09 btc for me but I ended up losing 0.30 btc rather than winning. Yesterday was a very sad evening for me. If you really want to invest you can try to invest in casino bankroll. 1 btc is a nice amount to invest in a trusted casino which accepts investments. So far I have seen good results from people who have invested in Crypto-games. You can try it or try betking and bitvest as both these other sites are trusted.
3156  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Europa League/Champions League Lounge on: July 28, 2016, 06:04:18 AM
Easy money on the match Hertha Berlin vs Brondby  - Hertha Berlin ML @ 1.45 the safest bet IMO
I think some people here agree with me Hertha Berlin is better than Brondby  especially Henta Berlin playing at home ground
playing in front of his own supporters increase the confidence of players they will not have trouble getting a victory if it wins it will facilitate step Herta Berlin while competing in the second leg there is no other options home team must win.

Hertha Berlin vs Brondby is also my tip of the day in my tipping thread as is the easiest game on paper but from what we have seen yesterday from Olimpiacos any thing can happen. Though I don't believe it will happen again today cause Brondby will show is a very limited team against one of the teams of one of the best leagues in Europe, German Bundesliga. I have bet 200 mBTC on Hertha to win and I am pretty confident they will win the match today.

3158  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: The best way to accommodate beginners with Bitcoin. on: July 27, 2016, 07:09:33 PM
In fact indirectly bitcoin is being promoted to newbies from many PTC nowadays. They have large user base, mostly from very poor countries like India, Bangladesh etc but many of them are introducing payment via bitcoin to their users. Mostly this is being done by revenue shares disguised as PTC which at least 99% of them fails quite soon with a maximum life of 6 months but what I want to say is that they introduce bitcoin to these people who maybe have never heard about it before. They have a dedicated section about it but the problem is them going offline after 6 months.

By the way the only best way to accommodate beginners to bitcoin is by promoting this very forum heavily. I have done so in a few  other ventures online which I use, other forums not bitcoin related but money related.
3159  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: FREE TIPS WITH STATISTICS---W15--L10 (Profit +399.3mBTC so far) on: July 27, 2016, 07:00:15 PM
Unfortunately today was a loss.I couldn't make an intelligent choice today as there were no major championships and the champions league seemed a bit hard to predict. Friendlies you never know what will happen but I try to choose a good opportunity for an over 2.5 goals which didn't win today. Tomorrow there is Europa league and in a lot of games there I am sure we can find one which will be equal to an intelligent choice as playing in a championship. See you tomorrow, profit drops to +350 mBTC.

http://docs.electrum.org/en/latest/

You have there pretty much everything you need to know about cold storage. But as its been already said a hot wallet cannot be turned to a cold one. Yet you can create a new wallet as cold storage from the electrum client. As I said read the docs , there is a pretty extensive explanation of how to create cold storage from electrum.
